• Marek (7/5): - The staff was helpful and the location is convenient, especially for an early morning departure from LAX. The bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably clean However, there were some issues — the sink didn’t work and the shower was quite basic. Another downside was the noise and some weird people nearby, with loud TV at 3am and kids shouting until around 1am. Overall, okay for a short stay, but not without drawbacks

• Roshanda (1/5): Must stay there was horrible bad would never go there again when I first got there there was hair all over my bed floor - On outside, the property was nice and clean and presentable That there were other guests, there in front of the door, being very loud and obnoxious and parked in their car, playing music

• Elena (1/5): DIRTY and stinky - Our check in was at 3, but we were allowed to go to our room at 1 pm. That was the only nice thing. DIRTY!!!!! Short black hairs are all over the ”clean” white towels and the bathtub. Photo attached. The faucet was extremely hard to pull to make water come out. NO HAND SOAP BAR??!! Just a few little containers with body wash etc. Also, we just arrived from the airport with bags, but COULD NOT LEAVE THEM AT THE HOTEL!!?? We had to drag them around town with us. BAD SERVICE. Not coming back to that hell hole ever again!

Pillow cases were dirty, a/c unit needs to be dusted, smoke alarm went off thru the night and I had a smoking room (never happened before), did not have all the towels, tissue was not refilled.
