• Justin (1/5): Never again - Nothing booked the place drove 7 hours snd got told the reservation was canceled on their end from them over booking The manager is clearly not professional enough. They over booked over 30 room last weekend

• Jen (7/5): It's a good for a night or 2 - The staff is friendly. The room wasn't clean and the bed didn't have anything on it. I went to the front desk to inform him and it was the last room. So asked for fresh linens and I always bring cleaner and paper towels. I made the bed and wiped things off. This is the 2nd week in a row that I've had problems. I will stay here again.

• Jen (5/5): I will stay again - The neighborhood was great. The staff is always friendly. There was issues with the room but things were worked out. I'm not going into detail about the issues. ( NO NOT BUGS). This is only the 2nd time I've had a bad room and I stay here often. 1 thing I have to mention is if there's a maintenance issue that can't wait until morning and the maintenance person doesn't care to answer then maybe have some tools/supplies on hand for front desk to fix or even the guest might know how to fix the problem as long as it's not a huge issue.

• Jen (8/5): Great location and value - The staff is always friendly. The bed was comfortable. Very quiet and close to restaurants and a bar. I would stay here again. That it has burn marks everywhere when I asked for a non smoking room. But the room didn't smell like smoke.

It wasn't to loud had the normal noises coming from other people. A lot of peope sitting outside enjoying the weather. Staff was friendly as always. Plenty of walkable restaurants and activities. Safe neighborhood. Will stay here again.

The air/heating unit needs cleaned it had a weird smell when on. The bed was comfortable and the area is quiet had a great night sleep. I would stay here again just not in the room i was in for this stay.

• Colleen (2/5): - This property is severely rundown and dirty. Mold smell in the bathroom. Floors dirty, cabinets falling apart and dirt streaked, blood stain on the bed cover, trim work around bathroom door missing, tile work on bathroom wall coming off, water damage to ceiling of bathroom.

• Mark (2/5): - Disgusting. Got to hotel after 3pm. The room assigned to us was not clean, had pizza boxes on dresser and bedding in floor. Asked for another room and the room we got was supposedly freshly cleaned…it was not clean by any means! I have photos. We are not the type to cause a ruckus so we cleans the room ourself and stayed. NEVER AGAIN! I will be emailing corporate and sending them photos!

• Kristel (2/5): So sad - Very disappointing. The best thing about this stay was a pleasant front desk clerk. The clerk was very helpful and apologetic about the condition of my room upon check in. I worked at this location when it was Studio 6. The rooms were much better. I thought that since it's under a new name that it would be even better.... but I was wrong I read reviews before booking and they seemed okay but those must be fake. This place is horrible. From broken televisions and lamps to backed up sinks and a room that smelled of car urine, this was a disaster. There was so much going on that I didn't even bother to complain anymore, I just took pictures.
• James (2/5): - Wasn’t able to check in until 4 for some reason. But they come to the door right at 11am to tell you that you have 10 mins to get out. Gross rooms. Coffee machine still had old coffee in it.
• Maxwell (4/5): - Toilet was dirty and there were flies in my room upon arrival. The door lock was broken and it took over a week to fix. Staff was very nice but took a while or sometimes wouldn’t answer requests.

• Vincent (2/5): A quick exit from this place - The place looked nice, front desk area look amazing but once you enter the rooms it was barely clean, trash was left at the front door before we even got there, bathroom sink was clogged from trash and the pipe was leaking. The bed was very uncomfortable that we went to buy new sheets and the room was very hot. So we turned on the air conditioner and after I woke up from a nap I was drenched in sweat because the air conditioner did not work properly. The experience was so bad we left in the first 3-4 hours to get a new place. I do not recommend this place for a vacation.
• floyd (10/5): - Stayed for a weekend, the room was clean, beds were clean and comfortable. No issues other than the toilet being loose, reported to the staff and they advised they would have it fixed, other than hearing a couple dogs bark here and there it was quiet. All the staff were friendly, the a/c worked fantastic on a 90+ degree weekend, the fridge and freezer were both cold, we didnt use the stovetop, but noticed there are no pans for anyone planning to, the microwave worked fine, shower was hot, no carpets which we liked, bed linens were fresh and clean, no complaints about the room at all. We would stay again.

