They were attentive & we even arrived a little earlier than expected and we were able to get into our gorgeous room. The room was top notch and very classy. From a heated towel rack to a complimentary in room bar that was stocked, we couldn't have asked for a better overnight stay. The Adelphi is in an ideal location & we visted the sweet coffee shop Uncommon Grounds & book store nearby.

Location is central and close to all the great restaurants in town. The gym could be improved, but sufficiently equipped. The rates are somewhat higher than one would expect, but justified for the luxury and comfort you experience.

We were upgraded to a beautiful room, probably one of the nicest hotel rooms we have stayed in: comfortable beds, electronic shades and drapery, and a huge, beautiful bathroom. We requested extra bedding for the pull-out sofa, and the sheets were brought to us warmed! Also there are several cool common spaces including a game room and a "library" with a beautiful porch. We would 100% stay here again.

You get a few nice surprises when you enter your room. Right in the heart of a vary vibrant downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. No matter where I go, I hate to see a parking fee. Here is no difference but the valet service was exceptional.

- 242jeaninec (2/5): Lobby smells like Low Tide - Low tide! The lobby smells like low tide. The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The staff in the lobby were horrible. Economically profiled my sister and me. Forced us to leave early. Giovanni was the man at the front desk that forced me to check out without a refund. We paid for 5 nights and were treated like garbage. I will tell everyone about my experience. Have been coming to Saratoga since I was a child and was disgusted with the treatment I received. Rest assured I will follow up and not stop until I receive the proper apology.

Hip, fun but yet casual vibe for all ages. Mostly couples and groups of friends enjoying the hotel day and night. Ate at both Morrissey’s and Salt& Char for dinner. Fantastic food and service and priced accordingly. So happy to have found this newly renovated hotel right on Broadway. Already booked another weekend during race season and in February for Valentines weekend.

We statyed at Alabama suite and it was clean and it had unbelievable amenities. We dined at Salt and Char and our order of a duck, carpacio and burrata salad were cooked to perfection. Game room was a nice addition, especilly on a rainy day. The only thing that we have been DISSAPOINTED WAS THE COFFEE. It has no taste at all and it is not worthy of such high end place. Simply switching to Lavaza or Illy coffee shoul, I hope, fix the issue.

A real plus these days when a hotel has this level of a gym. The Bell staff and guys who parked the car were a great team, all working together and very helpful to take care of us as guests. Very clean. Comfy bed. Amazing soaker tub! Staff was very attentive. Dinner at Morriseys was ok with a decent burger and fries for a quick meal on arriving late.
