- Niels (10/5): Rigtig god service - Værten sørgede for at møde mig ved indcheckning og forklare mig præcis hvad jeg havde brug for at vide. Hvis jeg havde nogen spørgsmål under mit ophold svarede værten på Whatsapp med det samme. Lejligheden var rigtig fint møbleret og der manglede ikke noget. Stort plus at der var 2 x A/C enheder i lejligheden. En rigtig fin terrasse.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Sehr zufrieden - Sehr zentral und fussläufig zur Brücke und Altstadt. Parkplatz für 5€ pro Tag gegenüber der Straße möglich. Enver hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns local Tipps gegeben. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns immer an ihn wenden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Der Stadtteil ist gerade für Muslime vorteilhaft, da man dort überall halal essen kann. Wenn wir das nächste mal nach Mostar kommen, dann definitiv bei Downtown.

The room felt private and was decorated to a very high standard. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Easy walk into the tourist area of Mostar with plenty of amenities around. Secure entrance so felt very safe. Excellent stay!

The hotel is brand new, very clean and newly-fashioned spacious room, quiet district, extremely convenient location, train station and old bridge are all in walking distance. We loved our stay in Mostar, highly recommended!

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The hotel has a good location being only 10 minutes from the old city. The room was clean and newly furbished, however the hot water only ran for 5 minutes. What ever you do, DO NOT BOOK A TOUR with the host enver if you do not have travel insurance, it is not safe.

Biggest issues were, bed was noisy, no view, and there is about 60 seconds worth of hot water. If you’re there for a quick trip it’s fine, but the hot water situation would keep us from returning.

Our host Enver gave us some local rakjia when we arrived, and showed us Mostar's highlights (including where to get breakfast) on a map. Great service.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice clean prime location but low in hot water - Villa downtown Mostar is in the old town which is prime location, walking distance to major points of interest. We arrived late, nobody was there but after a call the hotel receptionist quickly arrived and checked us in a nice clean room top floor with nice view of the city. The only complaint would be about the hot water, when starting the shower the hot water did not last 90 seconds, it became freezing cold. My partner could not take his shower until at least 2 hours later. So that was very inconvenient for us. Maybe we would suggest a bigger hot water tank ( as it is quite tiny ).

Helpful staff - The location was great, very close to shops, cafes and restaurants: don't bother looking for the door number when finding the site, as there isn't a number on the door...look for a small sign that states 'Down Town Villa' Check-in was very smooth and although I forgot the name of the man on reception, he was very helpful and let me leave my suitcase in reception before the official check-in time, as well as giving me a map of the area and pointing out places I should visit. His customer service surpassed my expectations when he personally delivered a small chiller to my room, so that I could keep my soya milk chilled. The studio room itself was very compact and contained a smaller size double bed, (official term 'Queen' size bed), and it was well presented with plenty of power sockets: a very important detail! I always find that a lack of power sockets to be very frustrating in accommodation, so Down Town Villa got it very right. If there was one small niggle, it would be that the hot water tank, (I assume there is one in each studio room), is quite small. I ran out of hot water twice, whilst having a shower...I suppose I should learn how to shower with less water. Apart from that, it was a good overall experience and if I returned to Mostar again, I would definitely stay at this good value accommodation.

Located halfway between the bus and train station to the north, and Stari Most to the south, 600m either way. Very helpful receptionist who had our room ready for our early arrival.

- Simon (10/5): Make the most of Mostar - We spoke to the hotel beforehand to make sure someone was there when we arrived. The property felt very safe and secure. The furnishings were all new and stylish. Great shower with lots of hot water. Very conveniently situated, in a quiet pedestrian street but in close proximity to lots of shops and cafes. A short and interesting walk to Stari Most, which we enjoyed immensely, especially the divers! A great stay, very helpful staff, great location and comfortable beds. Overall, good value.
- Mei Ying Mabel (8/5): Good Location & Nice rooms - The room was great. Its clean and everything looks good. The toilet is actually quite big and spacious. It will be good if the curtains were blackout or if there were a second layer of curtain as it will block more light and give more privacy. Other than that, We had an enjoyable time walking around the old town exploring Mostar. The villa is so nearby that we can return to our room to rest whenever we are tired from walking.

Very accommodating personal, definitely a place I'll recommend and stay in again. The room is a good size, has what you need and some extra. I wasn't bothered by surrounding guests loudness either.

He gave us his business card in case we needed some help of any kind. The place was wonderful, very clean and with lots of details. Is just downtown and a few blocks from the bus station.
