- Gordon (5/5): Not great but not the worst. - The beds are amazingly soft and so comfortable. No trash can in the room, only 1 light, a bulb was burned out so I asked for a replacement and was told I can buy one at the dollar store. The room needed a good dusting and the tub reglazed.

- Robert (1/5): I refused to stay in a place that disgusting. - Cannot believe Booking.com would have a hotel in this bad of shape as a choice. The lobby smelled like an Ashtray and the room was not much better. For the same price I found a nice clean hotel closer to the airport. I should get my money back as I did not stay the night only 5 minutes told me to get out quick. Clean rooms and no cigarette smoke. Also many people milling around outside that looked shaky. You couldn't pay me to stay there.

- Valerie (1/5): Grungy and Sketchy Place to stay. - It was at least a room for the night. The bath had hair in it so I guess it hadn’t been cleaned. Throughout the night I received several knocks on my door from random people who would argue with me when I told them to leave until I threatened to call the police. I tried to contact the front desk but the line always went dead. Honestly, it felt like the place people probably die at frequently. Save your money, even though it’s cheap. Get a safer hotel.

I s - It was close ti WAWA No Staff after 10pm While they know they have key card entry, and the cards are defective. I checked in at 9pm. And was locked out by12 am the following morning. And with there being no staff to contact. I paid to spend the night outside a room i paid for. A staff member who would not give me his name, showed up that morning at i believe 9am. And reprogrammed my key. But wouldn’t give me a refund. I asked and told i had to leave. So so it’s not just a man on the corner that I have to worry about robbing me in these rying times. It’s also companies and corporations.

The person before me must’ve dismantled the smoke detector and it was still down when I got there. The outlets were busted up. There was a condom just laying outside in the walkway. There was hair and bottle cap in my bathtub. It was truly gross. I wouldn’t have stayed but I didn’t see any bugs and I just needed a bed for the night.

Rooms kitchen sink had a smelly substance stuck in it. Toilet seat was not bolted on, all lights an TV were ran off one single switch. All doors had to be shut with force for them to closed.

I turned the TV on and could not get one channel to come in along with no sound ,did not get another TV untul midday next day.No working microwave blew because of outlet and frigerator stopped working a loss of $50.00 of meat to spoil ,after 3 days I requested to be moved until 2 days later went from a King room to queen room half the size and then had to a strong man to move my bed from that room because they had,no downstair rooms available Only gave ne I day,credit so I should be Happy about that.They beed ro check the rooms thoroughly befire renting them 😉

I arely tolerated the stay there. Also ir smelled like pee on the walkway and the hrounds was so unk rd mpt. Even tbough it is cheap place to stay it doesn't have to look like it. Amd thr staff is so ghetto amd rude hanhing in the lobby gossiping instead of taking care of pronlems timely. I usually don't have problems with. Otel 6 but this o e amd phillips hwy in Jacksonville are the absolute worst 😑
