• Sandra (6/5): Wenn mal alles fertig ist und überall WLAN läuft, dann wird es bestimmt sehr schön - Das Konzept ist super. Es war schön sauber. Das Personal freundlich. Es gab Fußbodenheizung. Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer im Dorf, da fehlten noch diverse Einrichtungsgegenstände wie ein Schrank. Kurzerhand ein neues Zimmer/Whg bekommen. Aber es gab kein WLAN! Das Gebäude befand sich noch im Ausbau. Ich denke, wir waren zu früh da. Man hätte die Zimmer noch nicht vermieten dürfen. Es gab auch keine Haken für unsere Jacken. Zu wenig Ablageflächen. Das Frühstück ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir reisen viel und das Frühstück ist uns sehr wichtig. Wir waren enttäuscht.

Die Auswahl am Buffet war vielfältig und liebevoll zusammengestellt – von frischem Obst und knusprigen Backwaren bis hin zu hochwertigen Aufschnitt- und Käsesorten. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die warmen Speisen, die stets frisch aufgefüllt wurden und geschmacklich überzeugten. Auch die Getränkeauswahl ließ keine Wünsche offen: aromatischer Kaffee, verschiedene Teesorten sowie frische Säfte rundeten das Angebot perfekt ab. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungenes Frühstück, das einen großartigen Start in den Tag garantiert. Sehr empfehlenswert! Der Check in hat mir zu lange gedauert. Aber denk das Personal war noch nicht mit dem Programm vertraut und gehe somit von einer Verbesserung in den nächsten Wochen aus.

• Marjolijn (5/5): Te veel geld en niet zoals de foto's vertellen. - Het appartement was ruim en mooi opgezet, goede bedden en badkamer. Mooie omgeving om te wandelen, het dorp zelf bied niets bijzonders. Wij waren afgegaan op de foto's en beschrijving , vonden het al best prijzig. Bij aankomst stug onthaal wat er gedateerd uitzag. Geen uitleg over hoe dit samenraapsel van verblijven in elkaar steekt. Het appartement was mooi en strak ingericht, niet zoals op de foto's. Er was een minimum aan keukengerei, geen koffiezetapparaat oid. De gordijnen waren te klein, een slaapbank waar je niet lekker kon zitten. Niet wat de prijs van dit geheel vraagt, viel erg tegen.

Leider wurde jedoch meine Nachricht bei der Buchung, dass wir das Frühstück dazubuchen möchten, nicht berücksichtigt. Auch beim Einchecken habe ich nochmals ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass wir das Frühstück für unsere Gruppe mitbuchen. Trotzdem war das Personal am nächsten Morgen überrascht, als 8 Personen zusätzlich zum Frühstück erschienen. Wir hatten von Freitag bis Sonntag gebucht, da wir auf eine Hochzeit eingeladen waren. Direkt nach unserer Ankunft wollten wir uns duschen, mussten jedoch feststellen, dass sich der Duschschlauch gelöst hatte und die Dusche somit nicht nutzbar war. Nachdem wir den Defekt gemeldet hatten, wurden wir zunächst auf den nächsten Vormittag vertröstet. Am darauffolgenden Tag erhielten wir die Auskunft, dass am Wochenende kein Hausmeisterservice verfügbar sei und die Dusche daher nicht repariert werden könne auch eine Alternative wurde uns nicht angeboten. Das ist für uns ein absolutes No-Go.

• Andrea (4/5): Deludente - Arrivato in Hotel , e mi hanno chiesto un suplemento pauschale di €5 per l' energia eletrica . Questo a me non e mai sucesso . La camera con il suplemento , lo pagata €100 , per la camera che ho ricevuto , troppo troppo cara . Il riscaldamento non funzionava , e ls notte fuori cerano 5 gradi . Diciamo molto deluso .
• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location. View from the hotel was wonderful. A great many running and biking paths were available. All me.bers of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Dinner menu is limited, but they did serve was excellent.
• Danielle (7/5): Hot. - The rooms were cute and clean. The property was in a town so food was accessible. The people were great and the grounds were nice. There is no A/C (granted we couldn’t have used it anyway with the energy crisis). The sauna was broken. Breakfast was minimal.
• Jason (2/5): - Horrible stay. I don’t recommend. I decided to leave the property early and was not given a refund.
• Emily (10/5): - Very friendly and even though there was a language barrier they were very sweet and amazing about it. Very clean and calming environment
• george (10/5): Great place with great staff - Nice quiet town close to Grafenwoehr. Only a 20 min drive for anyone looking for something close to military base. It was clean and the staff were friendly. Will definately stay there again.

• Jennifer (10/5): Great overall - Great place, great restaurant, typical European bed (very hard) nice staff. Difficult to find because of contruction.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - This is an excellent hotel in quaint, friendly village. The staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive. The restaurant provides great local dishes and beverages. I look forward to a future visit.
• Janelle (8/5): Beautiful location, not many businesses - The location is beautiful, the property is adjacent to a horse farm and the daily commute to my business meetings was lovely. The room was very clean and bright. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English (my German is not so good). The hotel restaurant was good and only one of three eating options in this village. I was able to cook small meals in the apartment with the utensils available. The only issue during my stay is the skylights in the room did not have blackout shades, which would be helpful for sleeping in the summer, as the sun is up by 05:00, and down at 22:00. Recommend a sleep mask if you like to sleep while the sun is still up. The GPS directions I got from Hotels.com did not take me directly to the hotel - I ended up at a Pub where I asked directions, but was only a block and a half away (50 meters, left turn, then 50 meters more).
• Verified traveler (8/5): So amazing really... A true craftsman built! - Cozy and beautiful room! Very fun room to stay in if you’re willing to duck due to the cool beams... The details in this room are amazing from top to bottom... no detail left undone.
• Smitty758 (10/5): Great Place Great Service Great Price - This is my 3rd stay here at the "Hollerhöfe" and must say its a great place to stay. The rooms are newly remodeled and used to be old farmhouses which adds to the flair of this nice quiet town. I was able to relax after a hard day of work and chill with friends. Great view of the old castle and plenty of trails to hit if your a runner or just like to go out for a walk. The staff is super nice and helpful in many ways. Everyone so far has met me with a smile no matter how busy it got and would do anything to make your stay more comfortable. With all that being said, I will be back.
• LegionSix (10/5): The Extra Mile - A large group of us stayed here on a business trip for three weeks. We were working alternating day and night shifts up to 14 hours a day. The hotel management and staff were absolutely wonderful. They adjusted breakfast and dinner schedules to fit our needs. Not many hotels will do that. They even adjusted the room cleaning schedule so those of us sleeping during the day were not disturbed. The staff always had a friendly smile and treated us like friends. The rooms were modern and clean. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The small town and rural setting was like a postcard. Truly great experience.
• am267992 (10/5): What a treat! - Wonderful decorated and luxurious. Such extraordinary bathrooms, accessories and details. A real Juwel. Next time I hope to have the possibility to stay longer. Staff is really helpful with everything. The place I stayed in was the old shoemaker house and full of history
