• Morne Van Jaarsveld (7/5): - Staff knew nothing about the arrangement we made after our previous stay regarding items that we forgot in the room. At our previous stay we forgot items in the bathroom. We phoned and the reception told us that they got the items and will keep it safe for us to collect with our next stay. When we arrived no-one knew of any arrangement and could not locate the items.

• Serge (9/5): Nice stay in Bloem - Room was nice with all needed. It was a bit chill in the room though and bathroom. Nice personel and happy to assist with everything. Safe gated place. WC was not clean but they cleaned it after but if you are receiving a new guest this is something for sure that should be spik and span. Also it is quite remote from center.

• Adele (10/5): Excellent find in Bloem - This was our second stay in this beautiful hotel / spa and it did not disappoint. Peaceful and serene setting amongst a beautiful garden. Great staff and comfortable rooms. The library is a gem.

Their menu is superb but they can expand when it comes to desserts to include cake of the day and a house wine. The Chef/cook is excellent and their beds are very comfortable. The day staff was ladies…They were not friendly and had a bad attitude when made enquiries. I had booked 2 Superior king room but got 2 completely different rooms. When I enquired I was told by the receptionist that it’s the same room. When I could clearly see they are very different rooms in size and design. It made me n my family very uncomfortable . The night staff was men and they were pleasant especially Katlego. The hotel should include streaming in their TVs to expand viewing pleasure. Please also train staff on how to handle customers not to size up people.

Hotel location is a little outside the city so it's quiet. Really good place to rest. The best hotel in the area. That's for sure. I didn't notice anything that I didn't like.
• Mpata (10/5): It was a short stay but I loved every minute of it. I need to come back for a longer stay. - The hotel is in a safe and secure location, which is a very important aspect for me. I love that it is sooo quiet here. The room was very spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The TVs need to be upgraded to smart tv so that the guests can stream on apps like Netflix, YouTube, Showmax etc. Not everyone enjoys DStv.
• GTK Travels (10/5): Magnificent Easy Overnight Stay - Room is huge, very comfortable and excellent furnishings. The hotel setting is within a private Estate, very secure and peaceful - but still very easy access to the N1. The staff were all excellent and very eager to please and provide a solution to any enquiry. We ordered room service and enjoyed the most amazing pasta dish and chicken wrap - followed by a magnificent Ice-cream Sandwich with Salted Caramel Sauce - brilliant.

• Lehan (9/5): The facilities were excellent and well maintained, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay - The room and bathroom were impressively spacious, making the stay very comfortable. There was plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped, and everything felt well laid out. The entertainment area also offered ample space, which made it easy to relax and unwind. Overall, the generous room sizes really added to the enjoyment of the stay and created a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. The beds were an excellent size and provided plenty of space to sleep comfortably. I really appreciated how generous the bed dimensions were. However, the mattress was a little bit too firm for my personal preference. While it may suit guests who enjoy a firmer sleeping surface, I would have preferred something slightly softer. Overall, the bed size was great, but the mattress comfort could vary depending on individual preference.

• Harry (7/5): Redelijke stop voor een nacht. - Het was direct aan de route die we reisden en er is een restaurant voor als je de deur niet uit wil gaan voor avondeten. De foto’s gaven een mooiere uitstraling dan dat wat het werkelijk was. De temperatuur van het douchewater was niet te controleren, veel te heet of koud.

Da es in unserem gebuchten Zimmer jede Menge winziger Ameisen auf dem Bett gab, erhielten wir umgehend ein anderes, gleichwertiges Zimmer ohne Ameisen. Das Hotel liegt in einer Art Gated Community und wirkt sehr neutral. Der Pool liegt direkt an der Restaurant-Terrasse und ist sehr klein und wenig einladend. Die Außenanlagen wirken vernachlässigt. Es scheint sich niemand wirklich zu kümmern. Aus unserer Sicht ganz klar kein 5-Sterne-Haus.

The rooms are incredibly comfortable with wonderful bathrooms. Love the size of the room and King size beds are standard. The food is absolutely delicious and the pool and outdoor area ensures a relaxing stay. The staff are absolutely brilliant and welcoming. Tredenham is always our pick for a great overnight stay in Bloemfontein, we simply wont stay anywhere else. As it’s in an estate, it is very secure and safe. Nothing, Tredenham is as close to perfection as you can get.
