- simonet (1/5): - I didn't like the way these people welcomed me ; I needed laundry, they had none but the woman indicated me one and it was OK for me to go outside but then she asked me to cancel the reservation and I felt as if they didnt feel like me staying at their place.

- Ralf (8/5): Tolle authentische Unterkunft nahe Dotonbury - Wir konnten einen guten Eindruck bekommen, wie typische Häuser in Japan von innen aussehen und wie die Menschen leben. Sehr authentisch. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Das es nur Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftstoilette gibt. Aber das wußten wir bereits im Vorfeld.
- Dominik (7/5): - Die zwei Besitzer war wirklich sehr sehr nett und sehr hilfreich. Sie sprechen gut Englisch und geben gerne zu allem Auskunft. Wir hatten das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Obwohl es klare Zeiten zum Duschen und Haaretrocknen gibt, werden diese von den Gästen nicht eingehalten. Da das Zimmer direkt an duschen und Waschbecken grenzt ist es dadurch sehr laut und erholsamer Schlaf ist nur schwer möglich. Die dünne japanische Papiertür macht das ganze nicht besser. Zusätzlich hat das Zimmer kein Fenster wodurch es sehr warm wird.

- Olivia (10/5): Great spot for a few days in Yokohama! - Lovely little guesthouse with great vibes! It is located in the perfect place in Yokohama near to many pubs and restaurants. Very clean and the hosts were very kind and helpful The only small issue is there is no kitchen, only a kettle with instant coffee, tea, and water available. That being said, it is very close to lots of inexpensive restaurants.

It is neat that they renovated their guesthouse by hand and their care and attention to detail shows- this guesthouse is a unique place to stay in Japan! I appreciated the cooler temperature in the dorm for sleeping and the free coffee and tea before going out in the morning. I would stay again. I'm a little surprised that other reviews haven't mentioned noise. From my bunk, I could hear conversations clearly from downstairs and the door/floorboards made it impossible to be quiet when walking around. The good thing was that the guesthouse was pretty quiet between 12 am - 8 am. I used noise-cancelling headphones and was okay- definitely recommend bringing something if you are a light sleeper.

- Josephine (9/5): It wasn't my first choice of accommodations originally but I'm very glad I stayed there. - Cozy atmosphere and a relatively large selection of private rooms! I chose to stay at Futareno because other hotels were booked out for the Yokohama marathon. Staff upgraded my room and I ended up in the family room, which had a sink inside, so it ended up being very convenient for washing up in the morning & before bed. Toilet was a bit small, and some floorboards/doors were creaky, so I just had to be mindful when using the toilet late at night. There's a curfew (something like 12am) so just bear that in mind if you're intending to stay out very late. A suggestion for the family room - would be good if a soap bar and packet of tissue could be placed beside the sink as well. It would also be great if the owners could provide some recommendations for bars and food. But these are very minor suggestions, and overall I had a fantastic stay.

- Huishan (10/5): - 迟来的留言) 出了电车站，会经过一段上坡路，拉行李箱可能会有点累，但同时途中的景色也具特色，走在路上随手拍到了一张好看的晚霞照片。旅馆的主人很亲切，像朋友一样，愿意听我用不熟练的日语并与我对话。这里是家庭式旅馆，木质的地板和装饰，很温馨，而且这里的被褥很厚实很舒服！地标大厦，红砖仓库，这两块区域都可以步行到达，可见旅馆的位置是真的很好。如果下次还有机会来横滨，这里依然会是我的选择~

The hosts are sensational :) - Genuinely spectacular experience—the hosts are incredibly welcoming and fascinating to talk to and learn from. Everything is so tidy and there’s even complimentary tea and coffee!! I couldn’t stop staring at all of the details and decorations scattered throughout the space—definitely a traveler’s dream. The other guests were SO lovely as well!! Cannot recommend staying here highly enough. I was sad to leave!

Muy familiar y acogedor y a la hora de irnos kenta nos ayudó con el equipaje y a pedir un taxi, incluso se encargó para saber a que puerto debiamos ir.
