Lisa (4/5): Save your time. Save your frustration skip this one! - Not much. There are roaches. The staff tries, but not hard enough. There were no refill of towels. If you asked for trash bags they were stingy. The manager did do good by giving me a downstairs room bc I can not climb stairs. This hotel could do better, they need new management and a new do better,can do attitude. If I were manager and I ran out of towels I'd go to walmart and get towels so my customers could have their basic needs met! Everything. Wish I could get my money back.

I booked the room and wanted to cancel it all within the same hour and just got berraded by booking.com and no one from the hotel was ever made available. It took me hours on the phone to accomplish nothing and I didn't even get 1 penny back from my $100. I'm extremely disappointed on how this was handled

Judy (3/5): Up until the last day other than what I already said it was ok. I was just dealing with it. A lot was going on but I jus - Location Area was quite dirty. A lot of dog feces on parts of the sidewalk areas. And the floor was really dirty. When I checked in the one girl didn’t know what she was doing as well as not extending my stay when I went in to tell them. She messed up my registration which caused some issues with a very hitleresk management. She ended up kicking me out and made up lies to do so. The only thing I did wrong was to say hell in my comment about their actions. Then she said things that didn’t even happen I guess to cover her actions. I will die on that hill. She lied straight out.The photo below was when I spilt a little water and was wiping it up. Black, just filthy! It didn’t get that dirty from me on day two. I could have been there a month and it wouldn’t have gotten that bad.

Ivy (6/5): You get what you pay for. - The room was not ready when we arrived at 2:30 which was ok as we were early. I was told it would be ready at 3. I returned at 3:15 and it still was not ready nor the rooms for several others in line. We got into the room at about 3:45. Booking had me down for 1 adult and a baby! Should have been 2 adults and 2 beds. They were able to get me the 2 beds. The room was less than basic. lots of wear and tear, but we were only staying one night and wanted something close to the airport. It served our purpose but wasn't very nice but I guess for the cost was ok.

Bert (1/5): Terrible would never recommend this place even to my worst enemy - The outside of the building looked decent This was the most disgustingly dirty place we have ever stayed. We had to change rooms twice due to bugs, dirty floors and garbage. Even the second room there was stuff left by the previous guests, garbage on the floor and dirty counters that needed to be washed by us before we could set our bags down. It was truly an awful experience. The ad pictures were no true to reality. So much broken, dirty and truly awful conditions. I am so displeased given how much it cost to stay there for our one night. There is no way I would have used the kitchen area and the bathroom was so gross! The smell of both units was so bleachy it was suffocating and the windows wouldn’t open to air it out.

The location was great for the occasion The inside of our room was less than great, our bed had a broken box spring and I found several insects during our stay on the 2nd floor. Thankfully none in the bed. While I was checking out, Another person who stayed in a room near us was telling the front desk that she found mold and an insect infestation under the sink in her room.

Front desk sent me on a wild goose chase to find the housekeeper's office to ask for soap, and a very nice housekeeper went out of her way searching everywhere to try and find me at least 1 single bar of soap for my party of 3. Seems like management doesn't purchase enough soap. The door to the room latched, but wouldn't fully close. You could wiggle the door and see the daylight and breeze come through the cracks. Curtains had what looked like a blood stain. No ice machine. The mattress was on a really dirty looking green fabric boxspring, bedroom floor was dirty, bathtub floor had stains, and the bath towels provided are doll-sized. The outlets over the nightstand were so loose that my phone charger would fall right out and not even stay plugged in. I'm not usually very fussy about hotels, but i've stayed in motel 6's elsewhere that have been much cleaner.

I did not enjoy that no house keeping comes and if you want new towels then you have to bring the soiled ones to the front desk. I also did not like how many times my key card deactivated and I had to keep going back to the front desk to get it reactivated. I also did not like that there was a spot/stain in the shower, not sure if it was blood or rust.

Shanara (1/5): Employees here are PURE EVIL. - Nothing. They kicked us out because of THEIR poor inspection/basic maintenance failed. Because THEIR door handle broke. They kicked us out and THREW AWAY all of our stuff. They threw away brand new unopened just bought $140 worth of groceries. Yes, THREW AWAY GOOD FOOD WHEN PEOPLE ARE STARVING. They stole my phone, my purse, my wallet, my keys, and had NO EMPATHY WHATSOEVER. Run away from this place! Everyone that worked there. This is the absolute worst place to stay in Tempe/Mesa/Chandler/Gilbert/Phoenix/South Phoenix/North Phoenix/West Phoenix/East Phoenix/pretty much any city you can think of in the area, just don't go near this place. Unless you enjoy meeting real life KARENS, I would not go near this place if it was my last option on earth. Nope. I'll take sleeping on dirt. These people are EVIL. Don't learn the hard way.
