- Zara (6/5): - Hotel was very average for the price. We had a room on the first floor so you could hear the street noise and towels were changed during our stay. The pool was also tiny and no towels provided so had to walk back to our room soaked. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and I emailed the hotel in advance to ask if they did anything to mark the occasion and they didn’t (they sent me a menu of chargeable extras such as a bottle of alcohol added to the room, but I am pregnant so no use to us. Most decent hotels will leave a desert plate, or a card, bit disappointed they did nothing for us!). Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Julian made us some fantastic drinks, the people at the Front Desk were warm annd friendly and our room was very comfortable. We did have one day where our room was not cleaned or resupplied with empty items such as water and tissues, but other than that, everything was amazing!

The front desk staff were so accommodating, allowed us early check in after traveling 8 plus hours also offered fruits and a place to rest and sleep while we waited for our room. They were also very warm especially Noah(most wonderful person ever) as well the day desk gentleman from Sudan(☺️so sorry I forgot the name) and the night bar attendant. You guys made our stay so memorable and we will never forget your kindness. Blessings! The hotel is perfectly located with most attractions in working distance or a quick Uber ride away. Can’t wait to return to Paris and definitely nowhere else but Laz Hotel and Spa💕💕

The location was ideal, not just for easy access to the Metro but also for getting out and about exploring. The staff were very helpful, chatty and friendly. Buffet breakfast had a good selection of food. Excellent mixologist on the bar too The bed was comfy and the room we booked had a terrace so we were able to chill out there with a glass of wine of an evening. Loved our stay. Thank you

A big plus were the spa facilities, including a nice pool and sauna. We really enjoyed the bar at the lobby and had drinks every night before going out to dinner. The area is great with lots of nice restaurants and bars. The hotel is located in a beautiful and quite street but very convenient to several train stations.

- Delmy (10/5): - This hotel offers great value for the price in Paris. However, the quality of the towels and furniture could be improved, and the storage space in the room is almost nonexistent. Adding a pair of comfortable chairs would also be a nice touch. That said, overall, it’s a good hotel for the price.
- C J (2/5): Lovely hotel but watch your credit card charges - Really nice hotel but since returning the hotel has charged 3 of the 4 cards set up as security with 600, 600 and 150 Euros for no reason despite us prepaying for the rooms. Accept the 150 was for incidentals on one room but no idea why the other 2 rooms were charged.

Some great restaurants in the area as well. A cute pool downstairs and the bar staff were lovely when coming back at the end of the night. The rooms were clean, rain head shower is always nice (my husband is 6' 5"), the bed was very comfy. The AC didn't get as low as I like, so we left the balcony doors slightly open (we were there in Sept) and it was wonderful. Surprisingly very quiet, even with the window open all night. I HIGHLY suggest this hotel for your paris stay!
- Cynthia (8/5): - The overall rating went from Excellent to just Good. Lets start with the positives. The staff is warm and friendly. They will help you with anything you need and assist with any questions getting around the city. The room is great ..very modern and cool. I like the bathroom. A lot roomier than other hotels I've stayed at. They even have free water and a nespresso machine in your room. Very convenient. The bed was comfortable for me at least. Nice and firm but still with a little give. The only con was when i checked out. I booked a room with no breakfast which i believe they have a record of as well. When i checked in the nice young ladyb gave me my key and just simply said the breakfast are between these hours. She never told me whether it was included or not. She didnt reiterate that if i opted for the breakfast that it would be additional. So I went with the assumption that it was available for all guests. So you can imagine my surprise when they gave me the bill where they charged me for it. I trued to explain to the hist Ahmed that it was never made clear whether it was included or not. He simply said that he couldn't take the charges off because the breakfast was consumed. Now I'll take partial blame that i should have asked just to be sure. However I still believe especially upon check in that it should have been made clear. This i feel is dishonest . Im planning on coming to Paris in December on business and was going to stay here but unfortunately not anymore.

They graciously secured our luggage for us pre check in and post check out for some extra time to walk around. Offered short walks, through quiet and beautiful Parisian streets, past an array of bistros and restaurants that offered traditional French and Italian menus, to shops, National Theatre, transport links, Moulin Rouge and much more. Will come again for sure!
- Amara Gayle (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay at LAZ Hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were updated and kept very clean. The only downside was that we found the mattress to be uncomfortable for side sleepers. It was April, and the heat was on the the building. We found it too hot for comfort, so we slept with the windows open. However, this meant that we were attacked by mosquitos at night and had to deal with the smell of smoking from the courtyard. Despite this, we had a nice stay.

