• Marc (5/5): Very clean but not new facilities - The shared bedrooms are situated in a safe area of Mestre. The staff was professional, gave me a key and a card pass. The room was spacious but smelled. I opened the big windows for fresh air, but the smell was sticky. The beds and the room were very clean. The shared bathroom was ok, not recent but clear as well. Hot water no problem. A microwave was provided and a water boiler as well. The property is 20 minutes away from Mestre Fresh market which is full of fresh local products. 20 minutes away walking there is very nice local gym and pool with incredible staff. Very nice people overall in Mestre. 5 minutes walk from Mestre train station which is 20 minutes away from Venice St Lucia. Expect delays at the train station since there is 2 machines to buy tickets for 200 people there. Also, please don't forget to stamp your tickets at the station in the green machines otherwise controllers in the train will be rude. Smell in the room. I would not risk bringing my wife there. Don't do it if you want to prevent divorce. I was alone for work and looked for a very cheap option but decent. Did the job, but don't expect luxury.

• ANGELICA MARIA (3/5): Servizio pessimo da parte del personale. - Il servizio è stato pessimo da parte del personale che mi ha accolto. Mi hanno sistemato in una stanza fuori dall'hotel, una zona che sembrava insicura e pericolosa. Non lo so. Non lo consiglio a nessuno. Il servizio è stato pessimo.

Alle 2 del mattino poi la coppia nella camera accanto ha iniziato ad urlare e tirarsi piatti o bicchieri non solo rendendo impossibile il riposo ma anche lo stato di sicurezza era molto basso
• roberto (1/5): - Letto comodo Casino notturno e casino alla mattina presto, si moriva di freddo per caloriferi che non funzionavano, per riscaldarsi avevamo una stufetta tenuta accesa tutta la notte,senza carta igienica,senza prodotti per lavarsi,senza tv ,e stamattina sono venuti a bussare per mandarci via, albergo di cui non mi vedra' mai più.. esperienza terribile

• Franceschi10 (3/5): Peccato - Ottima pozione e possibilità di parcheggio In camera odore di fumo. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva. La porta della camera era stata forzata e scassata. Lenzuola e tende sporche. Nelle altre camere molto rumore e viavai di gente.
• bejaoui amer (1/5): - Je ne suis restée à l’hôtel qu’une heure seulement. C’était très sale, plein d’insectes, et ma petite fille de neuf mois a été piquée par un insecte. L’endroit était dégoûtant : les lits, la salle de bain, tout était sale. J’ai dû changer d’hôtel après une heure et payer un nouvel hôtel, car je ne pouvais vraiment pas rester là plus longtemps.

• Wioletta (4/5): - Pokój czysty Okolica obskurna brudna i pełno narkomanów.Do tego stopnia że jednego dnia 3 razy przyjechała policja.Lepiej wydać parę e więcej ale móc spokojnie spacerować po parku a nie bać się że się wdepnie w igłę.

• Wali (4/5): Cheap and does the main job which is sleeping. - it was close to the station and value for money. Well can you imagine travelling with your partner and no curtains on the room window and when asked the receiption was like nobody can see from there :D:D:D.. Ok thank you for the information !! I asked for the fan because it was hot and the reception was sorry cant do anything.. Thank fully i stayed only one night and stayed outside most of the time... I was not comfortable in the room at all.. Other wise it was cheap and has done the job for staying a night only.

• Jenny (5/5): Location great, clean don't expect to sleep if allocated lower floors. - Location is great, walking distance to all public transport and shops rooms are under renovation, pillows need to be updated as they are so flat. Some power points are faulty. Offer hair dryers but they don't work, staff were very friendly Don't expect a good night's sleep if you have been allocated the ground floor, people walking all hours of night on the streets and you can hear their suitcases rattle on the cobble stone pathways. Chinese restaurant across the road open to very late with patrons and very noisy

I enjoyed my stay in Venice exploring but not the sleep. - I literally didn’t like anything, except for the location First of all the room had a really awful smell. The towels smelled bad. The toilet’s lock was not working. The reception was unable to speak or communicate properly.
