• Guest (8/5): A well-appointed, comfy place to base yourself on a trip to beautiful Bologna - The facilities, staff, and location were great. It's a comfy stay and close to all the sights. There was a national strike on public transport during our stay. The staff at Almarossa helped sort a taxis to get us to the airport on time. The only thing was late night noise from the local bar at the weekend. We were on the top but needed earplugs to sleep. But that's city life for you.

• Karen (5/5): Small basic rooms, but clean. Smoke free. 15 minutes walk to town centre. Quite noisy road noise. - Was able to access room an hour early. Lift onsite. Laundry facilities (self serve) available and detergent able to be purchased. Non smoking hotel. Clean room. Noisy overnight due to road noise. Very small room - pay extra for bigger room should you want to stay. A bit further out of main centre than expected. Had to walk at least two blocks for a decent cafe and about 4 blocks for a restaurant. About a 30 minute walk from the train station.

The sound proofing of the room was terrible, street noises from nearby bars kept us awake nearly all night on a Thursday, I dread to think how loud it would be on a Saturday

Μου άρεσε που υπήρχαν παροχές (π.χ. παντόφλες κ.λπ.), θα ήθελα να υπήρχε σίδερο ρούχων, το οποίο δεν βρήκα σε κανένα από τα 2 διαμερίσματα. Επίσης, η γειτονιά ήταν ήσυχη και σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο(περίπου 20'). Περπατούσες άνετα! Επίσης, το προσωπικό μέσω Whatsapp ήταν άμεσο, βοηθητικό και εξυπηρετικό σε όποιο αίτημα και αν είχαμε. Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μην μου άρεσε.

• Lousewies (8/5): Super helpful staff and you can leave your luggage in a locker - Rooms are very clean and include all the necessary amenities. The staff are exceptionally nice. I was able to leave my luggage overnight while I took a day trip in one of the lockers they have in the laundry room, which is a great service. The room in the back was nice and quiet, the one in the front you get a lot of noise from the café across the street even with the window closed. In one room the air-conditioning always went on even when I turned it off and in the other one it seemed to be centrally controlled so that I could not turn it on when needed.

The room was facing the street and there was constant noise during the night from people partying and traffic and also the walls are super thin so we could hear all people from the other rooms and couldn’t sleep at all during the evening . I wouldn’t recommend for first time visiting Bologna, because even though it’s a 20 min walk to the main piazza, the neighborhood has a really different vibe than staying in the central part. The communication with the staff wasn’t that great either as 2 days before checking in they were really persistent on getting our IDs even though I explained we were traveling and would have the time the next day. We travel a lot in Italy and it’s the first bad review I leave, fortunately just stayed 1 night and need to say I wouldn’t recommend.

Stanza davvero piccola, nessuna possibilità di poggiare una valigia, illuminazione interna insufficiente e cosa ancor più grave nessuna possibilità di gestire la climatizzazione (risposta: al momento non abbiamo acceso riscaldamento/aria condizionata, se vuole possiamo rimediare con un ventilatore).

• antonella (8/5): Centrale e ben servita! - Posizione centrale, appartamento ampi, puliti e ben forniti. La struttura offre in camera macchinetta del caffè, capsule e the 🙂. Nei dintorni ci sono numerosi bar, farmacia e ristoranti a pochi passi! Tra la camera da letto ed il soggiorno non c’é una porta 🥲 eravamo più coppie e ciò non ha permesso alcuna privacy. Compensando questa mancanza gli appartamenti sarebbero ancor più confortevoli! Il rumore in strada é molto forte.

• arzu (8/5): Fiyat performans iyiydi - Konum heryere yakındı Geç saatlerde cadde ıssız gibiydi biraz tedirgin olduk. Ama aynı cadde gece geç saatlere kadar yüksek sesler duyduk ve uyumakta zorlandık
• Barbara (9/5): - Fabulous location, close to many of the top must-see sights in Bologna. Grocery store just a few doors down the sidewalk, and nice kitchenette. It was very quiet to sleep, and the windows had inside shutters that effectively blackout the bedroom. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was very clean. I like that there was a balcony and a drying rack for clothes. Spacious and comfortable stay. I'd stay there again. The apartment was listed as having a washing machine, but there was no washer in my unit. That is the one thing I wish I'd had. Otherwise, this is a fabulous location and a great place to stay.

• raquel (9/5): - Muy bien situado, cerca del centro y de la estación de tren y con fácil llegada desde el aeropuerto. La habitación amplia y bonita, aunque no se correspondía con lo que esperábamos por las fotos, creíamos que habría habitación y salón y era un espacio único. Ese tipo de habitación lo tienen pero al ser Semana Santa no estaba disponible. Las chicas de recepción, muy amables, intentaron arreglarlo pero no fue posible. La habitación daba a la calle y se oía bastante el ruido.

