They moved us to another room after I complained on the loud aircon and construction noise from the street Everything else: the windows in the rooms don't block the street noise, the rooms are old, the bathrooms are terrible with no towel hangers (room 1608 had zero hangers, room 1910 had only one hanger for towels; as a result,all our towels were always wet). In 1608, the seams between the tiles in the shower area are 1-2 cm wide (uneven as they run along the floor). The breakfast is mediocre, nothing fancy; any coffee except americano is charged separately (latte is 75K VND). The corridors on the floors smell of cigarettes, possibly because of many Chinese guests. In general, the hotel looks worn out and unkempt. Definitely not worth the money spent.

Nun endet es auch auch schon mit den positiven Dingen. Das Hotel ist schon zu sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es wird auch schon ganz offensichtlich an Arbeiter vermietet, die Langzeit dort wohnen. es entspricht ganz und gar nicht mehr seiner Kategorie. Wirklich alles ist runtergekommen. Die Zimmertür sah von außen schon so aus, als war war Sie schon mehr aufgebrochen worden. Alles im Zimmer war veraltert und verbraucht. Das Fitnesstudio ist völlig unbrauchbar. Der Pool ist im Freien, ohne Sonne, ohne Wärme, ohne ausreichend Liegestühle, das Wasser ist kalt und niemand nutzt den Pool. Der Hammer war allerdings das Frühstück. Es gibt einen Brotkorb mit "Musterstücken", die nicht verzehrbar sind,. Dort steht ein Schild, dass man sich amn das Personal werden möge für dieses Brot. Nachgefragt, gibt es aber nichts aus dem Brotkorb, sondern man sich auf den Brotkorb daneben verwiesen, in dem es ausschließlich weißes Toastbrot gibt. Ich habe ein Foto vom Muster-Brotkorb beigefügt aus dem NICHTS erhältlich ist. :-(

Вот и в этот раз все были очень милы и приветливы, заселили раньше на 4 часа, не взяв никакой дополнительной оплаты, посоветовали, где поменять деньги. А на следующий день, ресепшионист Тina, посоветавала ,как добраться до Муйне, помогла купить билет на автобус, заказала такси и было очень мила и приветлива, оставив приятные воспоминания об этом отеле. Пройдёт много времени, но я буду всегда это помнить. Спасибо за вашу заботу, дорогая Тina, продолжайте и в дальнейшем так же заботиться о туристах, это поднимает рейтинг вашей страны для путешествий. - Ting Feng (8/5): Good hotel with decent value. Mostly pluses with some flaws. 8/10 - I like the spaciousness of the hotel. It's massive. Decent location despite being opposite the red light district. Great view from the hotel room. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. There is no ramp at the entrance of the hotel and no one is at the door to help you with the luggage, so take note if you can't handle your own bags The hotel gym is very limited and the equipment is old as heck. The lifts are small, but swift enough to handle the volume of the hotel guests. People like to smoke right at the entrance of the hotel door and the cigarette smoke smell often gets into the lobby.

- Loan (5/5): Spacious rooms but questionable service - One bedroom apartment was very spacious. The bonus laundry helped a lot. WhatsApp service added a nice touch. A lot of the guests staying there are smokers and you can smell the cigarettes in the room from the central ventilation and hallways even though you sign an agreement not to smoke in the rooms. It got really intense for my family in the middle of the night and eventually I got moved into a different room after lots of prompting on my end. Advertised as 5 star but there’s a sign outside saying 4 stars

O quarto era enorme e a cama super confortável. A localização é excelente, muito próxima do centro, e mesmo em frente à Japanese Town (uma maravilha para quem aprecia gastronomia japonesa). O hotel não corresponde à classificação de 5 estrelas, como anunciado no Booking. A sala de pequenos-almoços é o prolongamento de um espaço para co-working e a zona da piscina está subdimensionada. Os quartos deveriam ter vidros duplos. Ficamos no 16º andar e, mesmo assim, ouvíamos o ruído do trânsito na rua.
- Ngoc (1/5): This was my first stay at your hotel, and it will absolutely be my last. I will not recommend - Disappointment regarding the handling of my reservation (Dec 1–4). I attempted to shorten my stay by one night, but Booking.com’s system would not allow me to modify the dates. At check-in, I requested the change directly from the hotel, yet I was told it “could not be done” and that I needed to contact Booking.com. When I called Booking.com, I was told the exact opposite—that the hotel had to approve the change. I was left fully charged due to bad communications, negligence, and lack of responsibility and accountability from both parties (hotel and Booking).

Location was also great, near Ben Thanh Market and easy to grab a Grab to all our food destinations and activities. Hotel breakfast was decent and hospitality was great.. wish we could have stayed longer.

Which I can contact the hotel and ask for help anytime anywhere. They provided recommendations and assistance. I needed oven to heat up food, they do not provide such service but willingly extended help to me by offering staff oven and assisted me with the heating. When I ask for weighing machine, they even brought the machine to my room. Was truly amazed with the service standard provided. Thumbs up for the unforgettable service. Only setback was the flight of steps at hotel entrance as is not elderly friendly. Also the soap dispenser was dispensing soap too little for use. 😅😅😅

Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed at in HCM this was the best one for us due to how friendly & attentive the staff members were. We stayed in the grand suite which was absolutely breathtaking & we also stayed in the apartment which was also lovely . The breakfast was ok but they do give a variety of options, you have even have pho or their noodle broth of the day. The gym is very small ( no weights). There’s lots of spas to discover that are within walking distance and lots of restaurants outside. Thank you Yenni for going above and beyond by assisting us with cancelling flights with Vietnam airlines which was the reason why we extended our stay at Signature. She was very polite, kind & helpful. Thank you Signature 🫶🏼
