• W2309OOeliseb (6/5): everything ok - i cant really follow all the bad reviews / i had a different experience. its an apartment, so i dont expect cleaning as long as i stay there. the doors shut and cant be opened from outside, if you dont have the access-code. the floor is cold, yes, but that makes it well cleanable. and german heaters arent usually part of the air conditioning, they are beneath the windows and worked perfectly well. my appartment was very clean buuut kinda smelled too.

Im Aufzug ein Bild des Frau CEO der Kette in selbstdarstellerischer Haltungda weis man woma steht als Gast. Bett Küche (mit guten aber schmutzigen Kühlschrank - sonst war alles sauber) Bad gundsätzlich sauber gute Verdunklung und kleiner Ferseher - das Design irgendwie zusammengewürfelt. Problem war das warme Wasser - 2 mal am Morgen kein Warmwasser da. Auch Zimmerreinigung nur einmal pro Woche. D.h. bei kürzeren Aufenthalt gar keine. Kein Asprechpartner im Haus.
• zees607 (2/5): Imagine Your Worst Nightmare Becoming Reality: An Angry Stranger Shouting Outside Your Hotel Room in the Middle of the - My recent stay at Vision Apartments in Frankfurt was a mix of decency and disaster. While most of the staff were kind, attentive, and professional, one deeply traumatic incident overshadowed our entire experience and made it impossible to recommend this property. The apartment was not cleaned even once during our stay. With no housekeeping provided, we were forced to place a small plastic bag with dinner leftovers outside our door to avoid piling trash in the room. The night before our flight, at approximately 10:45 PM—well after we had gone to bed—a man began banging violently on the door of my parents’ apartment, shouting in German. We couldn’t understand what he was saying and had no idea what was happening. When my parents tried to hold the door shut, they asked him to speak English, but he shouted back, “This is Germany!” and aggressively demanded they open the door. He even threatened to call the police. Terrified and unsure who this man was, we tried to keep the door closed. To our shock, he suddenly used a passcode or key card to unlock the door and forcibly entered without permission. It was only then we realized he was a staff member. His reason for this behavior? To return the trash bag we had left outside the door. While the situation could have been handled with a simple conversation during the day, this individual chose to escalate it in the most aggressive and inappropriate way possible, creating a frightening and traumatizing experience. This level of behavior raises serious questions about the hiring and training of staff at Vision Apartments. Guests should never feel unsafe in their accommodations, let alone be subjected to such a blatant invasion of privacy. Despite contacting the company for an explanation and details of their investigation, no response was ever provided. While the other staff members were kind and professional, this one staff member’s actions have permanently damaged our trust in Vision Apartments. Until they address such unacceptable behavior and implement proper safeguards for their guests, I cannot recommend this property to anyone.

• KOHEI (6/5): おしい - セルフチェックインの案内がメールできて必要事項を入れると入館用パスが送られてくる。ホテルの人と会うことはなかったが問題なくチェックインできた。 基本的に部屋は綺麗で電子レンジもあって便利だったがシャワー室が下水臭かった。

