Guest Reviews
- want2gotravelservice (1/5): - Location Not handicap accessible
- Bill (1/5): SAVE YOUR HEALTH AND POSSIBLY YOUR LIFE, DON'T STAY HERE - Nothing. We REFUSED TO STAY THERE. If there was a -100 score it would have been TOO GOOD for this Hotel. When we first got to the Hotel it was around midnight and there were people sitting in vehicles and running around the parking lot and in and out of the Hotel. We walked into the front desk and it stunk and was in need of lots of repairs. We checked in and went to the door to go up stairs. The outside door which was supposed to be locked wasn't. The stairs needed lots of repairs and when we got to the second floor the carpets were worn terribly and paint was peeling from the walls. It was very noisy with people that looked very SHADY going in and out of rooms. We went into our room and it was very dirty, it stunk so bad and when my wife pulled back the dirty comforter to check the bed, the mattress had BLOOD stains on it. My Daughter in law wouldn't even let the toddler down to walk. We immediately took our luggage back to the car and went back to the front desk and DEMANDED a refund which we were told the Manager would have to do it later that day when he came into work. We found a room across the street at Best Western which was a THOUSAND PERCENT BETTER. We later found out that Rehab and other Homeless programs used that Studio 6 to house people with drug addictions and people with other problems under certain circumstances. Booking.com needs to REMOVE This Hotel from their listing before a loyal patron has sever problems or WORSE.
- James (3/5): Was just there for a quick overnight stay, served its purpose - Location Out dated, leak in the ceiling , having to pay a security deposit

- Robert (1/5): Absolutely awful! Full of animal feces throughout the entire place. Building smells horrendous! - Location. Absolute health hazard to stay at this place. They let animals use the bathroom all over this entire building including hallways and rooms. The smell was so bad no matter which part of this building you went into and it was dreadful. When I spoke with the counter employee I was told I should have asked for a different room. I explained to him he should have put us in a clean room to begin with but unfortunately this whole hotel was a s*** show and had no clean rooms it was absolutely awful needs to be turned into the health department and booking.com should not tolerate them to be one of their listings. It is unacceptable that booking.com is even acknowledging them as a place to stay through this app.

- Lori (1/5): Disgusting - Location to event Run down. Dirty. We had to ask for more than 2 bath towels.... There were two of us. They gave us a hard time AND charged us for extra towels. Also i was told the $50 would be refunded - it was not !
- Tristan (1/5): Felt unsafe - Nothing Everything
- Angela (5/5): It probably was exactly what you should expect for $60 a night. - The staff were great! Extremely nice and helpful! The sheets had burn holes in them. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper and that’s it. The tv remote was missing. The room key didn’t work half the time. The bed was horrible!! It was extremely uncomfortable and felt like it tilted down and felt like my feet were higher than my head. Also, the room was freezing!!!!
- Tiffney (1/5): - One of the beds obviously had been used alot because the noise of every little movement was awful.. The second night a handful of kids were ru ning and screaming throughout the halls from the first to second floor back to the first floor.. That carried on and off for over an hour.. The bathroom floor underneath vanity had to bottle caps with dirt all around the floor obviously due to laziness of cleaners.. The toilet was loose from floor.
- Carol (5/5): - I did not stay at location due to pet dander in carpet allergies
- Brandy (3/5): -
- Danta (2/5): Can't get much worse - The floors weren't sticky and front desk was pleasant if ineffective. The motel was in poor repair. We didn't have bath towels, only hand towels. Heat didn't work. Had to ask for extra blankets. Firedoor across the hall slammed loudly all night. Did not get quiet in halls until 4a.m. Was offered a second room the next night but a family of children ran the halls playing until 2a.m. even though management spoke to them. We forfeited our 3rd night prepay just to go elsewhere and get some sleep. The 3rd room they offered us had a broken beeping smoke alarm. Comfort suits were not much more but infinitely better, cleaner, nicer. This was just horrible. The front desk was apologetic and would have refunded our money, but we prepaid through booking.com for 3 nights. A real mistake. The pictures sort of show the conditions of the hotel: torn dirty carpeting, curtains partly unhooked or miss-hung, water stains, worn scratched paint, auto-door closers poorly adjusted, bed frames made a lot of noise, no cups. One room the microwave was missing. I had to crawl under the nightstand to plug in the lights. Just don't stay here.