• Ruth (8/5): Zeker aan te bevelen. - De ontvangst was vriendelijk en professioneel, met duidelijke uitleg bij aankomst. De accommodatie zelf was verzorgd en proper. Ook de ligging is een grote troef: op wandelafstand van het stadscentrum. Het lawaai op de gang door de deuren die automatisch dichtvallen. De deurdrangers (het mechanisme bovenaan de deur) zorgen ervoor dat de deuren vrij hard dichtgaan, waardoor je telkens wakker wordt.

La posizione è estremamente centrale ma comporta anche estremo disturbo la notte per via degli schiamazzi sia notturni che la mattina molto presto... purtroppo siamo stati parecchio disturbati dai rumori provenienti dalla strada. Dei vetri insonorizzanti aiuterebbero molto!

• Angelika (9/5): Ich werde wieder kommen. - Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt um die ganze Stadt zu erkunden. Die Zimmer bieten mehr als genug Platz, sind mit viel Liebe und Individualität eingerichtet und die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Der einzige Minuspunkt sind die überhaupt nicht schallisolierten Fenster durch die man leider den gesamten Strassenlärm hört.
• Nathalie (8/5): Buona esperienza, ma migliorabile per comfort e servizi - Il personale è stato davvero incredibile: estremamente disponibile, cordiale e sempre pronto ad aiutare, contribuendo in modo significativo a rendere piacevole il soggiorno. Il soggiorno è stato complessivamente positivo, ma con alcuni aspetti migliorabili. La stanza risultava piuttosto rumorosa a causa del traffico e degli schiamazzi provenienti dal locale sulla strada. Probabilmente, con una camera più distante, il riposo sarebbe stato decisamente più tranquillo. Un ulteriore miglioramento potrebbe riguardare il bagno: la presenza di una presa Siemens sarebbe un’aggiunta utile e apprezzata.

• Carola (9/5): Sehr angenehmes Ambiente, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal . Personal - Es handelt sich um ein Appart'Hotel mit Küchenzeile, so dass wir nur am 1. Tag das Frühstück gebucht haben und uns sonst selbst versorgt haben. Es war ein angenehm ruhiges Appartement , sehr gepflegt mit großen Bad Im Eingangsbereich wären 3-4 Garderobenhaken sinnvoll ( die braucht man zwar im Sommer eher weniger, aber im Frühjahr...nützlich)
• Lisa (10/5): Fantastic Bologna stay - The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful and provided fantastic recommendations. The room was spacious and clean. There were tea and coffee facilities in the communal kitchen which was also really nice. I would also like to highlight that the property takes safety seriously which is great for visitors. The only downside for the central location is street noise but that is a small price to pay for the great location.

• Tim (8/5): Great location and much bigger and better than the pictures suggested - Great location - a 15 minute walk from the station and 10 from the historic centre, with restaurants, bars and a supermarket nearby. Rooms are clean and quiet (at least the courtyard facing one I had was, with good double glazing), and the free washing machines are a bonus. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The double bed is two singles pushed together so you can still feel the gap in the middle. The air con is centrally locked so you can't use it as a fan (heat or cool only). During my stay the WiFi was down for two days (they apologised with wine though - thank you!). Finally, the smart TV's internet-based functions never worked despite being plugged into an ethernet port.
• Silvia (8/5): Good but need some improvement for safety do not recommend to lone women or elderly people - Very clean and comfortable apartment with all you need for a stay. The bed is very very comfortable!!! I didn’t like the fact the door has not an inside lock. For a woman traveling alone is not a good feeling knowing the apartment can be opened with a card. During my stay the energy went off ( blackout) several times and there is no emergency light in the room, and it went super dark!!!! Luckily could use my phone light. Not good at all! It says in booking reception is 24h but it is not, be careful!! Wrong information. Do not recommend for lone woman or elderly people.

• Georgia (8/5): Pleasant - Staff polite and helpful. Clean room, had TV with netflix (you need your own account). The room was tiny, no space for open luggage. Mattress not very comfortable and no slippers. I had to pay extra tax - city tax - although booking clearly specified that all taxes were included in the price.

• Daniele (9/5): Ottima struttura a poca distanza dal centro di Bologna. - Monolocale molto spazioso, curato, ben arredato e pulito. Reception molto cordiale e personale gentile. Supermercato sotto casa e farmacia e bar a 2 passi. Ottima posizione. Il parcheggio in zona non è economicissimo (3,90 euro l'ora) ma alla reception è possibile acquistare dei biglietti giornalieri ad 11,20 e ci si leva il pensiero. Ci tornerei sicuramente. L'edificio è su una strada molto trafficata e rumorosa. Se avete il sonno leggero come me potrebbe volerci un po' di più ad addormentarsi ma tutto sommato pensavo peggio. Moglie e figlia invece si sono addormentate senza problemi.
