Black pillowcases that smelled strongly of hair grease… The heating was incredibly noisy and only produced air, so if you turned it on while working at your desk, your eyes would dry out within minutes. There was no adjustable shower head; water only came from the fixed one, forcing you to get your entire privates wet even if you didn't want to wash them every day, unlike many women. They charged your card without your consent and didn't tell you they would refund the amount charged for insurance.

- Jodi (3/5): We won't be back...see above - Not much, but I guess the location was ok None of the ice machines were working and the entire 3rd floor looked like a horror movie. Everything was torn apart and we received ZERO notification about it. Also there were huge stains on the furniture in the room and the bathroom wasn't clean.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Just Okay - We chose this hotel for the convenient location; it was comfortable and clean. The mini-fridge was odd, you have to push a button to put it on and it only stays on for 2 hours unless you push the button again. Wake up to warm drinks and food. We also prefer places that include breakfast and this Marriott does not. When we checked in, we asked about coffee, and the staff member said there was a coffee maker in the room. Did not inform us that there would be fresh hot coffee available in the lobby in the morning. We went to a nearby McDonald's that was not very clean. For the higher price, it was just okay.

Also, there were bugs coming from the drain. The room wasn’t really handicap accessible , my mother had issues getting in the bed , because the platform was too high.

I saw a $670 charge on my card the next day after checking-in and I asked if that's the security deposit because that is unusually high and nobody could help us because they said the manager wasn't there. Omar was the front desk person who didn't check my booking and charged me again for the room I already paid for now I have to dispute this to my bank and go through so much hassle!!!!!!!!

- Massiel (4/5): - This property is below Courtyard by Marriot standards. The rooms and building need to be remodeled. The room smelled like mildew. Rust stains and mold in the shower. Stains on the carpet. The bed was comfortable. I did not bother to check if the mattress and sheets were in the same poor condition as the room and bathroom because it was late at night. We only stayed one night. Would not pay more than one seventy per night. Are close to Lincoln Financial stadium. That was the extend of the plus side to this property.

Room was nothing special - dated, cracked tile/grout in bathroom, hair on shower wall, one inch of shower gel in dispenser for our 3 day stay. We reserved at least a month ahead of time as part of the bride's block of reserved wedding guest rooms. At check- in we were NOT told we were placed directly above a venue room. Guests who checked in after us were placed on higher floors.
The "restaurant" is actually just a snack bar. I asked at the desk if there was complimentary fresh coffee carafes provided in the lobby in the morning since there is no complimentary continental breakfast. They said yes. There was not.
FYI $14 total for 2 toasted bagels in bags from the snack bar!!!
On Saturday afternoon our entire room and bathroom started to vibrate and rumble. At first I thought there was major maintenance/plumbing happening on the floor - maybe some industrial drain snaking. After a half hour we realized it was a DJ in the venue space directly below us. The volume in our room was intolerable. At 4pm we approached the front desk & they advised us the event would end at 6. We opted to not make a fuss but did get in our car and leave the hotel for 2 hours until the event ended. At 6:30 or so we got back to the hotel and the music resumed!
My husband went back downstairs and the front desk told us the venue was being cleaned. So the DJ was entertaining the cleaning crew by continuing the music? An hour or so later I went back to the front desk. The person there advised that the event was not to end until 10pm!!!! He advised that the front desk personnel were not aware of the 10pm end date when they told us it would be over at 6. I told him we had already left the hotel for 2 hours because we couldn't stand it and that 10pm was unacceptable. Without offering to move our room, he advised there was nothing he could do. I told him we needed to be moved to a new room, and said there were no other rooms available. I asked why ANYONE would be placed in a room directly above a booked venue room - he said he just came on his shift in the a.m. so could not answer that question. The hotel gave us no option but to leave. He did wish me a happy mothers day on the way out though.
We immediately packed up, cancelled our plans for the next day, and at 8pm left the hotel and NJ. We stopped at 2 different hotels on the way home (late at night the night before Mothers Day) and were not able to find an available room for under $275. We wound up driving all the way home instead, arriving at 2 a.m.
If you are staying in the area for a wedding event, please check out the Hampton Inn right in the adjoining parking lot first. Never again at a Marriott.

- Thomas (4/5): Sub-Par for Marriott - We stayed at this same hotel back in 2020 and had a very similar poor experience. We had decided then not to return, however, due to not paying attention to the location, made the booking based on good experiences at other Marriott hotels.
While individually, most of these items are not really a big deal, due to the number of issues that we encountered, we feel that the Marriott brand should find this location a poor representation of the level of service they usually provide.
Here is a list of issues that we encountered:
-Broken furniture (see photo).
-Torn and stained carpet (see photo).
-Torn wallpaper in hallway (see photo).
-Continuously received pop up messages on television that could not be cleared with the provided remote (see photo).
-Walls in the room had many scuff marks (see photo).
-Odd smell in the room (possibly mildew).
-The lobby men’s room toilet was clogged.
-The toilet seat in the room was loose.
-Trim in the room was separating from the wall (see photo).
-Cracking in ceiling of room (see photo).
-Window box in room has paint popping from moisture (see photo).
-When we requested an extra towel and washcloth from the front desk, they both turned out to have been given to us soiled.

For $140/night, the hotel should offer complimentary breakfast and coffee/tea in lounge. (Does offer 2 coffee pods in bedroom.) Meals/full-service bar available for $.

And you put a Half assed note you are not responsible for anything happening to your vehicle! Really, I will not stay at any of your properties charging a parking fee.

Ron, the night manager is the most cordial, easy to talk to, helpful Person who made sure my stay with Marriott was sheer perfection!