- Kody (2/5): - I arrived around 12 PM after a drift event in Dayton. We checked in, but couldn't access our room, so we had to switch rooms. The final room was difficult to open and close the door. There were stains on the bathroom walls, a smoke smell in a non-smoking room, and holes in the curtains, dirty stained sheets. There were also no complimentary shampoo or conditioner. We decided to leave early and tried to cancel our extra night, but the motel refused and said the manager would be available the following Monday. I do not recommend this place; I’d rather sleep in my car than stay here. After returning home I had to wash my entire luggage due to the smoke smell.
- Randall (7/5): -
- emily (2/5): - Rude staff. First room the door lock was broken from the outside and the window was broken as well. Very unsafe.
- Patrick (9/5): -
- Elizabeth (3/5): - Needs new bathtub. Something can't be covered.
- Mrs De (4/5): Probably my first and last time staying here - The room was ok. The hallway are deceiving and smell of heavy cigarette smoke in non-smoking areas. the room looks better than the hallway but I had no tissue in my room and there is no one available after 10pm or in the morning. The tub backs up while showering, which is a pet peeve for me. There are residents here that also needed help and couldn’t find anyone.
- Kenneth (2/5): - Horrible experience with this hotel
- Kevin (2/5): - Pubic hair under blankets, hair on bed... unacceptable and gross!
- Kuenle (10/5): Exceptional - The bed was super comfortable and it was very clean . I have no complaints
- Terry (10/5): - I’ll stay here again
- Robert (6/5): - berry was helpful on desk
- Sibomana (9/5): Superb -
- Arthur (4/5): - Side doors were unsecured. Rooms were poorly maintained - cracked and broken tiles, toilet not properly seated so it rocked, leaky windows.
- Michelle (4/5): - The only thing good was the beds were comfortable. There were no amenities except a bar of soap. We needed a cup to take medicines. There were none. No tissues or shampoo.
- Alyson (2/5): - I ended up not staying there and finding another hotel after an hour of checking into my room. It smelled like tobacco and weed everywhere. I felt unsafe with my surroundings.
- Betty (4/5): Not Good @ ALL - At 4:30 AM went to flush Tolid NO water
Sink- No water. Was moved to another room
@ 5:15 AM Stay is foreigners owned
- Raymond (4/5): Did get back my deposit -
- Lowe (1/5): It smelled horrible, horrible customer service, horrible room and I will never recommend this to anyone! - It was scary, filled with the less fortunate, and had a horrible smell!!! I HATED Everything ABOUT this stay. It was horrible my room and the person I brought with me both agreed we will never be back. TVs were broken, the room had burn marks in the sheets and on top of the sheets were even dirty, there were holes in the curtains, missing handles on my cabinets, rust around the tub and sinks, dents in my fridge, and an horrible smell no matter where you went. Around 2:30 AM or 3 AM the police were called because a woman was shouting and causing an disturbance to everyone.I will never book this hotel again or use this booking website.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Needed because of our dog. Suited our needs.
- Ryan (2/5): - Staff was nice but room was disgusting with brown mold on walls.
- Therese (2/5): - We were placed here because our Match 14, 2024 VRBO home was no longer available. We bike a fantastic price on the full house, so a comparable priced room was much smaller and further away from the University of Dayton where our event was. This extended stay had questionable clientele hanging out in the parking lot smoking, blocking the entrance. The entrance and the hallways were filled with cigarette smoke and litter. Because of the extended stay status, cats and dogs were permitted on the premises. A dog kept us up the first night. Additionally, we believe a cat ir dog was in our room prior to our stay and the room wasn't completely sanitized, because both of of broke out with itchy eyes and runny noses. We were told there was a kitchenette in the room, we weren't told that there weren't any kitchen supplies. Not even a styrofoam cup for the coffee. The placid cup was nearly impossible to drink the hot coffee from.
