- Achim (7/5): Nettes Hotel in Strandnähe!! - Tolles kleines Hotel, einen Block vom Strand entfernt. Anlage sehr sauber, schöner Pool. Wir haben leider ein sehr kleines Zimmer bekommen, hatten eigentlich ein „Regular“ mit 42qm und Poolblick gebucht. Auch nach Nachfrage war kein Wechsel möglich.

Earley in the morning the Cleaning staff opened our door with a key with our do not disturb sign up and with telling them do not to come in. She was with a pest control man. He was actively spraying chemicals. We had children in our room also. Management got smart and nasty when we presented to her.

- Baldia (9/5): - I loved the location and charm. They had an area with books to read, beach chairs to carry the short block to the beach, and lots of very quaint touches. Its very afforable and could definitely see myself coming back. Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. Very walkable town. It is an old property so some things were rusty like the shower drain. I wasnt too terribly bothered given the affordable nature and other pros.

- Nancy (8/5): Close to beach, grocery store! Comfortable room and bed, warm pool, beach chairs to borrow! - The location is great… a short walk to the beach and the Publix. The pool is warm, clean and inviting. There were ample beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow to take to the beach! Our king bed was exceptionally comfortable. We would have liked an inside lock on the door, as is standard in most hotels. A few more hooks in the bathroom and bedroom for hanging towels and clothes would be helpful.

The pool and surrounding lounge chairs were good. They’ve updated it which is nice. It is an older motel but that was expected. The in room air conditioning unit was loud.

Location. 1 block from Publix and 3-5 from town. Bed firm but comfortable m. Blanket comfortable. Shower worked real well. Bathroom good size. My Kitchen had no room. Refrigerator worked fine but rust on front of it. Aesthetics matter on vacation. Half table that appeared to open but didn't. Size of my room couldn't fit a real table for 2 but my friends had it. Uncomfortable chairs around table. Sheets lowered quality.

- Biagio (9/5): Comfy stay with great pool and location - Very nice pool and pool area with plenty of seating. Room I booked wasn't available so they put me in the corner room which was nice and large with full kitchenette and living area. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure/temperature. Aime the property manager was great and helped me get into my room when locked out at 1:00 am. Would stay here again. Parking is right in front of property and can be difficult to get in/out off A1A. Still there was plenty of spots and close to the accommodations.

- Gabi (7/5): Strandnähe Unterkunft - Die Unterkunft liegt gut in Strandnähe. Unser Zimmer war sauber. Der Pool sollte beheizt sein. War er aber nur am Samstag und Sonntag. Montags waren wohl außer uns keine Gäste mehr und der Pool nicht mehr so warm(Heizdüsen waren ausgeschaltet) Das Personal war freundlich allerdings gibt es sehr strenge Vorschriften (50$ wenn man ca 1,5 Std. Früher da ist und einchecken möchte) beim ein und auschecken, die auch strickt eingehalten werden, obwohl das Motel fast leer war. Beim auschecken genauso. So etwas hatten wir bis jetzt noch nie erlebt.

Inside the apartment there was a kitchen cum living room with separate seating to the bedroom. All very comfortable. Clean bathroom, in fact whole place was very clean. Great location. Was auch super ist man kann sich dorten Stühle für den Strand ausleihen ohne Kosten und zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Gute Restaurants sind auch in der Nähe. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Pool area was inviting, clean and the furniture was sturdy. Location was quiet and parking was very convenient. Not enough outlets in bedroom Saw a small roach 🪳 (I killed it)
- Lena (7/5): Clean but otherwise no… - It was clean and it was close to the beach and the Commercial blvd and a Publix and Pharmacy. As we are from Europe, we don’t have internet everywhere if we don’t have wifi and so we couldn’t inform the front desk that we where 10 minutes late duento an emergency, when we arrived there was nobody at the front desk anymore so we weren’t able to get our room keys… after asking another guest we were able to get a wifi password and see a message from the hotel that they hid the cart somewhere for us… so make sure to be right on time when you book here… Then our room was next to a storage and garbage area, and as they have paper thin walls and windows, you could hear everything! The garbage men and other hotel workers were so loud I had the feeling that they were in the room I could have joined their conversations trough the walls, so we were up at 5 am already… also you could hear everything that was going on on the street, when people passed and talked, when a car or motorbike passed… And make sure if you want to cook or use the kitchen here, there are a lot of fees you have to think of! As for example 25$ if you make fish…

- Colin Humphreys (10/5): Highly recommended - Clean, well appointed apartment with everything you need. Shopping within walking distance *Pubkix, Dollar Tree, Dunkin' Donuts etc). The other way on commercial boulevard plenty of bars, eateries and shops. Beach also very close by.

Das Zimmer ist freindlich eingerichtet Leider waren im Bad einige fremde Haare war nicht sehr ansprechend. Ich bin alleine gereist das Zimmer war etwas klein.

- John (8/5): Geweldige accommodatie op een geweldige locatie! - Mooie locatie dichtbij het strand, fijn dat je strandstoelen mee kunt nemen naar het strand. Ook mag je gratis fietsen gebruiken erg fijn, je kunt er prima fietsen in de buurt. Mochten eerder op de kamer en er iets later uit allemaal zonder problemen 👌. Een vreselijk punt is de airco deze maakt zo verschrikkelijk veel lawaai!
