• Shinichiro (4/5): - The room was good. However, in the hallway on the 11th floor, it was filled with a smell like 100 pieces of stinky 臭豆腐 boiled together with 200 durians.
• PO PING (4/5): - 屋內設施比較破舊，連窗戶也壞了不能上鎖，可供五人入住但只有一張小茶几而且是搖擺不穩的。入住期間因怕吸引小強，都不敢在外帶美食回去享用，比較可惜。
• Yoshiko (10/5): - 西門駅から5分もかからないくらいの近さで、途中にコンビニ、飲食店もあり雨にも濡れずに行けて本当に良かったです。部屋も広く冷蔵庫も大きく全自動洗濯機もついていて非常に便利でした。セルフチェックイン、アウトですが事前のLINEでのやり取りで何の苦もなく出来ました。台湾旅行の際は是非毎回利用したいです。

Equiped with water heater, air-conditional, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, Fridge, cutlery set, steam iron, clothes hangers, microwave, slippers, etc....It is convenient as there is Family Mart and 7-11 stores at downstair and near to XMD MRT. Friendly security guard at lobby. Nevertheless, my stay was disturbed by the stinky sewage smell for the first few days. After spotting the 2 un-covered holes beside the toilet bowl (with linked to the sewage), we got it sealed by tapes and no more stinky smell. Hopefully owner get it solved permanently.

• MS (8/5): - ホテルではなく民泊になると思いますが、鍵の受け渡し方法やチェックアウトの方法など、細かく説明して頂けたので、困ったことはありませんでした。 立地も西門町駅のすぐ近くなので夜のショッピングなど非常に便利でした。 悪かったことは①バスルームの掃除がされてなかったのか排水溝に髪が詰まっており水が溜まってしまいました。 ②シャワーが数分経つとお湯が出なくなり冷たいシャワーになってしまうことです。 しかし、この価格、立地を考えると悪くないと思います。 ホテルではほぼ寝るだけでしたので良かったです。 楽しい台北旅行になりました。 ありがとうございました！

• moca (6/5): - イメージと違って残念だった。立地は駅近で分かりやすくとても良かったが、部屋が思っていたより古く、あちこち衛生面や匂いが気になった。シャワーのお湯が1分以上連続して使えず、置いてある桶で浴びる形になった。ただ、オーナーはとても親切で迅速にやり取り出来る方でしたので安心感はありました。
• Verified traveler (8/5): - 民宿地點前往西門町紅樓步行只需3分鐘路程，附近亦有便利店及食店，十分方便。 民宿因沒設罝廚房，故顥得房屋較大，但房間內的冷氣溫度難以調較，其中2晚須要開動風扇才夠涼快； 民宿有電動熱水煲提供熱水飲用，雪櫃亦夠凍，方便在便利店購買飲料冷藏； 廁所內有洗衣機洗衣，但我沒用，不知道好不好；另外可能是水壓不夠導致花灑出水很弱，而且水溫很難調教，夏天使用還可以，但冬天就無法接受水溫了；還有沒設浴屏，洗澡後會弄到廁所地下全是水，有點不便； 另外可能是民宿關係，沒有行李寄存服務，我們是夜機離開，要自行先將行李放到台北車站內的儲物櫃寄存。

• Nok'k (8/5): It's worth for money! - Staying in this place feels like you stay over in friend's room. I think it's like an apartment not a hotel. The building is about 5 mins walk from Ximen station and Ximending night market. The room is so cute <3. There are many facilities such as TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioner, fan, washing machine, toiletry, toilet towel even umbrellas! Vicky, the owner, is very kind and helpful. Contact her in ‘Line’ and she’ll send you the pictures how to go to the building (but some pic is not up-to-date --- you have to turn left at the corner that Hotel Foreseen is located). So, I think if you want the luxury place, this might be not your choice. But if you are finding some cozy and convenient room, this place is worth the money! เราว่าที่นี่ให้ฟิลลิ่งเหมือนไปนอนห้องเพื่อนอะไรทำนองนั้น อยากให้ทุกคนเอาภาพโรงแรมที่เคยไปออกจากหัว แล้วคิดว่ามันคืออพาร์ตเมนต์อ่ะ จะได้นึกภาพที่แท้ทรูออก 5555 แต่วิคกี้ที่เป็นเจ้าของห้องใจดีมากๆ ถ้ามีข้อสงสัยหรือจะแจ้งเวลาที่ไปถึงก็สามารถไลน์บอกเขาได้เลย พอเราบอกว่าเดี๋ยวจะเดินทางไปวันไหนยังไง เขาก็จะส่งรูปเส้นทางการเดินไปที่พักมาให้ (แต่รูปแอบไม่อัปเดต เพราะจริงๆ ต้องเลี้ยวซ้ายตรงหัวมุมที่มีโรงแรม Foreseen แต่ในรูปยังเป็นภาพ graffiti อยู่ แถมทางเข้าที่พักค่อนข้างหายาก เลยหลงทางไปนิดนึง) ที่พักอยู่ไม่ไกลจาก MRT ซีเหมินและตลาดนัดซีเหมินติง ทำให้หาของกิน ช็อปปิ้ง และเดินทางสะดวก ทางเข้ากับทางเดินในตึกน่ากลัวไปหน่อย แต่ตัวห้องโอเค มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเยอะ สรุปโดยรวมก็คือเราประทับใจนะ สะดวกสบาย คุ้ม! แต่ถ้าอยากได้ความหรูหราน่าจะไม่ตอบโจทย์

• MoonLee (8/5): - 地點方便！一家4口入住，帶埋姐姐地方都夠大！建議如果小朋友三歲以下都不要選擇奢華房間、因為房間有一條樓梯通往上層，沒有圍欄，小朋友會比較危險！房間設備完善，基本上都很方便，但是有一個熱水器小朋友接觸到會比較危險，所以大人要經常看顧小朋友！