One of out rooms had the security latch engaged and we couldn't get in the room. Luckily, there was another room available on the other side of the hotel. Luckily too, the second room was for my adult child and not a teenager or I would have felt comfortable or safe letting them stay in the room so far away.
The absolute only positive, was the hotel clerk that checked ys in. I wish I knew his name, but he was professional, courteous, and welcoming.
- Justin (2/5): - Nothing.
- Bell (10/5): Exceptional -
- EDWARD (8/5): - Was charged $50 for unexpected fees but was not credited as we had nothing other than the stay. The TV remote did not work and that issue wasn't resolved until 1 hour before we left.
Still working at getting the refund for the $50.
- Leslie (2/5): - It was so bad I didn't even stay. Derelicts gathered in the parking lot. Filthy, unsafe interior. Hallway to the room I didn't stay in was loud, dirty, had crying children and barking dogs throughout.
Horrible place. I left and couldn't get out of there fast enough.
- Christopher (4/5): - Kevin was the best part of the stay. Tv didn't work no remote fridge was disgusting.
- Kenneth (2/5): - This is the dirtiest and most unsafe place we have been in. We went to our room the floor was sticky and it smelled. We got our things and checked out. I'm hoping we are able to get our money back from Expedia. This place should never be on anyone's website
- ralph (6/5): - Entrance doors not secured. Rock placed to prevent door
locking. I removed the rock, half an hour later another
one was in place. Thus...there is no security.
- Evelyn (6/5): - I am allergic to cigarette smoke. I reserved 2 no smoking rooms. The hallway to the rooms was not clean and had a strong weed or cigarette smell. Dogs barked all night. The bathroom fan turns on when the light turns on. It brings the smoke smell into the rooms. I took a gamble on less expensive rooms. I won't do it again.
- Tony (8/5): - Smelled bad.
- Michael (5/5): It served its purpose. - Price location Location and price
- Verified traveler (2/5): Workers steal and not discipline - The hotel allowed workers to enter my room and I haven't checked out. the two male workers were going through my baggage an I caught them red handed. They broke multiple electronics and my tv. Also a nice amount of costly items were and are still missing. The front desk worker was supposed make a note of it but instead I was told that they were allowed to do that and that I would not be compensated for any of my losses. I also got kicked out and $1000s of dollars worth of stuff just taken from me. I'm getting an attorney and I'm suing this place. I do not recommend.
- Ashley (2/5): Trash n theives - The hotel allowed workers to enter my room and I haven't checked out. the two male workers were going through my baggage an I caught them red handed. - Patrina (1/5): Bad -
- Arturo (2/5): - My room not available through Expedia..... I had to book a room. Do not charge me through Expedia. I will not use Expedia again. Another person had access to our room. The person a key card and got in while we were sleeping. The bed sheets had stains on them. We slept with our clothes on. Very upset and will take my business some where else.
- James (2/5): - A man came up saying he's been up stairs smoking crack and meth for 2 weeks wanting me to rent him a room I told him to leave I was cooking on the grill he came back 5 minutes later saying to call the law or he was going to kill herself then the cops came out and was very disrespectful and told me to shut up or they was going to be a problem and the front desk came out getting on to me for cooking on the grill and there was a lot of kids around whitch started picking on my kids the whole time I was there would never stay there again
- Danielle (1/5): They had bed bugs so we left and requested a refund that I still have not got back - Nothing I canceled this booking and I was still charged Being charged for something that I never attended to or booked
- Cancel (1/5): Bad -
- Collins (5/5): It's was oka except I seen two roaches - They leave you alone and you can come and go as you please
The staff are very helpful and very attentive Roaches
- Anita (1/5): Bad - Nothing I have pictures
- Lindsay (1/5): Bug infested rooms - As soon as we walked into our hotel room we were greeted by 2 cockroaches climbing up the wall. Upon further inspection the whole room was bug infested. The main hotel area (lobby, hallways, etc.) smelled very bad. We left immediately upon arrival and booked a new hotel and they refused to give me a refund.
