• Svantje (7/5): Toller Ausblick, Zimmer geht so - Der Ausblick war wie erfofft großartig Das Zimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, es müssten dringend Erneuerungen (Zimmer: Boden v.a.vor der Balkontür da Ameisenkolonie darunter, rechter Nachttisch lose; Bad: Duschhalterung, Duschkabine und Duschkopf z.B.) durchgeführt werden. Sauberkeit Luft nach oben. Frühstück gibt es.

• Mariela (5/5): A little overpriced, poorly maintained outdoors, and lacking even basic hospitality. - Great view from the balcony, okay rooms, one with amazing view. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. 1. There is no dedicated parking. You’re left to find a spot on the street—if you’re lucky—and constantly worry about your car given the aggressive local driving. Not ideal, especially with a rental. 2. The location is quite far from the city center, making it inconvenient without your own transport. 3. The balcony was not maintained. Even though the host clearly saw we were using it daily for breakfast and evening drinks, it was never cleaned, and the furniture lacked even basic comfort like cushions. 4. Overall, the experience did not match the cost. Communication was minimal—no helpful recommendations for restaurants or places to visit, and generally a lack of engagement or hospitality.
• Daniel (9/5): - The view from our room and the terraces are hard to beat. The room, even if a bit small, was comfortable and clean. Our breakfast was also quite good. We thoroughly enjoyed the neighbourhood with their cafés and restaurants more than the overcrowded Spanish quarters. It wasn’t a negative for us but to get up to the property it is a very good hike.

Widok z okna na miasto i Wezuwiusz, smaczne śniadanie z widokiem na miasto, bardzo dobra kawa. Polecam dojazd od północnej strony. Parking przy ulicy, ale bez problemu można zaparkować. Miła pobudka przy śpiewie ptaków. Blisko warzywniak, z super słodkimi pomidorami Nie polecam dojazdu od południowej strony (od miasta) - dla ludzi o mocnych nerwach. Nam się udało :) Lepiej dojechać od strony północnej.

Bez problemu Pani pomogła nam z zarezerwowaniem taxi na lotnisko, zawsze jak byliśmy na śniadaniu padało pytanie odnośnie czy potrzebujemy czegoś. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Also the pillow is very uncomfortable. Also the hot water pot was super gross. And lastly the wall was a little far from the city.

• Martina (9/5): - Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Blick auf Neapel und das Meer gebucht. Traumhaft! Eine ruhige Unterkunft mit Terrasse. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Da Nachsaison war, konnten wir sogar einige Stunden früher ankommen.

• Michael (8/5): Breathtaking view for a fair price - Gorgeous view of Naples with the Vesuv in the background, really breathtaking. The area is really nice and you can walk to the Museo o Real Bosco di Capodimonte, where you find an amazing park. Clean room with a nice little terrace outside. It is kind of far from the centre, which can be a pro or a con, depending on what you want. You can walk to the centre in 35 minutes though. Breakfast wasn't good.

• Solveig (6/5): Dejligt sted, men nok bedst egnet til unge - Der var rent og pænt, blev vel modtaget. Hyggelig terrasse og morgenmad. Sengen var smal til 2 voksne. Madrassen ikke behagelig. Stedet lå højt oppe og svært at komme til. Stedet er bedst egnet til enten unge rygsæk rejsende, eller meget mobile voksne.

• Laetitia26 (7/5): Séjour appréciable - La vue sur la ville. La terrasse. La climatisation. Un très bon petit déjeuner. Et c'est appréciable de pouvoir se faire un café ou un thé dans la chambre, dosette et thé à disposition, merci. Malheureusement dans un couloir aérien donc beaucoup de passage d'avion. L'accès sur les hauteurs de la ville très mal desservi par les transports en commun. Attention les horaires ne sont pas respectés donc nous avons dû beaucoup patienter ou marcher. La climatisation dans la salle des petits déjeuner beaucoup trop froide.
• isabelle (4/5): ville sale surpeuplé et les napolitains détestables - la vue si vous aimez monter 300 Marches sous 38 Degrés avant d'arriver à votre hôtel et que vous avez déjà marché toute la journée dans Naples souriez vous êtes filmé pour déjeuner et partout dans l'établissement et la propriétaire inexistante, douche en très mauvais état, attention les napolitains sont agressifs au volant et en scooters pour se garer proche de l'hôtel ,eh bien faite comme nous pas d'explication de la propriétaire et priez pour récupérer votre voiture entière là ou vous l'avez garé. Le tarif est plus élevé que celui qu'on venait de faire à rome un 80 m2 et deux grandes chambres et deux salles de bains et une cuisine tout équipée et les boissons dans le frigo elles sont payantes alors prévoyez avant d'arriver...

