Особенно хочется отметить сотрудника на ресепшене Мухаммеда — очень любезный, всегда готов помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Из минусов — завтраки немного однообразные, хотелось бы больше разнообразия. Но в целом впечатления от проживания остались очень хорошие.

• Zakaria (8/5): Istanbul est une ville à visiter une fois dans sa vie, mais pas plus. - Son emplacement Beaucoup de choses sont à revoir et, si vous êtes maniaque, je vous conseille d’éviter cet hôtel. Certains défauts n’ont pas été corrigés, par exemple le robinet de la douchette ne fonctionne pas, les chambres sont très très petites et le ménage n’est pas fait à 100 %. Il n’y a qu’une seule femme de ménage pour tout l’hôtel, donc je vous laisse imaginer la qualité du service. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, ils ne fournissent même pas une deuxième carte d’accès. De plus, il n’y a qu’un seul ascenseur pour environ 30 chambres, donc à réfléchir si vous n’êtes pas à l’aise de prendre les escaliers lorsque l’ascenseur est occupé. L’ascenseur a une capacité maximale de 3 personnes.

• Eszter (9/5): Excellent value for money - The staff was very kind, polite and helpful. Very good location, tram T1 is just around the corner but you can also reach the centre by a bit longer walk. Breakfast is basic but just exactly enough to start your day. Pastry, more kind of cheese, ham, olives, scrambled and boiled eggs, fries and chichken nuggets (that is weird for breakfast :-D), jam, nutella, cereals, coffee and tea etc. They cleaned every day, changed our towels and replaced bottled water in our room. Wifi was working very well. Bed was very comfortable. Overall the accommodation offers excellent value for money. The rooms are in need of a renovation but not that bad at all. The headboard of the bed was broken and the side lamp was missing so I couldn't read comfortably in the bed. There is no hook in the hallway to hang jackets and bags. It was written in the offer that they have smart tv with possibility of Netflix etc. but there are only a few Turkish channels. The rooms are not soundproof at all so all the street noise could be heard.

Everything is conveniently nearby, which makes the stay very comfortable. We would especially like to thank the reception staff. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and even spoke Russian, which was greatly appreciated. I booked this hotel for my mother, and she truly enjoyed her stay. The staff were always ready to assist her and made her feel very welcome and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

• Almahdy (8/5): Great hotel and very nice staff. - The hotel was excellent—very clean, and its location is in the heart of Istanbul. The staff were very nice and polite. We arrived three hours earlier than the check-in time, and they prepared our room for us without any issues. In addition, they kindly offered us free breakfast on the day of arrival, even though it was not included in our booking. We are tall and the beds was short for us.

Very good place to start tue city walk in Istanbul. Room is clean and has a wardrobe. Staff are very nice and polite. Free breakfast is ok. A bit worn the facilities and the room. The room is quite small. The toilet doesnt have dry and wet separation and the toilet paper get wet easily. Quite inconvenient.

Camera este un pic cam mica, am solicitat pat matrimonial, dar am primit twin care nu se puteau lipi. Acest aspect nu a fost foarte deranjant pentru ca petreci foarte putin timp in camera.

• Milica (8/5): Great hotel for long stay - Location is great, very close to bus station HVL-1 that goes directly to airport; tram and metro stations are couple minutes away by foot. Excellent local breakfast (quite refreshing compared to typical hotel breakfast), each morning something new to try and I had 5 nights/mornings. Comfy room and double bed, kettle and fridge were nice additions (as written in room description). Hale and Deniz were super kind, it was a pleasure chatting with these young people. Not a single English-speaking TV channel, or at least any music channel. In general, room was very clean, only shower glass and bathroom mirror could be better cleaned. Some light bulbs were not working.

