Kelly (6/5): - Location is close to all attractions and restaurants. Pool right outside patio. Had issues with condo. No hot water for showers. Water drains backing up in downstairs bathroom. Cookware was warped and did'nt fit on stovetop. Disappointed no staff for breakfast due to low season.

D (7/5): No value for money. - The pool was excellent, the villa was clean. We did not get explanation on arrival for our villa or other facilities. Only wifi on payment, wifi at reception was bad service. The tennis court was very very outdated, breakfast was no value for money. The fitness door was locked in the morning and we had to wait 20 minutes for the door to open. Airconditioning was not working in the gym and leaking inside our house. Our villa was very outdated: upstairs bathroom needs to be renovated. The jacuzzi was dirty and leaking.

Die Schlafzimmer sind zu klein, bei fast allen Fernbedienungen waren die Batterien zu schwach und würden dann nur teilweise ausgetauscht! Die Außenanlagen waren nicht gepflegt, Blätter verwelkt oder Pflanzen verwildert. Pool war nicht gepflegt, verwelkte Blätter am Grund und der Rasen am Pool teilweise vertrocknet.

Manfred (6/5): Nice hotel but have same safety concerns - The 3 BEDROOM HOUSE THAT I RENTED HAD A PROBLEM, WHEN IT RAINED AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRS A PUDLE OF WATER FORMED. COULD NOT TELL WHERE THE WATER CAME FROM IT APEARED TO BE SEAPING THROUGH THE WALL. THE TILES ON THE FLOOR AND STAIRS ARE EXTREAMLY SLIPPERY WHEN WET . I REPORTED IT BUT NOTHING WAS DONE. THEY DID NOT SUPPLY MATS . WE HAD 2 SLIPS LUCKY NO SERIOUS INJURY .
