- 酒井 (10/5): - 受付のスタッフの丁寧な対応。 お部屋も綺麗でした。 朝の朝食の時の受付スタッフが案内後私たちが食べ物を取りに行ってる間に私たちの席に行くなりカードキーがはさまってる(朝食の受付で見せる用紙？)をみてました。 その場で私もなにか聞いたらよかったのですが、 なぜ誰もいない席にスタッフがお皿も下げるわけでもなく、置いてるものを勝手に見るのか疑問です。 なにか疑われてるのかと不安になりました。 あと、野菜はいっぱいあったのですがドレッシングがなくなってたのでサラダが食べれなかったです。 こども達はそのまま食べてました。

Behind mega donki, drugstores in front of hotel, plenty of restaurants. maybe 300-400 meters away nearest subway station. nothing. if you are sensitive with noises, maybe you can request a higher floor. My room is on the 2nd floor, and just one night of my stay, I heard intoxicated people screaming outside the hotel. It doesn't really bother me because it stopped maybe after 30mins

It includes a laundry area with detergent provided, and the hotel can also receive luggage delivery. The chat agent is very helpful and responds promptly to my inquiries. I left a pair of shoes at the hotel and contacted the agent, who fortunately kept them and delivered them to my friend’s house. I appreciate the hotel team’s honesty and trustworthiness. Thank you

- Chuu Laude (9/5): Great stay at Shinsekai - Front desk process was quick and efficient, which is much appreciated after a late flight. Standard amenities for short stays are available (if not in the room, at the lobby), even disposable chopsticks and spoons. Microwave and coin laundry are also available and there's a restroom at the lobby. Room cleaning is scheduled but towels are replaced daily. What I liked best is that the hotel turns their restaurant/breakfast area into a share space from 11:00 am onwards for free use of check-in guests. We usually brought back takeaway meals as we're already too tired to go out at night and it was great to have ample space to wind down and eat dinner. The hotel is right along the eateries of Shinsekai and near Tsutenkaku Tower but is surprisingly still quiet at night and in the early morning. Barely anything to find fault in, except the size of the room. Just like in most hotels in Japan, room was small. I've pretty much accepted this, of course, but the tiny space does affect one's overall perception of room comfort a bit.

"views to nowhere" but this is normal for Japan. I would also offer the use of the washing machines for free as securing the change is not allways that easy

Personnel adorable et super serviable et situation idéale pour tout découvrir à pied ou en métro situé pas loin. Et la station de train va direct également à l'aéroport international. Grands lits et chambre spacieuse. Un super point de chute pour qui veut découvrir Osaka et sa vie festive et nocturne. Et excellent rapport-qualité prix pour la ville. Resto dans l'hôtel apparemment. Nous n'avons pas non plus essayé le petit déj.

The location was prefect!! Walking distance to a lovely park and shopping and lots of street food. Fun and lively vibes outside but quite in our room. I would recommend this location! A/C works but only when you are in the room
- Mia (9/5): Such an amazing place to stay for wayyyyy cheap that feels like a high end hotel. - Absolutely amazing location close to everything: food, tourist attractions, train station, convenience stores, etc. Food literally right downstairs and convenience store across the street. FANTASTIC staff, so kind, so understanding. Rooms had regular cleaning schedules and were very organized. The only downside we had was trying to do laundry with their facilities in the lobby. The drying cycle took 2 and a half hours for a small load of laundry, even after cleaning out the vent systems.

- SING-YU (7/5): 簡單來說，KOKO連鎖的店我們都不會再去了。 - 位置。 房間沒有辦法打開任何一個行李箱，若打開的話都沒有辦法走路，第一天入住的時候工作人員沒有說清楚就想要幫我升級房間，詢問後才得知升級房間是升級成雙床房的房型，但我們是蜜月旅行，就應該要睡一張雙人床…對於他沒有先跟我解釋感到很疑惑，房間三天才整理一次，窗戶無法全部打開，房間非常悶，暖氣品質不佳，吹暖氣的時候很悶很不舒服，最後一天要離開時使用Airporter，和人員溝通一問三不知，是最後換一個先生跟我們說明才聽得懂，感覺他們的人員溝通能力挺差的，英文能力也很差，希望他們的語言培訓可以再加油。
