- zahra (5/5): - It was in a good location. The toilet and bathroom was clean. They may have washed the bed sheets, but they were covered in stains. It clearly seems that investing in new bed linen is not a priority for this hostel. The room has lockers for guests but the door to the room did not have a lock! The bed was very noisy and uncomfortable. It was obvious that the mattress was very old, and the springs were worn out and damaged. Everything was extremely noisy. There was only one bathroom for a 6-bed room, and it was in a very small space. Every time someone used it, it disturbed everyone else. Also, one bathroom is simply not enough for six people, so you constantly have to wait. The pictures are also misleading. In the photos, the place looks new, clean, and tidy, but in reality it looks very different from what is advertised. I even used my own clothes as a layer between my body and the bed sheets because they looked poorly maintained and not properly cleaned... And the breakfast... I think you are better off getting your own breakfast somehwere if this is what attracts you to this place.. And yes I have been to hostels that easily score 10 or 9 and are very clean and well maintained. This one was definitely not one of them!

- Rob (9/5): A cut above the usual hostel - I would definitely return and recommend. - So clean and fresh and airy. With lovely staff and exceptional breakfast. No towel on arrival, but this was sorted as soon as I asked. Curtains around the beds would provide more privacy, especially in shared dorms.

- Ilona (9/5): - Отличный апартхостел. У нас был отдельный номер, с собственным туалетом и душем. Комната была очень просторная. Чисто, красиво и по функционалу отлично. На одну ночь отличный вариант с учетом места расположения. Завтрак был хороший. Единственный момент который заставил меня понервничать, это после брони и оплаты сотрудник написал письмо и пропал на сутки. Было не понятно, где находится въезд на парковку и как попасть в хостел на ресепшен. В письме было написано о том, что приложены фотографии, но по факту приложенные фотографии были «пустые». Мы на автомобиле кружили по другой стороне улицы, так как номер парковки не был написан. А на телефон отвечали с задержкой. И хотелось бы предупредить всех гостей приезжающих на автомобиле, что в Кракове с этого года нововведения для путешественников на машине. Необходимо сделать регистрацию для того, чтоб заехать на авто в город. Мы даже и не догадывались об этом. Сотрудник написал нам о регистрации за 1,5 часа до заезда в город. Хотя это можно было сделать за сутки до нашего приезда. Надеюсь штраф нам не придет.

Recomendable! La conserjeria no està abierta 24hs asi que si llegas tarde asegúrate de obtener los códigos de entrada con antelación.

Сніданок має все, що потрібно аби поїхати ситим, а власники зроблять все, щоб ви поїхали максимально поївши 😁 Український хостел, в центрі Кракова з шикарною транспортною розвʼязкою, 17 хв до ЖД, та 20-30 до аеропорта з зупинкою через дорогу))) Немає такого)

The hosts are nice but sometimes English is challenging. Not enough parking. The cookwear (pots, pans) need to be replaced. The pots have no handles and the skillets are very worn.

- Izabela (6/5): - mimo weekendu było bardzo cicho i hostel raczej zachęcał do tego. w łazienkach czysto, łóżka piętrowe i szafki sprawiają przyjemne, schludne wrażenie. Hostel jest trochę nadgryziony zębem czasu, sprzęty, armatura i meble są leciwe. w łazienkach brakuje więcej wieszaków, w tym na papier toaletowy. Śniadanie dość przeciętne i dyskontowe, dla wegetarian słaby wybór, np brak jajek.

- Oleksandra (9/5): Favorite place to stay in Krakow - I absolutely love the personnel of this hostel, all of them are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is diverse and nutritious. There is a bus stop right by the hostel, so one can easily get to the airport and train station. The Wawel Castle and the old town are in walkable distances. I think mattresses will need a replacement sometime soon. Also, some toilets need lids to keep the odor away when brushing teeth.

Cheguei na hospedagem durante à noite e achei meio difícil chegar nela, não localizei o interfone interfone. E o responsável pela limpeza levou a minha toalha de banho e ninguém me respondeu para me providenciar outra.