The street is quiet, and has bistros on both ends, also another coffee shop nearby- nice places to have morning coffees with croissants. Our friends said that the room is big by Paris standards. Staff was nice and helped with navigating Paris. We probably will stay there again if the return to Paris.

- janine m (10/5): - This was walking distance of everything. We took the train everywhere. You can take the train from the airport if you don't have a lot of luggage. Walking distance of all the high end designer stores. There was a convenient store about 3mins walking distance, restaurants within 5mins walking distance. The train is about 5mins walking distance.
- Verna-Ann (8/5): - The staff were amazing and so helpful. The breakfast buffet was 20 euros a person and was ok. The breads were great. The fruit attracted tons of fruit flies. We notified the staff and they quickly removed the fruit to solve the problem. Wonderful staff! I thought that this hotel was closer to the center of Paris. It is a 15 min cab ride to the Louve. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were a good size considering the hotel is in Paris.

- maheshwaran (8/5): - Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. Overall our stay was quite pleasant but we had a noisy set of American Neighbor's who had noisy arguments at 2:00 in the morning. We requested a room change and the hotel staff obliged immediately and then we had no further issues. The air conditioning was good but the fan really did not seem to operate or at least it was too quiet and the lack of white noise affected my wife's sleep. The hotel staff were very polite, accommodating and we had no trouble conversing with them in English. The gym was a let down. The hotel is in a nice location, close to subway stations and close to a number of restaurants and bakeries where you can grab breakfast or dinner.

- Crystal (10/5): - We stayed here for about a week and I am so happy that we found this gem on Expedia! Transportation/Walkable: What we loved the most was how accessible it was. It's basically a 7-8 minute walk Saint Lazare station (major train/metro station), Europe Station (metro) and Liege (metro). This made it extremely easy for us to get anywhere in and out of the city. Shopping/Dining: Lots of shops, boutiques and places for dining around the hotel as well. We found our favourite little Italian restaurant 3 minutes away by foot (it's called Bar Italia), and its about a 10 min walk from Galaries Lafayette. Hotel/Ambience: It is definitely a small boutique hotel, but this doesn't mean that it was lacking in any way. The decor was amazing, and the lobby is beautiful. It had a dark moody, speakeasy kind of feel. Our room was a very good size for Paris, and our bathroom was GORGEOUS. Amenities: The main reason why we chose this place was because we saw that they had a sauna, steam room and pool. Although it wasn't a big spa area, it was never crowded. We had a lot of privacy, the spa area was also beautiful. Their bar closes at midnight and they have a lot of outdoor patio space to hang out. Staff: Everyone was professional, friendly and super helpful. Very thorough when explaining their policies. No problems at all. Overall Score: 10/10 I would DEFINITELY come back and rebook this place if I'm ever in Paris and I highly recommend this stay.

- Sonya (10/5): - We had a great one-week stay at the Laz. The room was clean and everything was quite modern and updated. We chose not to have any room cleaning while we were there due to personal preference, but the service was amazing, any time we would ask for something, it would arrive at our door within 5 minutes. One day we asked for an extra blanket and it literally came a minute later. Nespresso machine in the room worked great. We did not eat breakfast at the restaurant as we wanted to try little places and there were many options nearby. The only thing I would mention is that the "gym" is not really a gym - there are 3 machines and absolutely no weights. I would not classify something as a gym without weights. It was one of the reasons we picked this place so we could keep up with our weights/fitness routine but we were not able to. That would be the only negative thing. We loved that the Metro stations were so nearby and Galleries LaFayette was only about a ten-min walk. There is also a franprix around the corner, and a monoprix within ten minutes walk. The front-desk people were friendly and helped recommend food spots nearby based on our mood. Overall, we would definitely stay here again if the gym options were expanded!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Laz - Great place to stay and even better location wise. In the heart of Paris and close to everything you would need. The air condition did not work at all and room was very hot. The breakfast is not all that, but many food places near by. House keeping says they do not change the sheets everyday and that was a bit weird.
