You are on your own as there is no staffing at night.

- Suzana (10/5): Kann ich nur empfehlen aber ohne Frühstück zum buchen.. - Sehr zentral, Metro 5 min entfernt. Alles könnte man auch zu Fuß erreichen. Frühstück lokal war zwar sehr nett, aber zum Essen war das zu wenig.Ein Kaffee, Mini Orangesaft und nur ein Süßes Croissant. Wir wollten ein pikantes Croissant, es geht nicht. Nur zum zahlen .
- Tamara (7/5): Insgesamt gut und nett. - Die Ausstattung war schon und gut gepflegt - die Qualität war okay. Toll war die Möglichkeit von Kaffee und Tee im kleinen allgemeinen Bereich zu den 4 Zimmern. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und verabschiedet, doch es fehlte das Herzliche; das Willkommen sein. Die Lage war für uns ideal - in unmittelbarer Nähe lag eine Einkaufsstraße, sehr gute Restaurants und attraktive Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Engelsburg, Vatikan und Museum. Unser Gepäck stand in einem frei zugänglichem Empfangsbereich; das fand ich weniger toll. Die allgemeine Toilette war eine vollgestopfte Rumpelkammer mit Geschirr am Waschbecken, ohne WC-Papier und ohne WC-Brille. Unsere Duschkabine ließ sich nicht ganz schließen - daher immer Überschwemmung im Bad und Gummidichtung bzw. so manche Fugen nicht sauber > besser nicht genau schauen. Es ist weniger erfreulich, dass es eine Dauermöglichkeit für Kaffee gibt, wenn Gäste um 5.30 alle Kapseln verbrauchen, weil sie eine große Tasse Kaffee wollen. Die Wände sind in alle Richtungen sehr dünn!!

Le confort du canapé lit vendu pour 2 personnes avec les barres de fers dans le dos, les oreillers en mousse très inconfortables. L’accès dans les chambres autour des lits trop étroits.

Qualité et confort de la literie. - La literie (exceptionnelle), ma femme qui a le sommeil léger et des problèmes de dos insiste pour que j'indique que ce sont les 3 meilleures nuit qu'elle a passé depuis plusieurs années. Le calme (nous étions dans la suite Augusto,côté cour, important pour le calme)et la proximité avec le centre de Rome (idéal) qui nous a permis de tout faire à pied. . Manque de luminosité mais ça va avec le calme de la chambre.

Mai multă atenție la spălarea paharelor, înlocuirea ceainic din hol - după ce am fiert apa pentru ceai se vedea calcar în pahar cu ochiul liber. La fel și aparatul de cafea din cameră. Poate în alte camere e altfel.

Malheureusement, nous avions la suite Marc Aurèle qui est situé tout de suite face à l'entrée et nous entendions tous les clients de l'hôtel rentrer tard ou partir tôt. Côté route c'était pire. Beaucoup de trafic routier et de motos circulant très tardivement. Sans boule quies, impossible de dormir, vitrage trop fin.

- Ingrid (9/5): - Personnel très accueillant, qui malgré la barrière de la langue, met tout en œuvre pour qu'on se sentent bien. Nous donne de bonnes adresses...et des explications pour visiter la ville. Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de petit déjeuner sur place, après on s'y fait vite😉
- Mateusz (9/5): Very good but one issue - The staff. Very nice and supportive. The coffee machine in the open space which is extremely loud. Someone was preparing a couple of coffees at 4 am in the morning. You could not sleep. The doors are not isolated well.

Busshuttle zum Flughafen ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. An der Rezeption gibt es einen Tresen mit kostenlosem Wasser und Tee.
- Michele (7/5): 3 giorni a Roma - Posizione. Buona l’idea della colazione al bar vicino la struttura. Una delle due camere prenotate aveva un evidente problematica di odori provenienti dal bagno. C’è stato, inoltre, un problema con la porta della doccia che si è infranta in mille pezzi, fortunatamente, senza conseguenze. Lo staff ha risolto comunque la situazione. In generale sarebbe apprezzabile una maggiore proattività dello staff ( per esempio su informazioni riguardanti parcheggi disponibili in zona, o eventuali problematiche come la chiusura di una o più strade in caso di manifestazioni)