- Nannette (1/5): Bad -
- Latrice (1/5): It was very dirty and it smelled awful. - It was dirty
- Tiffany (1/5): Will not be staying again or recommending this place. - Nothing There were bed bugs in the room I was given. Hotel manager would not refund my money.
- Beatrice (1/5): I was sent away when I came to check in and money was already paid Received no refunds. Talking - They would have given me a room It was paid already
- Shawn (1/5): Bad - They got roaches
- Niteowl (1/5): Bad -
- Bhupesh (3/5): Poor -
- Fields (5/5): It’s not been the worst but most definitely could have been better. - The location. It was messy the police were there at one point and the crowd of people were loud and careless. I also had to pay for what is usually complimentary shampoo and conditioner out of a vending machine for the whooping price of 3 dollars and some odd cents per bottle. The vending machine’s selection was poor as well.
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Maleah (7/5): Good - The area the price the staff was helpful N/A
- James (7/5): very good - convenient location no trash cans in room
- Kimberly (1/5): Unless you like sleeping with cockroaches pick another hotel - The location was located conveniently to where we needed to be Let's see, when I opened the door into the room all I could smell was bug spray, upon walking in my shoes were sticking to the floor as I looked down I started noticing dead and barely crawling cock roaches. This place is infested! I went to the desk to see about getting another room that wasn't. The front desk lady was rude as hell. She put me in a smaller room with a full size bed. I was in a king room before. I asked if she was gonna lower the price and she laughed at me. Upon entering the second room the smell was not as strong but there were still bugs every where. I went down and told her I needed to go to another hotel I was not about to share a room with roaches climbing on the walls, the bed, floor and in the mini fridge. She laughed and told me no she would not refund my money. I paid 80 dollars first this room, we had just driven for 13 hours we needed to sleep and had no other choice but to stay as that was all the money I had. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep between the bugs and the riff raff being loud we ended up sleeping in our truck. When I checked out I told that manager about my horrible experience and he too just laughed at me. I want my money back but can't seem to find anyone to help me with that. So long story short skip this hotel.. Booking .com you should be ashamed to have this hotel on your website!
- Alberto (4/5): Disappointing -
- Stephan (1/5): Terrible. Will never return - Nothing Roaches in room upon arrival. Hallway smelled of urine and animals.
- Carder (1/5): Bad - Dirty , blood on mirror on wall, bugs in lamp shades Everything
- Nicholas (3/5): I will never stay there again and I didn’t even stay all night - I like that it’s by the mall It’s nasty it smells and nothing but drug addicts staying there
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional -
- Romicah (1/5): Bad - Nothing Roaches in the room!!
- Anonymous (1/5): this place is absolutely filthy and the staff was rude. will never be back. - nothing. lack of cleanliness and customer service
- Kevin (2/5): Very poor -
- Hoskins (1/5): Ripped of not having hard ifd I was waiting f on in mail -
- Stollings (6/5): Pleasant -
- Heather (8/5): Very good - The rooms are pretty basic but clean.
- Emily (6/5): I wasn’t very happy with it only because of the roaches I’ve seen no trash can and the room was dirty - location I seen a live roaches on steps going up to my room, there was no trash can at all in the room causing me to leave my trash out. Seems unfair to housekeeping who has to clean up after people. You could tell that the room has not been swept , mopped or wiped down. Also, you had to buy the shampoo and conditioner from vending machines. Like if there’s gonna be roaches at least provide something to wash my body with.
