- Christina (4/5): Shocking - Bed was comfy. The staff upon arrival checked us in, asked for ID but didn't check it then didn't advise us where we needed to go until prompted. The breakfast was shocking, ran out of coffee and waffle mix, chicken looked like it was re heated from the day before and apples were wrinkled. Had to clear up own pots. In the room the bath / shower tap was dripping all night, there was cobwebs on the lights and tags from when the shower curtain were washed left on and black mold. Lastly, even though it states airports pick-ups there was none to pick us up at 1am when which resulted in us getting a taxi. The whole stay was a let down for a Hilton.

It’s also easy to miss it - it’s the red bus with a huge logo of a parking company with a tiny logo of this hotel on a side. I only found out about this by calling them. Not a big variety of breakfast food.

- Rene (5/5): Stay at the hyatt place couple buildings down where the make you feel welcome - Was grateful to have a place to stay Felt like Front desk had an oh well additude gave us a room right next to construction that was using a jackhammer all night, offered to pay more to put us in a higher level room but felt that it was making them work hard attitude. Use to love staying here with my family when we were in town. Wont be staying here no more cause of the not caring attitude!...

- CDS-FL (10/5): Excellent location with huge rooms - Beautiful room with full size kitchen and terrific bathroom. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed. The only exception was the mold in the shower. Another oddity is there is no coffee machine or supplies in the room. This doesn’t make sense when a full kitchen with utensils etc are included. I didn’t have time to try the breakfast. But there are restaurants very close by.

Every trip, and I've been 4 trips in the last 5 weeks, I've have housekeeping issues. From stuff left from previous guests, to not getting any service on a 4 night stay, to hair in the bed.

I love that the Coffee Bean people were so nice and helpful and Alex the front desk guy was amazing. - NateACr (8/5): Spring Break Airport Stay - Decent place close to the airport. Check in was fine- the front desk guy could use a little lesson in customer service. Parking is a little pricey, but on par with airport parking. The headboards in the room were a little worn. Nice breakfast.

- PatrickE842 (10/5): Amazing service and great accommodations - Alex and Allan are Rockstars. After a long day of travel and flight cancellations these guys did everything possible to make sure I had a really enjoyable stay. From the minute, I walked in the door, super friendly and engaging, I could tell this was gonna be a good stay. If your flight is ever canceled, and you need a good hotel to stay at close to LAX come here and hopefully you get the pleasure of meeting Alex and Allan.
- jennifernZ6884FI (10/5): great stay, awesome front desk host - We stayed at Homewood Suites @LAX in February. We took the free airport shuttle which was very convenient. The check in desk is a little confusing since there are 2 hotels joined together. We were only staying one night since we were flying out very early the next morning. Allan at the front was so friendly and helpful. He gave us a huge, perfect room on the 7th floor giving us great views of the airport. Additionally, the rooftop viewer porch was incredible. He then was kind enough to give us a sushi restaurant recommendation in Manhattan Beach. Overall this was a great stay and Allan made it even more pleasant.

The transients in the parking structure or the massive amounts of airport traffic and construction….then okay. I’ll just leave this here. I now am dealing with an open investigation. - tiasY7839EO (10/5): Excellent staff and service - We had a wonderful experience at the Homewood Suites in LA thanks to the incredible staff! When we arrived after flying in from Phoenix, Mayra at the front desk was so sweet and truly went above and beyond to help us. She worked to get us checked in early and kindly offered to hold our bags so we could explore while we waited. Her warmth and helpfulness made us feel welcome right away. The next morning we had breakfast at the Waypoint Kitchen where Alfredo greeted us with a big smile and was incredibly attentive to our orders. The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. Later that evening we stopped by the bar for a nightcap and Luis made some of the most amazing martinis! He was full of life, and his passion for his job and for taking care of guests really showed. I also want to give a special shout out to Allan at the late-night front desk. He made sure all of our questions were answered and took the time to help us with anything we needed. The staff and service at this hotel were excellent. Everyone made our stay memorable, and we will definitely be back!
- Trail797960 (6/5): The little touches matter - I had a pretty good experience for the most part. I did run into a few issues while I was there. One of the kitchen lights kept going out and flickering. I had to request a can opener, a chef's knife and flatware. Once they finally brought that to me the can opener didn't work. Had a little bit of an issue with the water in the shower and never really got hot/warm. Only one of the burners worked on the stove so I had to cook everything at individual times which was quite inconvenient. But I do have to say the two gentlemen that worked mostly in the evening time, they were really great, Alex and Alan. They assisted with bags. They also informed us of events happening while we were there. They invited us to pick up free snacks as gold members. They were very hospitable and engaging, I appreciated their kindness.
