• Shawn (6/5): Great Location and Customer Service - We were in town from 500 miles away for a doctor's visit right across the street. So the location was perfect. Eric was at the front desk when we checked in and he was exceptional. Friendly, efficient & welcoming. The room was great.. everything you would need The beds, perhaps it was just ours? But it was so uncomfortable I opted to unfold the couch bed, which was not an improvement. Had we not been exhausted we may have changed rooms. Don't like soft water for showers, that's nitpicking.. well the parking garage next door isn't necessarily far- it's not convenient either. Doable but not ideal. Limited TV, I've gotten accustomed to apps being offered in room via sign in, that wasn't an option in our room so we were limited to the scroll

• Stacie (10/5): - The hotel was exactly where I needed it be as I have appointments at Baylor hospital, two blocks away! The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet. There is a walk-in shower that I love too. The parking garage not being attached to the hotel and the door to the hotel is way around the block. Not great if you're a woman alone at night in this area.

I should’ve been notified with the bill and reason. Also I felt it was unsafe to have the parking garage unattached to the building walking at night and early morning with my child and luggage to my car..

When we would ask her a question she would just point giving the perception that she thought we were stupid for asking. We book Home2Suite because we were impressed with the first one we stayed at. But the first impression we received at this most recent one was very negative. The way the parking garage sits beside the hotel and you have to walk to the hotel door which is not in view of anyone at the front desk feels unsafe

Little kitchenette was convenient to have meals at night. Room was spacious for our stay. Was noisy due to ambulance sirens at times but overall great location and convenient location. Breakfast was average but there was a selection of foods.
• jennifer (6/5): I would recommend the other home to this one was a little off the cuff not in a good way - I stayed at home2 before and this one just seemed a little less quality of a home2 There were no actual blankets on the bed. They used a bed skirting that goes underneath the mattress as a blanket we froze all night and then if we just did the air, it was too hot.

To get from parking to front desk required a struggle —first a hike, then up an elevator, then down , then another hike—all outside of course—then inside and another hike to the front desk. And this hotel is connected to a hospital where most of the guests are seriously ill or there for hip or knee surgery. Designer drunk and crazy.

Your parking situation I realize it’s difficult but it does make for an uncomfortable stay at your establishment. We were nervous about trip from the parking lot to the hotel hotel, and about the security of our car in the parking garage.

The parking garage is directly behind the hotel. The only thing I noticed was the seams on the loveseat were coming undone, but it didn’t bother me.