- Shirley (5/5): Wouldn't go back - Bathroom was clean No breakfast didn't like spring bed also dog barking in room next to us
- Melvina (6/5): Good over all -
- Keller (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (4/5): If your looking for a comfortable bed for a good nights sleep, remember, you get what you pay for. - The staff that I interacted with were great! Polite and friendly. It was also close to were I was working. It was cheap. Those are the only positives. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows sucked, and the blanket was thin. The hallways were over run with the smell of weed. I think I still have a contact high. There were a few dead ants on the bed.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not a good experience - I had reserved 3 rooms. One room flooded in the bathroom had to be moved to one bed, one room had roaches and water on the floor by the refrigerator, one room the door would not lock-didn’t notice till we returned that evening. Sheets stained People smoking in the non smoking Garbage overflowing and smelled. Overall dirty, staff not friendly. Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Will not be back
- Meredith (1/5): It was horrible and gross, I will never stay there again. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. - My room was infested with cockroaches, and I did not get a refund in a timely manner The room was gross and I cleaned, the sheets were crunchy, and there were bugs.
- Michael (4/5): Roaches - It was peaceful for the most part Woke up to a roach crawling across my face roach on the ceiling and on the bed
- Clinton (1/5): Terrible - Everything, the hallway smells stink, the room was dirty and smelly, there were holes in the bathroom wall and door. This is an absolute dump.
- Madison, (4/5): Without Excuse - Simplicity of room layout. Toilet was not properly placed and sealed in the floor of bathroom.
Sink did not drain properly.
Freezer had ice stuck all in and around it.
Apparently the staff has no vacumes for they were sweeping carpet with brooms and not very well.
Hallways smell of old, dirty, pet pissy carpet.
Wall heater/air conditioner did not work at all.
- Kalen (9/5): Superb -
- Stollings (5/5): Passable -
- Donna (6/5): - I had asked for an accessible bathroom, told on the phone I could get one but when I checked in I was bluntly told we don’t have any available. It was very difficult for me without that. I tried the shower once, but was too afraid to use it again. Told him on the phone I used a cane and Walker due to my hips.
- Madison, (2/5): Disappointed. - No trash cans anywhere in room. Line of outside trash cans line hallway. Rooms updated poorly. Hallways were not seemingly updated. Hallways smell. Bathtub had a big hole in it. Towels and blankets of poor quality.
- Vanessa (5/5): Roaches - Comfortable bed and pillow The room is not properly clean. And the hotel has roaches.
- Donald (8/5): Very good -
- Bintz (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! - Apparently you get what you pay for! Deffinantly will never me returning!!!! This must be a place you can pay and live along with just staying as a hotel. The WHOLE HOTEL/MOTEL AND HALLWAYS SMELL LIKE MARIJUANA!!! to the point its hard to breath. Blaring music from MULTIPLE ROOMS. CONSTANT SMELL OF CAT URINE IN OUR PILLOW THAT I COULDNT EVEN USE!!. we had to ask 3 different times since checking in at 3:30pm for blankets and it was almost 10:30pm before I got 1 blanket!!! saying thats all she could bring to us! When we asked for wash clothes because there was none in the room when we checked in she handed us 1 wash cloth and told us that was all she was allowed to give per room! I have 3 people in our room. why are we expected to use 1 wash cloth between the 3 of us!!!!!! the lamp has what looks like fecal matter and blood and curtains are stained as they either had cocroaches or bed bugs previously ONLY TO FIND A COCROACH THIS MORNING !!! this is absolutely the worst incounter. I drove 2hrs to get here for my daughters class. The worker moving bed frames out of the rooms said they got all new beds and was taking old ones out but yet one of the mattresses we looked at in our room checking for bugs was stained, but yet you can't provide blankets and washrags for your guests? Then when I told the guy working the front desk when checking out all the problems he told me they didn't have enough to supply every room with washrags and blankets. He also said he would take care of my next stay if I came back but I am not returning to take cocroaches home with me!!!! He didn't even seem fazed that I was even telling him these things!
- Jason (4/5): Disappointing -
- Jennifer (10/5): Nice people great stay. Clean rms sleep great. No noise set alarm.
Great staff = comfortable stay - The lady at the front desk was very professional and honestly in this day and time the nicest person I have spoken with in a very long time. One person can make alot of difference in how they communicate with u. I had a great stay. Ty.