• Nina (6/5): - I was a bit surprised this was a Choice Hotel. It is a functional place for getting sleep and taking care of necessaries. Have a kitchenette was nice, but most components of the place were outdated, included the bed. Again, it served its purpose, and perhaps the price range dictated the situation. Also, we felt that the floor wasn't clean as far as a deep clean. It was swept, but it wasn't spic and span. One of the kitchen drawers wasn't clean either. So, we had a good sleep, but it wasn't the most enjoyable stay. We were able to take a walk, and there are plenty of sidewalks and places to walk. There are also many restaurants available and a nearby grocery.

• Jen (8/5): Quiet and comfortable - The Location is great a lot to do around there. Staff is great. Quiet and hot shower The room needs to be cleaned better. But nothing that I couldn't wipe down anyway. ( i always bring my own cleaner and paper towels to any place I stay) I would stay here again
• Brayley (1/5): Bad - The stove was broken in the AC was broken. The room was dirty, then had to switch rooms and in the new room the stove was missing knobs. They were going to have to shut the power down for a couple hours to fix everything.

I asked to switch rooms and that was accommodated. Service was very friendly. Noisy neighbors but for the price some of these things aren’t avoidable

So they proceeded to bring me a mattress to throw on the floor! My step dad also got a room his was not cleaned at all. Smelled like cat urine and there was urine all over the wall in the bathroom! Never again this place is awful!!!
• Workman (8/5): Definitely Worth the Value - The price was good and the staff were very accommodating. We were traveling with our 7 and a half week old daughter. The unit floor wasn't as clean as it could've been, and the stove knob was broken off.

• P (6/5): - I dropped my keys behind the dresser. When I pulled it out to get them it was so much trash, dirt and toys behind and under the dresser. The lobby looked and smelled better than the room. I was under the impression that it was a hotel when I booked. No! It’s an extended stay motel. The bed was sunken in and very uncomfortable. The food that was being cooked in the room next door kept making me sick. I did not enjoy my stay at all.

The good things were: no evidence of bedbugs, clean sheets and pillow cases, clean white towels ,etc. except for the human hair embedded in a washcloth, and secure locking devices. Outside was very nice with mowed grass, well marked parking including handicapped areas, and ecologically friendly "mulch".
• Shauna (2/5): Worst hotel ever seen. - The room was filthy. Floors were tile that were sticky and could not take off our shoes. Bathtub had grungy film and black curly hairs. When I wiped it with hand towel it turned the towel black. Toilet had fecal ring and had not been cleaned. The floor in bathroom was not only dirty but had kids stickers stuck too it. The kitchen sink cabinet was rotten and the doors were hanging loose. We had to stand on the bed and clean the greasy hanging cobwebs off the ceiling as we did not want them falling on us in the night. The dead bolt on the door would not lock. In 50 years of traveling we have never seen anything so disgusting. Only sheer exhaustion and lack of funds prevented us from moving on. Got a few much needed hours of sleep and got out of there.

I would NEVER recommend this place - Nothing I specifically got a smoking room so we wouldn’t have any issues and not even 10 minutes of being there, there was a knock on our door because the alarm was going off which is odd because the whole building wasn’t going off. Now I’m being overcharged

• Kevin (2/5): False advertisement - I travel alot for work and bever know for sure until 24 hrs.beforethe day i leave if im going.i in 30 i have never rented a room without refund ability..your add showed fully refundable. I paid for 4 night and tried to cancel 2 weeks before my check in date only to find out there would be no refund...i will never use this site again and i will not recommend it to anyone..
