- Mohammad (2/5): Very poor - Nothing to like in particular was a decent hotel to stay at. We were 3 people travelling and I had booked 2 single rooms in which it stated that 2 adults for each room but they refused to allow 2 adults in a single room because they were saying that is for one person only, so at first they told us that they will be upgrading one of our rooms to a bigger room for 2 adults with the same price charged in the morning. However as we came back to the hotel after traveling the entire day they told us that new prices will be charged which they did not inform us before, and then i told them that i will be rebooking the rooms if that's the case but they told us that they will be taking the price of the rooms which i had previously made and then cancelled.*ps: while booking i mistakenly pressed on their superior delux room before but then immediately cancelled it and also received my cancel confirmation email.* So the hotel manager kept on telling me about that cancelled booking and told me that price would be considered since i booked it previously which i told them that I had cancelled and also showed them the cancel confirmation email but they kept on blaming booking.com and told me to contact booking.com instead which wasn't possible. They kept on charging us higher prices than the ones stated in my order receipt, then i showed them their website prices properly and they reduced the price but why wouldn't they know about their room prices that their website shows? And why would they take the cancelled booking, bc if it's sth that i had cancelled that means I don't want that but they kept on telling us that they weren't informed about the cancelled booking properly as well and blamed all of it on booking.com.