• György (10/5): - A Pisa Hotel Isztambul Sultanahmet negyedében található, a főbb látványosságoktól könnyű sétatávolságra. A több szintes szállodában tiszta, rendezett szobát kaptunk, ahol családként – két gyermekkel – is kényelmesen elfértünk. A reggeli friss és ízletes volt, külön öröm volt, hogy az egyik reggel túrós burek is szerepelt a kínálatban, ami nagyon ízlett. A személyzet rendkívül segítőkész és barátságos volt; fiatal, kedves munkatársak dolgoznak a szállodában. külön köszönjük Hale kedvességét! Mindent köszönünk, jó szívvel ajánljuk a szállást! Pisa Otel, İstanbul'un Sultanahmet bölgesinde, ana turistik yerlere yürüme mesafesinde yer almaktadır. Çok katlı otelde temiz ve düzenli bir oda verildi ve iki çocuklu bir aile olarak bize rahatça yetecek büyüklükteydi. Kahvaltı taze ve lezzetliydi; özellikle bir sabah menüde çok lezzetli bir lor peyniri böreği olması ayrı bir keyifti. Personel son derece yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü; otel genç ve hoş insanlardan oluşuyor. Özellikle Hale'e nazikliği için özel teşekkürler! Her şey için teşekkürler, konaklamayı şiddetle tavsiye ediyoruz!

Restaurantes y locales en toda la zona. El persnal es excelente, realmente muy atento y hace la diferencia. Amables, serviciales y dedicados en todo monento. Si bien es un hotel 3 estrellas cumplió con las expectativas. El desayuno no es muy variado pero tiene lo justo para empezar el día cómodamente y salir a recorrer (sin tener que pensar donde ir a desayunar). La limpieza en nuestro caso fue muy buena, ibamos a desayunar y cuando volviamos ya estaba la habitacion hecha. Todos los dias nos reponían botellas de agua, lo que ha sido un plus. Lo recomiendo! Nada que decir.

• Denis (10/5): - Останавливались в данном отеле на неделю в середине апреля этого года. В первую очередь хочется отметить персонал — просто отличный. Все сотрудники доброжелательные, вежливые и всегда идут навстречу с любой просьбой, что делает пребывание максимально комфортным. К тому же практически все владеют русским языком. Расположение у отеля тоже вполне не плохое,: до метро и трамвая всего около 5 минут пешком, что очень удобно для передвижения по городу. Единственное рядом нет большого сетевого супермаркета. Только частные не большие магазины. Номера чистые, аккуратные, регулярно убираются. По шумоизоляции — она не идеальная, но в целом присутствует. Перебоев с горячей и холодной водой тоже не наблюдали. При полной загрузке на завтраке кухня не всегда справляется — иногда приходилось ждать блюда до 20 минут. При этом стоит отметить, что персонал действительно старается и делает всё возможное — вопрос скорее в нехватке сотрудников. Также хотелось бы в перспективе видеть более разнообразный выбор блюд на завтрак. Ещё один момент — напротив находится мечеть, и примерно в 5:30 утра звучит призыв к молитве (азан). Он длится недолго, около 2–3 минут, но разбудить может.

Очень чистые номера, приятно пахнет, плесени нет, разнообразный завтрак, намного разнообразнее, чем в отелях такого же уровня. кто на ПП - найдете, что поесть. Шикарная локация, 5 минут до трамвая- остановка Лалели. Все понравилось, цена- качество супер.

Für uns als Familie war die Lage perfekt mit einem kurzen Fußweg zur Straßenbahn T1, mit der wir alle unsere Ziele gut erreichen konnten. Teppichboden im Zimmer könnte ersetzt werden. Aber ansonsten war auch das Zimmer für uns als Familie gut.

At the entrance, you will be greeted by a small barrel of the miraculous mint drink that you can try. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Free coffee and water, continental breakfast, fresh and tasty. The hotel is close to metro and tram stations. Around the hotel there are many shops for leather jackets, bags and textiles at very reasonable prices. There is a baklava and pie shop across the street. The hotel met all my expectations and I will gladly visit it again.

• ALINA (9/5): Very good budget choise - Good location, 2 min from T1 (best tramway I ever seen) 5 min from metro station, small room but clean, good beds, good breakfast, for 50 eur per dbl room totally worth the money! Room is small.

• Ghadeer (9/5): It’s comfortable, and beautiful loved it thank you! - It was next to a lot of stores which is good because I needed to buy stuff the property it’s self is amazing! Everything is good but it’s an hour away from the airport and that’s too much and the rooms are a bit too small I want to come again and bring and husband and other kids but don’t think we will fit and a pool would make it nice!
