- Sienna (4/5): Not very good for how nice it looks in the photos - The apartment is in a good location and has a kitchen with the necessities Unfortunately many things: The apartment feels damp and smells moldy, there is mold in the shower, the power went out and nobody had answered our text until the evening by then we had fixed it ourselves, the water was cold after that incident and also wasn't taken care of. The sink in the bathroom is falling off the wall and the bathroom smells very bad. The bedroom closet only has 6 hangers, the drawer is broken, the couch has a large stain, the floors are stained and the coffee pods in the kitchen had been used before our arrival (they sat there with the holes already in the top). The terrace/garden wasn't very well kept either.

- Alan (4/5): - We bought breakfast at the pastelaria on the opposite side of the road. Good coffee and excellent freshly baked pastries. We were sent a message saying our room was apartment W. No such apartment existed. We spoke to another resident for help who suggested we go to apartment 2. This was the correct one we assume and we spent the night there. I attempted to call the owners on the number provided but got no response to the message I left. The coffee machine did not work. The shower fitting was loose and had to be hand held. The room was on the ground floor and overlooked a stone staircase. The view from the bedside window was of a dark, cavernous, stone space under the stairs. The sofa had nasty stains on it.

- ISABELLE (4/5): Odeurs de moisissure, climatisation en panne et code d'accès non opérationnel + travaux à côté 🤬 - - Accès à un espace vert par la porte fenêtre de l'appartement ( partagé avec appartement du bas) - Appartement lumineux, 2 capsules Nespresso à l'arrivée, belle cuisine intégrée - Grande douche, eau bien chaude - 3 rouleaux de papier toilette pour séjour de 5 jours, serviettes et tapis de bain - proche métro et bus Concerne appartement 4, 1er étage côté jardin : - Absence de contact humain : Maison de ville avec accès par code pour 6 appartements. - Accès par code ko : Malgré une autorisation d'accès à partir de 14h dans les instructions reçues, je suis restée "à la porte" à mon arrivée vers 15h40, jusqu'à 16h, heure de mise en route automatique du code. - Climatisation en panne, à nouveau opérationnelle le 4° jour sur 5 suite intervention du technicien. - Odeur moisissure : L'un des murs de la chambre est couvert de bulles de salpêtre et une odeur de moisissure reste présente malgré la peinture qui a été remise dessus pour tenter de les contenir. J'ai eu un sommeil très compliqué dans cette atmosphère bizarre, même en laissant les fenêtres entre ouvertes pour aérer. La clim était en panne et le temps gris. - Bruit des blocs de ventilation extérieurs, placés juste à côté des fenêtres de la chambre, si les fenêtres sont ouvertes. - Literie : très très ferme - Marteau piqueur et perceuses en route dès 8h30 dans le bâtiment mitoyen, en cours de destruction avant rénovation (reste que les murs, sols et plafonds) - quelle surprise le 1er matin en ayant l'impression qu'une pelleteuse travaillait juste à côté !!! - C'est le lave main des wc qui sert de coin toilette. Miroir trop bas pour moi et peu d'espace pour déposer les affaires. Abattant mal fixé, qui bouge. - Appartement bien conçu initialement et sympathique, mais pas entretenu : stores effilochés et qui perdent des morceaux dans la chambre, pomme de douche qui mériterait d'être changée car peu de débits d'eau, Jardin avec robot tondeuse mais qui ne doit pas avoir tourné depuis longtemps, abattant WC à fixer.

- Mengdi (10/5): - First I would like to thank Ana for all the organising, I got self check-in info beforehand. So there’s no issue. Secondly, my room is facing the garden, during my stay, there’s no noisy, the soundproof was excellent! Lastly, it feels like home. That’s what makes me feel comfortable and safe. Definitely go for it next time when I come back. ❤️ I think it’s the water pressure during the shower, not stable, but it’s not a big deal. In general, I super enjoyed this sweet house :)
- Tim (9/5): - Die Lage des Apartments ist klasse, eine Metro-Station liegt etwa drei Fußminuten entfernt und in die Innenstadt sind es auch nur circa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein, sie hatte jedoch alles, was man benötigt, um dort kochen zu können.

- Aida (8/5): Estancia donde puedes repetir - Lo que puedo destacar del alojamiento es su localización, bien comunicado con metro , bus, y relativamente cerca de los principales puntos de interés andando! Teniendo en cuenta que además te permite no estar inmerso en el bullicio de la zona más turística, pudiendo conocer una parte más auténtica de Oporto, como restaurantes más pensados para los portugueses que para extranjeros, algo que en mi caso siempre busco! Además tienes cerca tango Lidl como continente, que si pasar varios días te permiten comprar cositas para preparar en el apartamento! Quizás el aseo, resulta incómodo el lavabo sumamente pequeño , salpica todo fuera con solo lavarte las manos con cuidado, l no tener nada para apoyar para asearte …. Sin duda fue lo más incómodo de la estancia ! El edificio huele a humedad pero imagino que es algo habitual por las edificaciones y el clima de la zona .

