Martín (4/5): Facilities Are Disappointing and Not Worth the Price - What I liked most was the location right by the lake, especially during sunrise. It’s also close to several trails, surrounded by nature and away from town, which made it feel peaceful and relaxing. We chose the hotel specifically for its spa and wellness facilities, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The sauna was not working, the Scottish shower was out of service, the outdoor pool was not heated, and the jacuzzi was turned off. The steam room door was visibly damaged and crooked, which made the facilities feel poorly maintained overall. The internet connection was also very unreliable. The gym is extremely small and has almost no equipment. On top of that, the restaurant was closed because of the off-season, and when we asked about booking massages, nobody ever followed up with us. The location is beautiful, but the hotel seriously failed to deliver the spa experience it advertises.

Buenas reposeras, buena pileta. Buen desayuno. En nuestra cabaña, El techo de madera a dos aguas en algunas zonas, los rincones, era muy bajo.

La vista y el acceso directo al lago fueron un plus total. Mucha calma y privacidad. La pileta un lujazo. El desayuno no esta a la altura. Es lo unico flojo de verdad. Las medialunas, no son medialunas y solo hay opciones dulces. Minimo unos huevitos revueltos che! Jaja En mi suite faltaban cosas basicas en la cocina, por ejemplo no tenia ni ollas ni sartenes. (No las iba a usar pero sugiero que añadan cosas basicas en las kitchenettes)

The pool was beautiful and warm and pool area peaceful and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful. De Pellegrin (1/5): Pésima experiencia - No me gustó nada! Nada. El hotel es hermoso pero el servicio que ofrecen para el precio que cobran no es acorde. La piscina estaba helada, no funciona el jacuzzi que se ve en las imágenes, no tiene bar ni restaurante. Al menos todo esto en baja temporada. Lamento mucho poner una carita tan negativa pero si no van a ofrecer servicio no cobren el precio de un hotel de al menos 4 estrellas. Tampoco se ve bien enviar a un empleado a dar explicaciones sobre cómo mantener la piscina templada cuando en verdad es evidente o que está hay un desperfecto en la caldera o está funcionando a medias.

La arquitectura, el bosque y las instalaciones muy buenas. Los muebles, camas, sillones, cortinados todo de calidad. Estuve en la suite del lago. El tamaño es increible y la vista a traves de los ventanales es bellisima. La calefaccion muy buena. El personal muy simpaticos y serviciales. El desayuno no me gusto. No tienen habilitado el comedor y lo sirven el la habitacion. Hay muy poca variedad de alimentos que sirven. El cafe lo mandan en un frasco de vidrio y uno tiene que preparlo con una cafetera de filtro. Confieso que he viajado, pero nunca vi eso.

The neighborhood - puerto manzano - is very beautiful. We would definitely go back. At the beginning, it felt like everything is old fashioned, but after a very short while, it felt jut right and authentic to the local style. We loved it a lot

Pablo (10/5): Excelente. Muy disrutable. - El desayuno excelentet, también la atención. Siempre muy atentos. Cuando llegamos la caleacción estaba muy alta, y los radioadores no tenían regulador. Pero pedimos y al ottro día nos solucionaron.