• Packcoz (4/5): Worse place I’ve stayed in 25 years. - Cleaver marketing made me book this and stupidly did not read the reviews beforehand! Firstly the good points: - Good location and felt like a safe area walking around at night. No dodgy characters walking around inside or outside the building. In fact met lots of decent people. - Was a 4 min walk from Frankfurt Main Train Station and a 20 min walk to the exhibition centre. - The kitchenette was pretty much brand new and the fridge and utensils etc were all clean and to a good standard although didn’t use any of it. - The bedding was clean. - No issues with getting the codes for the access and room (we got ours emailed by mid morning on day of arrival) - There was an ironing board, iron and hair dryer in the room. Bad Points - The smell of Chinese! I was on floor 5 and although the room didn’t smell too bad it still smelt but when I went in the bathroom which had the extractor fan on the smell really hit me. Had to hold my breath when using the bathroom. - The room was tiled white floors and it’s cold especially in the winter months. It made the room feel cold and there were so many ground in dirt marks and looked like it needed a good chemical and steam clean. I wore my socks the entire time and laid out the spare towels into the room when I got out the shower. - The heating didn’t work just blew air out. - There are no room key cards. You enter via a code on a keypad outside the room. When you are inside the room there is no way to lock the door not even a chain to pull across and with some of the reviewers on here citing random people entering there room whilst they were asleep I ended up putting a chair in front of the door at night just in case and made me sleep with one eye open. - The room was tatty. The decor and fixtures and fittings were awful, nothing like the photos. There had been repairs in the walls with filler that had just been left unpainted, the bathroom needed a complete overhaul and just felt dirty. - The bed frame was this horrible yellow fake leather and it was in need of replacement with clear signs of wear and tear. The mattress was so creaky and I did not dare to lift the sheet off to see the condition of it. The bed was also like a small double which was okay for me but doubt it would be good for two adults. - The wardrobe smelt badly so i didn’t use it. - The corridors are painted in a really dark purple and it just felt creepy and more like a hostel from the 1970’s. This is clearly a 2* apartment complex. I felt like I was back at dodgy university halls of residences back in the 80’s. They need to improve security for people in the rooms by putting on a lock bolt in the inside as a minimum. They need to either get rid of that Chinese restaurant at the bottom of the building or get them to sort the extraction out as it’s really impacting the apartments. Personally I would change the entire colour scheme to be warm and welcoming, put in carpets rather than tiles and give the rooms a complete make over and stop marketing apartments l that look fresh and inviting as you are scamming people into booking something they are not getting. I don’t mind basic but it needs to be completely clean, secure and not smell like I’m staying in a Chinese restaurant. I do not recommend staying here. Lastly, my work colleague who was on the first floor had a condom wrapped around the smoke detector (obviously by a previous stayer) and had to email a photo to the management so they would come and remove it.
• MINSU (2/5): Worst ever - Worst ever in my 20 business trips. Trust me. - Nobody after 6pm (you will never get your towel or dryer after 6pm to 9am morning) - No place for luggage keeping - couldnt enter into room in an hour

• 926ivankah (2/5): The rooms smell of bad chinese food - The hotel is above a Chinese restaurant and the rooms smell terible all day and night, Opening the windows makes it worse. The floor was filthy. There were lamps next to the bed but no plugs. There is no place to put your luggage. There is NO customer service.
• Hamid (6/5): - The property was secure, well-located, but privacy curtains did not close and, on street level, you are in a fish tank. The floors are super slippery when wet. Management is slow to respond and cleaning is once a week.

The sheets were not clean with hair on them and smelled bad. The bathroom had pee stains on the floor. The whole building and the bedroom smells so bad. Oh, and you have bugs and cockroaches running in your room all night.

• Diondra (2/5): - This place was a terrible choice. No air conditioning was the worst part about the stay. We complained about it due to having asthma, and they did nothing about it. The door number was 01 it was on first floor where you heard everything going on outside. If your looking for a quiet cool stay this is not a good choice at all. The shower floor was so slippery that my dad fell so we had to put towels down everywhere in bathroom. When you take a shower there’s nowhere to put your soap so you gotta put it either on the floor or throw it in the sink. Literally was a sweat box. The heat was so terrible I would say do not choose this property if your looking to stay cool.
• Kjersti (8/5): Sentralt, anbefaler - Hotellet ligger sentralt, og ligger litt unna støy. Verdt prisen. Litt negativt : Upraktisk innsjekking. Jeg sendte dokumentasjon 2 dager før ankomst. Men måtte ringe kundeservice for å få innsjekkinformasjon, da vi kom. Rommet var ok, vi hadde et lite kjøkken med alt du trenger. Lagde frokost der. Senga var god å ligge i, små puter. Rommet var rent, eneste å anmerke var at det var litt mugg på badet i fugene og at vannet rant litt tregt ned i dusjen. Ble veldig vått på badet da dusjen står fritt i rommet.

There is a form that needs to be either printed and signed, or you need Acrobat or something similar, the auto fill/sign fields don't work. There was a couple checking in when I got there who obviously didn't get the memo and were on the phone trying to check in. So, if you are staying here, check in a couple of days in advance. That place itself was nice, suitable for an extended stay, with a week equipped kitchen. The price is reasonable, it was very clean and the location is very convenient, though you walk through some gritty sections to get there. Would stay there again.