More storage in the bathroom and for our luggage 2. They could have provided more in the kitchen. Normally in other apartments that Ive been they provided oil, salt, sugar, the basic stuff. 3. There is a smell of humidity that could be improved by air freshener or pot pourri. 4. This is something subjective I guess. but I like the personal touch to be greeted by the host. There's a garden that's now just a grass field with nothing on it. A potential to make it more homey. Summary: the host should look more at the details for more a homey feeling and be more personable.
- Herrmann (7/5): Central, nice size but very loud - The bed was cozy, small kitchen with everything you need, the communication with the hosts, small distance to the city Very noisy, there is a loud street in front (we were in the first apartment and it was very loud, also the house in general is very loud, we heard the guests above us all the time and therefore it was hard to sleep sometimes. The shower is old and could be cleaner… There is a strange smell in the apartment

- Sebastian (10/5): - Lokalizacja w zasięgu spaceru do centrum miasta, blisko zarówno do stacji metra, jak i przystanku autobusowego. Cicha, spokojna okolica. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. W dniu przyjazdu zastaliśmy zepsutą kanapę, która jeszcze tego samego dnia została wymieniona na całkiem nową. Bardzo cienkie ściany, przez które mocno słychać zarówno gości w sąsiednich apartamentach, jak i panią sprzątającą, która od wczesnych godzin porannych prowadzi bardzo głośne rozmowy telefoniczne.

- Diana (6/5): La estancia regular/ bien - La cercanía, iglesia cerca bares para desayunar cerca muy buenos y baratos, para aparcar no hubo problema ninguna vez en tres días. El apartamento es amplio y tiene lo necesario. Está bastante limpio La cama deja mucho que desear , te levantas cansado. Los vecinos de arriba se oyen mucho muchísimo, la madera cruje mucho y se oye todo. La primera noche de oía un ratón/ pájaro arañar , rascar,morder la pared del baño lo que hizo que esa noche fuese incapaz de dormir, el resto de días no sé oyó más.fue incómoda esa noche. Faltaba gel en la ficha no lo había rellenado.
- Bianca (9/5): Precioso y tranquilo - Alojamiento cómodo, muy buenas instalaciones, reformado con mucho gusto, con todo lo necesario. Ubicación ideal, fuera de masificación del centro pero cerca, a dos paradas de metro. Genial para estar tranquilos, buen barrio. Que las paredes son muy finas y se oye a los vecinos, sobre todo cuando caminan, pero nada grave.

- Melina (7/5): Aconchegante! - Apartamento pequeno mas bem aconchegante, bem equipado em todos os sentidos e muito limpo. Facilidade de contacto com os anfitriões. Cheirava bastante a humidade, principalmente o quarto, e na casa de banho também tinha algum cheiro de canalização. Para uma estadia curta não vejo problema, mas para quem fique vários dias pode ser incómodo. Um dos encostos do sofá não de segura quando nos encostamos.

Muy detallistas: dos cápsulas de café, papel de cocina, pastillas para el lavavajillas…etc. Los anfitriones muy atentos Se escuchan los ruidos del piso de arriba. El barrio no es muy bonito, aunque está cerca del centro. El jardín solo tiene acceso desde algún apartamento. El parking más cercano a 6 minutos

Desde la decoración, la almohadas de la cama y la cocina cocina super bien equipada con todo lo que necesites para una estancia a medio o largo plazo, el amplio salón, la luminosidad y la tranquilidad que permite dormir muy bien y en una zona tranquila alejada del turismo de masas y cerca de la boca de metro y de supermercados. Un lavabo muy pequeño y los vecinos del piso de arriba que no tienen cuidado al subir las escaleras y las pilas del mando del aire acondicionado estaban gastadas, no había donde tender la ropa
- Bennetts Park Annex Flat (10/5): Good stay in Porto and a helpful host. - The host Ana was very helpful as she allowed to check in earlier than the normal time. The flat is very spacious and clean. The air conditioners were very powerful as we didnot require all three ACs. I likes the clean pine flooring. The sunny rear terrace was a bonus. Nothing

- Mariann (8/5): Surprisingly wide apartment - The location is very good, just 20min walk from towntown. Many supermarkets nearby, good metro connection. Everything necesarry in the kitchen was there. I really enjoyed that the place had a bluetooth stereo. The toilet had a bad plumbing smell that made the whole apartment smell. The a/c didn’t work. The backrest of the sofa in the living room collapsed when you rested on it. The walls are very thin and every walk on the stairs is heard.
