No access to a breakfast menu, or if room service breakfast is even available. Looking at the menu via an app is not a good option. Also, there was no hot water Wednesday morning.

This would have been from the people who stayed in the room before me who didn't report it. So this isn't the staffs fault. I was just unlucky to get the room with the faulty tv.

pdockers (10/5): Relaxing Stay - We recently stayed at Eatons Hill Hotel for two nights in February while attending a concert at the adjoining entertainment complex — a great convenience since everything is connected. Our King Deluxe room was very spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was, both inside and out, which made for a very relaxing stay. The hallways are dimly light, which creates a moody atmosphere. We liked that, but it might not be everyone’s cup of tea. The hotel’s location is excellent, right next to Eatons Hill Shopping Village, offering plenty of dining options. The hotel itself also has good food choices at the pub and the entertainment complex. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We didn’t try breakfast at the hotel this time, so can’t comment on that, but based on our experience, we’re looking forward to returning in October for another concert.

Fiona (8/5): fit for purpose - That the staff made every effort to enable early check in so we could dress for the wedding we were attending on site, and that they traffic coned off a car park to allow us to park with a boat trailer as we were multi-tasking our trip to the area. Nothing.