• Jessica (8/5): - Gut ausgestattetes Apartment und sehr sauber. Küche hatte alles was man braucht und auch im Bad gab es Duschbad und Schampoo. Größe war auch super. Leider waren die Vorhänge sehr schlecht zuzumachen aber ansonsten war alles gut. Super zu Fuß vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Das vorherige Einchecken per Email und keine Rezeption im Haus war ein bisschen befremdlich, aber es waren Sicherheitsleute vor Ort, die geholfen haben. Aber man sollte unbedingt vor Anreise einchecken.
• Petra Anna (10/5): Zentral, ruhig, sehr viele Wohnungen - Schön nahe vom Hauptbahnhof gelegen. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man die Grünflächen am Mainufer. Wegen der vielen Wohnungen eher unpersönlich, erstaunlich ruhiges Ambiente.

• alexandra (8/5): - Convenient location for a lot of the attractions. The remote check in was chaotic and not easy. Had the hotel been transparent with the information they needed upfront it would have made our lifes easier. We had to do the remote check in with patchy wifi and without a computer. That was a real problem and the people we dealt with were not accommodating. Next time we will stay somewhere else.

• Bryan (8/5): - YOU MUST FILL OUT FORM BEFORE ARRIVING otherwise you'll delay yourself from a quick check-in. It's a self check-in and rooms are available mostly after 3pm. Most of the communication is done by Email. Cleaning department is from 10am-5pm so if you need anything request withim the time frame, after 5pm you must communicate by email for next day. Checkout is at 10am Only request for late check out is until 6pm for 42 CHF Either 10am or pay 42CHF to change check out until 6pm There is someone until 4pm I believe if you need any assistance. The apartments themselves are good, a little smaller than expected. No safe box. About 5-7 minutes walking to the Train station. Comes with coffee machine, kettle, iron, iron board, dryer, refrigerator and plates and cups and other things. In the area of the hotels during the night time I didn't see any homeless people or anything, But getting closer to the train station you'll find more homeless people and a lot of trash. You'll find homeless people too in the center and outside of the shopping area but in front of the hotel I didn't see anything. A few stores and restaurants very close to the hotel which is very good.

• First1239 (2/5): Drug Den & Brothel - Absolutely disappointed with the Vision Apartments in Frankfurt. The apartment promotes itself as a place for long term guests, but during the Corona pandemic, this company was actively selling online (using AirBnB) to sell rooms on a nightly basis. This brought in weekend guests when all other hotels were closed. And with no staff on site (except cleaners who were not cleaning the rooms due to Covid, just provided bed linen and towels) the mess of the building was terrible. Plus with all these unusually short stay visits, myself and others who were booked long term did not feel secure or safe in so many people coming to a building without testing or even knowing if they may have had symptoms. Then.... we started to notice strange men coming and going from the building at all hours of the night. Police were called twice. We found out later than 10 prostitutes were working out of apartments and these “men” were Clients. We knew this because the police came with someone from vision (finally) and handed them eviction notices. Then .... because the building was unsupervised, the local drug dealers and addicts snuck into the basement and rear garden for their needle using and drug taking. Police called again when one of the long term residents found an overdose comotised drig users passed out in the back courtyard. We constantly complained by phone and email to the company, which although Swiss owned the office is in Warsaw (?) who never responded and when they did, just said “we will look into it/we will speak to management/call the police yourself”. Disgraceful behaviour and responsibility from vision. And the building is a complete failure. Do not stay.
• Lorecastorena (2/5): The worst experience ever - Perfect location but terrible organization from the apartments, after the situation of coronavirus they had no one around from guest service and the building got really dirty and some how we had the police coming to the building couple times because they have drug addicts in the back no even safe for the people is staying you can have anyone coming in the backyard you see people having sex that’s disgusting. One time we call the call center number because we had a neighbor being so loud with lots of people inside the room and the answer was we have to call the police ( I can’t risk my own life because of the management is incompetent). They need to do something about it because as a Swiss company is the worst of them all. I will never comeback to this place
• Diana (8/5): Reinigung hat schon besser funktioniert. - Ich habe bereits zum 3.mal bei Visionapartmens gebucht und werde auch versuchen meinen nächsten Aufenthalt dort zu verbringen. Allerdings gibt es leider keine Kommunikation vor Ort und telefonische Kontakt war leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Ein weiteres Problem ist die Müllentsorgung. Während des Aufenthalts wurde kein Apartment gereinigt, auch kein Mülleimer geleert. Ich hoffe, dass sich dis bis zu meinem nächsten besuch bessert. • Jörg (10/5): Schöne und ordentliche Appartements - Es handelt sich um ein einigermaßen zentral gelegenes Haus mit einer Menge an ordentlichen Appartements. Für Geschäftsaufenthalte im Frankfurter Bankenviertel sind sie genau das was man braucht, allerdings muss man darauf vorbereitet sein, daß zwischendurch keine Reinigung stattfindet und man eigentlich mit niemandem Kontakt hat und bei Nachfragen eine englisch sprachige Hotline anrufen muss.

