• véronique (9/5): - un staff agréable et disponible , un hôtel bien situé en proximité de la gare , le bain bien agréable après une journée de visite et un excellent petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix . rien tout était bien . Ce qui pourrait être amélioré , mais c'est presque rien : un sachet de café soluble dans la chambre en plus du thé serait bien agréable quand on part tôt ou que l'on ne souhaite pas prendre l'option petit déjeuner .

• Paulina (7/5): Przyjemny pobyt w Sendai - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu, blisko na dworzec, w pobliżu sklepy i restauracje. Sam hotel bardzo ładny i zadbany. Wyposażenie pokoju również spełniało nasze oczekiwania. Onsen dostępny w hotelu był miłym dodatkiem. Dostęp do pralek był dość trudny ze względu na to, że znajdują się one w części przebieralni onsenu. Czułam się bardzo niekomfortowo naruszając prywatność innych, kiedy chciałam tylko zrobić pranie.

• Marion (9/5): - Hotel in guter Lage, fußläufig zum Bahnhof und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zimmer sauber, das Public Bath ist sehr schön. Unser Zimmer hatte durch die enge Bebauung wenig Tageslicht.

• Rin10 (10/5): - Hôtel proche de la gare. La chambre est propre et d'une taille confortable nous avons eu assez de place pour nos deux valises. Rien à signaler pour la salle de bain qui est très bien. La machine à laver est dans le vestiaire de l'onsen. La lessive est incluse.
