Very nice and welcoming. However, my shower does not appear to drain so well and the door handle is loose.

- neneies (10/5): The best hotel experience that I have ever had! - This is one of the nicest rooms I have ever had the chance to stay in, it was like an apartment! It has a pool, laundry mat, and our room was amazing. We got a huge room, it had a kitchenette, a very nice living room, and 2 queen beds in a room of there own. The staff was very nice ,especially I would love to point out Lanell she was very helpful and accommodating to us. She was also very warm and friendly. She's definitely an assent for your company.

Other than that the staff was super friendly and the rest of the facility was very clean!

- L6177FVmichaelw (6/5): Itâs OK. A lot of shopping and restaurants near by - I would describe my stay as average â not particularly bad, but not great either. The hotel has potential, but there are several areas that could use improvement to enhance the overall guest experience. The room itself was functional, but it could benefit from some updates. The furniture and fixtures felt a bit dated (rips in couch), bedsheets felt itchy and outdated due to being washed numerous times, the pillows were HORRIBLE (FLAT) and a few upgrades would go a long way in making the space feel more modern and comfortable. Additionally, the cleanliness could be improved, as some areas did not feel as fresh as expected. I found an earring on the arm of the chair, chip on the floor behind the table beside the couch, the spot g under the kitchen cabinet was open and dirty could tell it was used numerous times. That send me changed each stay for the next guest. I wouldnât want to wash any of my personal kitchenware with a used sponge. The paper towels and dish soap was also used, other hotels provide new bottles of dish soap as well as an unopened pack of paper towels. It felt as if this hotel is cutting corners but increasing the rates. The breakfast area was convenient, but it lacked a welcoming atmosphere. A cleaner, more organized, and visually appealing setup would make breakfast more enjoyable for guests starting their day. One specific suggestion is regarding the waffle station. It would be very helpful to post clear signs reminding guests not to place pecans or other nuts directly into the waffle iron. This is important not only for cleanliness, but also for guests with nut allergies. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but with some upgrades to the rooms, improved attention to cleanliness, and small changes to the breakfast area, this hotel could significantly improve the guest experience.

The pool was NOT heated and this was not posted on the hotel website or reviews- so if youâre looking for an indoor pool - call and ask about the heater. Otherwise- great stay and we felt safe in this area.

- Dream34052226236 (10/5): Ms. Jackson Texas - I have to give Natalie Person the Director of Sales more than just a review of appreciation. We had our COGIC Convention Conference in Memphis. She was so amazing to accommodate all of us from Texas . All of our rooms were ready with our names listed and keys prepared upon check in . Our names on the Tv , no one had to wait came in and went to their rooms . Mrs . Natalie Person even had a gift for me in my room because I was telling her I was about to start up a traveling business she encouraged me and left me a note . No one has ever done that , also there were 2 older people who came there from the airport . They wanted to go to the convention and uber was going to charge them $75 just to drive them 10 mins away from the hotel to the convention. Mrs . Person use her car to drive the senior citizens to the convention. No one ever show that much care for the people she went far and beyond what a director of sales do . She came out spoke to the people she is the first Sales of Director I have ever met all the years I have plan hotels . Thank you so much for your services , your dedication the hotel was clean , smell fresh , rooms are spacious and beautiful, great breakfast I will always bring business here at this location in Southaven Ms. Very nice person she did the work with 2 different charter buses coming from different part of Texas , to people driving in , and coming from the airport we were all taking care of in a big huge way.

- Candrese (8/5): - The room had a strange smell that was similar to urine or something. The toilet didn't flush properly and the drain's drainage was slow. I notified the staff at the front desk. She stated she would get maintenance to check it. Luckily the issues with plumbing was the morning of our check out.

Toilet made a load whistle sound when flushed. Room needed some repairs on trim and couch was uncomfortable. Outside guests were very loud all night.
- davidcT4480RZ (10/5): A wonderful, welcoming stay over - The staff was amazing!! They were friendly, kind, and very helpful. We arrived with only 10 minutes left for the evening social. We didn't even realize there was one, but the front desk professional and the hospitality hostess, encouraged us to come and get some food. They waited patiently and even served us a beverage. This morning we were met with friendly smiles from the same hostess on duty last night. The breakfast presentation was more than plentiful and very clean. Even a maintenance gentlemen greeted us with a warm smile and conversation as we waited on the elevator. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast provided daily and even a happy hour and sing-along in the evening if you wanted to. The hotel was blocking distance to a number of major restaurants so if youâre here without a call, we could visit this different locations easily. The room itself was well appointed with a full size refrigerator microwave sink- all supplies you need to very comfy beds. It was extra extraordinary large and youâre welcome place to come home too after a long day. The staff are welcoming. Always invited you to participate in something if there was anything else you needed.

Open parking lot and clean. Security also is visible for anyone driving on property grounds. What I didnât like was I should have stayed longer to greet the staff that was so polite on the phone. I did not get an opportunity to use the gym and indoor pool.

Whatever she is paid its not enough, Homewood!!! Rebecca called to upgrade my room and of course I was stubborn and did not want to change but, to her credit she convinced me to, and boy I was pleasantly surprised!!! She upgraded me to a bigger suite, it felt like I was in an apartment, I loved it so much that I forgot we had discussed i was supposed to change rooms the following day!!! I stayed in the upgraded suite my whole.trip with no interruptions... Thanks, Rebecca and staff!!

The hot breakfast is excellent every morning. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. We feel very safe staying at this hotel.