An sich sauber, aber man sieht durch andere Nutzer bei genauem hinsehen, normale Gebrauchsspuren. Die Lüftung ist im Bad sehr laut, so dass wir bei einem Nächtlichen Klobesuch das Licht nicht eingeschaltet haben, um den anderen nicht zu wecken. Fitnessraum im UG ist top! Waren etwas verwirrt, ob wir den Müll selbst rausbringen sollen, etc.

Kissen sehr unbequem und für Partner die mit einer gemeinsamen Decke nicht klar kommen leider auch ein Flop. Ansonsten gute Lage und gute und schönen Ausstattung.

• Nick (10/5): A tiny apartment in a great location - Very compact, with everything needed for a stay. If you are traveling with someone, know them well as the shower and bathroom afford very little privacy. It is very efficient with timely email contact with information you need to use a keypad to enter. No human interaction. Very close to train station with supermarkets and restaurants near and tourist areas very close.
• adheelthink (2/5): Avoid. - It’s nothing like the pictures and located in a bad neighborhood. The rooms are not clean and not fresh. The sliding bathroom door gets jammed half way. The beds are uncomfortable and linens are not clean.
• Mikael (8/5): Nice and modern apartment. - Very nice, modern, and well-equipped apartment. Two bedroom with two bathrooms makes it perfect for a business trip for two. The espresso machine was defunct at arrival but was quickly replaced. The smoke detectors in both of the bedrooms were stuffed with paper, which the cleaning staff obviously had overlooked. The management sent a proper excuse for this.

• AJ (4/5): - Overall good location and walking distance to major important spots in the city. We had a hard time communicating with the service line. For example we waited 2 days to hear response for a sheet change request and they never did it our one week stay. Hallways were smelly and no cleaning services are scheduled. On the weekends is impossible to get contact with someone for any concerns. Even when we arrived early in the morning from a transcontinental overnight flight with a small baby they did not let us check in before 3 pm even they had rooms available. There was a total lack of disconnect with the basic human common sense and desire to help. This place does not honor its pictures and description as we saw before booking. The picture of the entrance that is on the website is from another totally different building, misleading the customer into thinking they are staying at a place with a beautiful architecture, layout and amenities. Trust me, it does not look as nice as they advertise. We are experienced travelers and sometimes can get over the fact of a misleading picture but we cannot forgive the lack of human touch, customer service and unkept cleaning. We will not stay at any of these properties again and will advise whoever reads it to stay away from them.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Stayed 4 nights no cleaning at all, not even clearing rubbish bins. If guests should clean the place ourselves, there were no tools provided too. The apartment looks well maintained and the self service laundry place is very good. The property is just 7 to 8 mins walk from the main train station but you will pass some dirty streets.
• ancormis33 (2/5): Dramatic experience - The place was nice located for the Frankfurt Messe and looked good on the site in a good price. Here is where the good part ends.! When we arrived our room was not prepared or cleaned so we had to get a different room and since there was no reception at this time (5pm) all the communication was done by telephone at our expense since nobody ever cared to call us back despite our complain and although the central office always reassured that they will call us back. The new room was smaller and with very intense cigarette smoke smell but we decided to stay since it was late and we had no alternative. Second night after a very tiring day in the Messe me and my wife went early to bed only to wake up around 10pm to discover with horror that we were not alone in the room !! A burglar was inside next to our bed trying to steal anything he could access. On my screams he run away and down the stairs of emergency exit . I Didn't follow since I was half naked and of course that could have been very dangerous . Fortunately he didn't manage to take anything valuable . We immediately called the tel. no given on instructions for emergency since there was no security or any body responsible in the hotel to contact. They immediately changed the entrance code of our room but we noticed that the room door had no means of locking from inside so anyone with simple means could have violate our door or any other door in the building. Additionally the main entrance door of the building which could open with a code was not controlled with safe mechanism and could remain open after our entrance so anyone could easily enter even without a code. Although these details were discussed the next day with the reception, no corrective actions were taken and we were informed that more rooms were robbed the same night after our incident.!! Although we received sincere apologies by visionappartments this was by far the minimum that could have been done to alleviate the wounds of such traumatic experience for me and my wife . We definitely choose a different place to stay next time and of course recommend strongly against

