LidiaGil (9/5): Apartamento perfecto! - La ubicación y limpieza del sitio. Además, Ana era muy atenta cuando llegamos. El apartamento era muy grande y estuvimos muy cómodos toda la estancia. Aunque fuera Semana Santa hacía un poquito frío, y el aire caliente no servía para calentar todas las habitaciones.
Sławomir Król (10/5): Czysto, spokojnie i bardzo komfortowo - Spędziliśmy w Apartamentos Plaza w Alicante 3 noce i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Apartament był czysty, dobrze wyposażony i zapewniał spokojny wypoczynek. Kontakt z właścicielem był bardzo dobry, wszystko przebiegało sprawnie i bezproblemowo. Dużym atutem jest także świetna lokalizacja. Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce.

AndziaSz (10/5): Cudowne miejsce w doskonałej lokalizacji! - Lokalizacja doskonała! Apartament super, łóżka bardzo wygodne, pościel czysta. W zasadzie było wszystko prócz obiecanego w opisie oferty ekspresu do kawy, na który jednak liczyłyśmy. Poza tym wszystko super! Nic takiego nie było.

We had a problem with the electric kettle and microwave and within a few minutes both items were replaced.. top marks! Because the sound insulation is poor and we heard lots of noise from upstairs.

All obvious tourist attractions are within walking distance of the flat given a reasonable level of mobility. The walls are paper thin. If a noisy family become guests in the next door flat or indeed the flat above the one I had then noise levels can become extremely challenging. This is an issue of building construction rather than a fault of the owner/agents.
Luca (10/5): Had an amazing stay in Alicante - The location was perfect, we were 4 persons and had more than enough space. The private patio is perfect for having breakfast under the blue sky of Alicante, or just to play cards. Everything was clean and there was shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. Ana was also a great host and was already at the apartment when we arrived :) Can really recommend Nothing

Appartement très bruyant qui avait la chambre collée au salon de l appartement d a côté. C est comme si vous étiez dans le même appartement et vous subissez les horaires nocturnes de vos voisins. Dommage car si il n y avait pas ça cela aurait été un séjour parfait, mais ça gâche .
Sharon (9/5): Appartamento super consigliato! - Posizione a due passi dall’Esplanada. Appartamento al quarto piano (con ascensore) confortevole con un gran terrazzo con vista sul castello. Cucina ben equipaggiata, aria condizionata e lavatrice presenti. Bagno angusto, senza finestra né ventola di aspirazione. Lavandino in camera da letto a causa di mancanza di spazio direttamente nel bagno.

renata (8/5): Alicante zimą - Świetna lokalizacja blisko portu. Szybki kontakt z właścicielką. Możliwość zostawienia bagaży przed godziną zameldowania. Cicha i spokojna okolica pełna knajpek. W styczniu, przy braku ogrzewania ( grzejąca klimatyzacja jest tylko w salonie) powinny być dodatkowe koce. Woda pod prysznicem była ciepła, nie gorąca. Słabe Wi-fi

SIEPANIEDZIEJE (10/5): Super lokalizacja - To naprawdę apartament gdzie jest 5 sypialni. Wszystkie pokoje są w jednym dużym mieszkaniu na pierwszym piętrze. Niezwykle czysto. Dobre okna dobrze wyciszają dźwięki z ulicy. Rolety świetne, w słoneczny dzień może być ciemno w pokoju. Dwie łazienki to też duży komfort. Duży boiler obsłużył wszystkich i nie brakło ciepłej wody. Sympatyczne małe patio z krzesłami i stolikiem jest przydatne, latem pewnie chroni cieniem od upału. Nasza grupa 9 osób, wszyscy mieszkali wygodnie. 5 sypialni daje duży komfort. Prosimy o kieliszki do wina, brakowało ich nam a byłem pewien, że w Hiszpanii będą na pewno. Dla dużej grupy, która lubi zjeść wspólne śniadanie przyda się także zmywarka. Brakowało jej nam, naczynia po jednym posiłku takiej grupy mogą zapełnić małą zmywarkę.

MARIA (10/5): PLEASANT - The apartment is in a very central location, with shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. It is quite spacious, featuring two clean and well-maintained bathrooms and two large bedrooms with comfortable beds. The apartment was spotless, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. The street is quiet, despite being in such a central area. The host was kind enough to wait for our arrival to hand over the keys and communicated with us in a friendly manner via WhatsApp.The near by beach is very nice and at walking distance from the apartment. We highly recommend this apartment for both families and couples.