• Letícia (9/5): Awesome view for people willing to walk up - The view is absolutely amazing. Both from my room and from the terrace I could look at Napoli, the Vesuvio and the sea. The B&B is located at the top of a hill, so people staying there should be prepared to climb a lot of stairs at night, when they are coming back. In my experience this was good, as I could make up a bit for all the eating during the day. I also enjoyed walking through the little streets alone. The staff was also very friendly and helpful whenever I needed and the room was comfortable. The breakfast situation could be improved. It was a bit odd. Whenever I arrived, at different times, there would be bits and pieces of stuff. I liked the pistacchio croissant but I wish there was better coffee available and that they had better bread available. Tomatoes and cucumbers would be also nice. I also never understood whether there would be eggs or not. Maybe there could be a better way to organize it?

Located in a calm area, nice park nearby, also few local places to eat. Nice room, comfortable bed, mini bar if you need. We had breakfast option included (no complains about selection of food/beverages). Hotel staff - friendly and helpful. We liked, but some guests could complain about the location of apartment - the area is quite elevated and you need to take a challange of a lot of steps upstair. :)) But the view, when the final destination is reached, is rewarding!

Very nice viewfrom terrace The streets and driving of Italians leave much to be desired. It's a real jungle and there are no rules. Be very careful if you renting a car. There is also no private parking but U can park on the street risking scratching your car , streets are very tight and U need to beep when U driving . If u sleeping with open window u will have early wakeup alarm by birds ;)
• Lukáš (10/5): Exceptional - The view on city and Vesuv, also the very good resturant nerby and walk to the city center (even that was 100m overhang), but was still nice experience to meet the Napoli life on the trips planes flying over our head... however, was quite in the night

Also no problem at all with a car if you take the main road (take Via Capodimonte and definitely avoid taking the very narrow little curvy roads up the hill from the other side). Parking on the street is safe and free of charge, plenty of parking spots. The Room was super comfortable, the view was amazing day and night! There is a small shop nearby and the "Pizzeria e Trattoria Regina Vittoria" within walking distance is simply AMAZING! Breakfast was also superb! We would come back any time! Yes, there are many stairs to get down to the hustle and bustle of the City Centre, but for average persons you don't need more than 10 minutes and the typical Italian flair was a huge plus for us, we loved taking the stairs and also knew we can escape the chaos of the City when we get back!

That’s the reason I booked the hotel in the first place and I expected it to be on a hill, and there were many steps. Room is very nice and clean with a small balcony and mini bar. Stuff is super nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. I’d love to stay here again. The road to the hotel could be hard if you are not fit enough or can’t walk a lot.
• Maritska (9/5): Great view, wonderful room. - The most wonderful room and view ever. Nice walk down to the centre. Great staff. Really great place with a big terrace and a fridge. Good breakfast with really good coffee, provided the weather on another big terrace with a view of the Vesuvio. The only thing is the airplanes flying right over your head from 7 till 23 a couple of times per hour. I am very sensitive to this, I suppose most people don’t mind, since it was not in the reviews.

• Viki (8/5): The view is 10/10. everything else... less. - The view from the room is beautiful and it was really comfortable, even he was a bit small. the balcony outside really nice and breakfast was tatsy and fresh. the hosts was really nice. Even though i check the location before.. i didn't expect it be that far from the center.. also a lot of steps, be aware of that. its really easy to miss the place because the sign of the B&B name is small. the breakfast are NOT included, even if its written in booking. also.. it was a lot of ants in the room. so basically my stay was ok but not really comfortable and worth it for a solo traveler... Although, the view was worth it.

The host was very accommodating and the breakfast was fresh & delightful! We noticed two small tortoises during our breakfast in the upstairs terrace which was a pleasant surprise! Hard to find the place, and the taxi driver had trouble driving through the narrow streets/alleyway to the b&b, but we made it!