• John (10/5): Vision Apartments Frankfurt - Vision apartments were very efficient and communication was excellent, as all was done by email, price for us was also excellent. Apartment we stayed in was small, but clean and suitable for us over a three night stay, a nice shower and tv with some English tv channels. Only small issues were, expel air in bathroom did not cut out and was audible at night, also pillows were not very comfortable. Over all a very good and convenient place to stay as restaurants and the train station are very near, along with trams and the bus to Frankfurt Hahn.

• Geoffrey (10/5): Good choice for price and quality - Quite pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the place overall. The kitchenette was a nice feature. The reservations team is quite speedy with email responses, which is good given their quirky check-in process (you need to email a copy of your passport after you make your reservation, then the day of check-in they'll send you a 6-digit code to use to access the building as well as your room).

• S E (10/5): Bright modern apartments in central Frankfurt - We loved our 3-night stay at Vision Apartments Frankfurt between Christmas and New Year. Communication via email beforehand was easy and in English. We received clear check-in instructions and had no problems whilst there. The apartments are only a few minutes walk from the main train station (which is one reason why I chose them). The apartment itself was clean, bright (nearly all white!), modern, well-equipped, secure and comfortable. It was warm and cosy (if perhaps a bit too warm!) but you could open the large windows as well as use the air con. We had a ground floor room. It was pretty quiet while we were there. There were shutters on the outside controlled by a button inside, which was handy as the room was so white, including the curtains, the shutters helped keep it dark for sleeping in! The wetroom area had contemporary fittings with a large rainfall shower. I liked the white waffle cotton bathrobes provided. It had a well-equipped kitchenette. Only thing that would have made it better really was if there was a full-length mirror. Would stay again if we returned to Frankfurt and would consider their other apartments in other cities if visiting those!

• Jeffrey (2/5): No code to get in, left with nowhere on NYE!! - Never got the code to get in and haven't even been in contact with me still!! Have asked for a refund and not even a reply. Still no code or contact weeks later! Had to find somewhere to stay on NYE at the last min which lucky a friend let me crash their place. Still no refund or reply! Had booked for 3 nights and never got a code in that time.
• HP (10/5): A great place to stay for a trip to Frankfurt! - Upfront: I am German, and my hometown is 25 by train from here, we decided to spend a week closer to the "action". So for the non-locals - this is an EXCELLENT location if you want to visit the main attractions in Frankfurt and surroundings! First of, for Frankfurt I would consider it a quiet and safe neighborhood. Yes, lot's of street traffic, construction, etc. BUT - 1 block from the river, 7 minute walk to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) from where you can go ANYWHERE. 25 min stroll to Roemer and Zeil (shopping), and the "museums Ufer" across the river (Highly recommend the film museum!). Now for the apartment itself - tiny! Make sure you like the person you're staying with ;-) BUT Everything new, functional kitchen including 2-burner stove, dishwasher AND (drum roll) espresso machine! Few items I missed, but not deal breaker. Keyed entry to everything works great, 5+5 washer/dryer in the basement (even though a few were broken). Loved the bathroom, great shower, but again, small. During the week we had one cleaning visit withe linen change, and one towel change. Lot's of stores and a small grocery stores all within 10 min. We never ate out because between Christmas market and local food - no need! Insider tip: Find the Kleinmarkthalle (limited opening hours) and indulge yourself! A great place all around for a trip to Frankfurt!

Just one comment, it would be good to have some user manual for the kitchen appliances or air conditioner. Every gadgets from different company have different operation. If the user manual is available in the room, it would be more convenient.

You need to look for an email for check in instructions after booking. They forgot to send it to us and insisted that it was sent to us until they realized that they forgot. After this slight hiccup we very much enjoyed our stay here.
