• Carey (5/5): - The shuttle was fantastic! Pillows smelled funny. Room was not cleaned while we were gone all day. Soap dispensers did not work. Very noisy traffic. Front desk was not great in the morning.

• Pheng (7/5): Beds were comfortable and I liked that there wasn’t any carpet. - Shuttle and close to mall and airport. I felt like my room wasn’t very good at blocking out sound. I could hair the traffic, the other room door slamming shut, the floor noise in the room above me.

• Zsharmaine (7/5): Spacious stay - I had a great stay at Tru by Hilton. The location was excellent and the room was very clean and spacious, which made it really comfortable. The airport shuttle was a fantastic bonus and made things much easier. The only downside was that the breakfast could have had a bit more variety, but overall it was a really good stay. More variety for breakfast

Stayed an extra night for the storm and was given extra hour to check out because of the snow. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was yummy! The smokers outside the front door was the only down side

White walls literally show everything. Paint on edge of bathroom door was mostly peeled off. Kind of a funky smell in the elevators.

• James (8/5): These are more basic hotels with bare floors and open closets but they are actually much more functi - Nice clean dependable hotel. Stayed here twice for a couple of days each. Consistently good. Ask for a room not facing the highway so it will be a little quieter.

Rooms were clean & BRITE. A welcoming experience. Breakfast was good. Simple & more than adequate. Was looking for something like a sweet roll (my personal breakfast sin!)

• Rachel (7/5): Wrong room given without being told - Airport shuttle We booked a king room upon check-in. We were getting room keys and sent up our room was found to be a double room.. I called down to the front desk and basically was told too bad.

• Kathleen (3/5): Double the Cost, No Satsfaction! - We were able to have our dog with us, but at double the cost! I got charged for 2 rooms! I have been unable to get a refund on the one that we had canceled. The room was fine, but at double the cost!

• Gorkem (8/5): - The hotel is new and this is our 3rd times to stay. Not a big deal for us but the room is not ready at 3pm. The stuff is so gentle. But the best thing of this hotel is new to compare other 3star hotels. Also the cleanless is not good as much as staying before.
• James (9/5): Good for visiting family in the nearby area. - Breakfast was very nice. There was a microwave available for reheating your own food. Lots of open public space near the check in. The breakfast area was very clean and organized. The gym was bright and well equipped for the average user. There was an ice machine and coin laundry. Admittedly, we were there on the off season so it was very quiet overall. It’s a nice budget Hilton with clean rooms, good bath, and right across the street from shopping. I’m sure summer is louder and less relaxing but the rooms were fine.

• Burnham (9/5): - The staff is pleasant, always at the front desk available to assist, the housekeeping staff are so kind, friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you have what you need to be comfortable. The location is always excellent, easy commute to the surrounding areas and just a five minute drive from the airport. No microwaves in the guest rooms. However there is a microwave in the lobby for guest use, however a bit inconvenient.

• Bethany (10/5): Our expectations were met and we loved it there. - Great atmosphere. Great staffing. The environment was super clean and super homey. It made me feel so good. Rooms were amazing. Very clean, very comfortable and I think the thing that made it the best was when I walked in the room. Had my name on the TV screen. That said welcome Bethany and that kind of made me feel like I was seen an important. Honestly there's really nothing. I didn't like you guys do an amazing job.

The strong greasy smell at the elevators that has been there for quite some time. We've been there this summer and the smell's already there. Im surprised that it's still the same when we came back this winter.

• Crosby (9/5): To sum up my stay, we continue to return because we have been pleased with our experience. - It's clean, convenient, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We showed up late because of airline delays, and we still felt attended to. We've stayed more than once and we'll return again. There was some hair stuck to the soap dispenser in the bathroom. That is my only dislike.