• Shaggy (8/5): - 当日の鍵の受け渡しの連絡はLINEで行えたので問題ありませんでした。部屋は新しくはありませんが掃除は行き届いていました。シーツカバーはベッドのものは清潔と思いましたが掛け毛布と枕の方にはシーツがありませんでした。道路から一歩入った場所でそれほど喧騒はありません。エアコンもきちんと働き滞在中暑いとかいうことはなかったです。価格相応ではあったと思いました。

• Verified traveler (6/5): - 호텔은 아니고 펜션느낌! 주인분 만나실일 없습니다^^ 4박동안 주인분 한번도 못보았습니다. 시먼역과 도보 5분 내외로 교통편은 편리했습니다. 숙소주인분이 라인아이디가 있으셔서 궁금하신 사항이나 부탁하실 사항등은 라인으로 연락을 주고받을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 참고로 라인은 말이 안통하더라도 숙소 주인분이랑 통역사랑 셋이 라인으로 대화를하면 저희가 한국말로 말하면 통역사가 중국말로 통역해주고 주인분이 말한것을 한국말로도 통역해준답니다. 정말 간편한 서비스 너무 맘에 들었어요. 숙소의 건물 외관은 좀 많이 허름해보여요. 저희가 배정받은 숙소는 11층. 엘리베이터 있습니다. 구조는 방(침대2&소파1&화장대&에어컨&선풍기), 거실(테이블&소파1&tv&에어컨&신발수납장), 화장실(세탁기) 방에는 더블?퀸?침대 2개랑 소파가 있어요. 더블침대 매트리스.... 정말 딱딱해요ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 소파는 그나마 좀 푹신푹신해요... 소파를 펼치면 간이용침대가 되더라구요. 나중엔 방침대가 너무 딱딱해서 소파펼치고 간이용침대에서 잤어요. 이불도 교체한것 같아보이긴 하지만 조금 먼지가 많아 많이 깨끗해보이진 않았어요. 화장실 나름 깨끗한데 온수 수압이 좀 약했고 세면대 물은 잘 빠지는데 하수구는 물이 잘 빠지는 편은 아니네요ㅠ 사용하지는 않았지만 세탁기도 있습니다~ 성인4명, 4박이어서 사전에 추가수건을 넉넉히 부탁드렸는데 9개이상부터는 호텔이아니라 추가요금이 부과된다고 하셔서 주어진 수건 8개만 아껴서 썼어요. 또 수건재질이 면이었으면 좋았을텐데 면이 아닌 부들부들한 극세사라 얼굴 닦기는 좀 찝찝하기도 했네요. 옷걸이는 엄청 엄청 많아서 다음날 입을 옷들을 걸어놓을 수 있어서 정말 좋았고 드라이기, 매직기, TV, 냉장고, 에어컨, 선풍기, 칫솔, 치약, 샴푸, 린스, 비상상비약, 반짓고리, 돼지코...등 그래도 있을 건 다 있어서 가성비 저렴한 가격에 위치 좋은 숙소 잘 선택한 것 같네요~

• Robert (8/5): Okay for the money... - You do get what you pay for! Vicky was so sweet! This place seems to be more like an Air B&B. Very LARGE residential building that seems to have a few rooms being rented out as a hotel. There is no DAILY room service and YES it was advertised that way so no surprise, but we did miss not having a clean and dry bath towel. Every door has massive Security gates. Rooms did have very nice amenities. Beds were not that comfortable and the sheets were minimalistic. Some sheets had holes and stains. One room did have a washing machine and we did take advantage of that and hung clothes inside and outside the window to dry, along with the bath towels! only major downfall, NO paper flush toilets.

We did not get the room we booked for the first night as the staff explained that the toilet bowl was clogged. We did not get the room type that I have booked. It was a room with 1 queen bed unlike the pic of the room which showed there were two queen beds. They compensate us for the inconvenience caused for the first night. The 2nd day, we moved to the room based on my booking. It was a bigger n better room. The room booked as appeared on the website - 2 queen beds - what we got was a queen bed. We moved out the next day although we had another night booking. The room was nice but it could do with better sound proofing.

• C wing (6/5): 近西門町和捷運站，酒店管理員服務態度很好，但房間衛生有待改善 - 一開始以為訂的是旅店，但去到後才發現是民宿⋯ 優點： 近西門町和捷運站，去永和、馬辣、程味珍⋯都是10分鐘左右的路程。位置旺中帶靜，房間也較大。除了基本沐浴設備，還提供洗面乳和卸妝水。管理態度也很好，一訂房就WhatsApp 聯系，亦教你如何去民宿。 缺點： 房間衛生有待改善，一去到就發現床上有5、6條長髮。枕頭也有污漬。每晚都與小蟑螂玩捉迷藏，住3晚看見了4、5只，打都打死了3只⋯隔音也不太好，隔壁開關門都能聽見，如果樓下公園有活動，唱歌什麼的都會好清晰。因為是民宿，所以也沒有行李寄存的服務，如何是晚機就會有點麻煩，因為11點就退房，管理員會建議到台北車站租行李櫃，但行李櫃也是情況緊張，建議要早點去，要不然會搶不到。

• ryuji (2/5): double booking! - 看板もなければ表札すらなく、現地の方々に聞きながら2時間近くかけてようやくたどり着くと、何とまさかのダブルブッキング！その後、親切な現地の方々に助けられて、中国語しか話さない大家さんと交渉して別の宿に宿泊しました。台湾の方々は本当に親切で助けられましたが、「行けば話はついている」といういい加減なExpediaのオペレーター、謝ることもない大家にウンザリです。
