Bons restaurantes e padarias próximos, além de ter 3 estações de metro com várias opções de linhas para facilitar a locomoção. A única crítica é que não tem elevador, sendo necessário subir e descer de escadas com as malas, mas nada que prejudique os pontos positivos

• Clint (8/5): - Small hotel in a quieter area of Paris. The 20th arrondisement is not as touristy as the city center. The hotel is well connected by several metro lines, 10 minutes walk to Alexandre Dumas or Nation. Also ideal for a day trip to Disneyland Paris. The rooms are not large, but well enough designed to not feel cramped. The street is quiet, the airconditioning and shower worked well.

The only downfall was the size of the room- very small for two people and the rooms were dusty, not to mention the loft type storage area. We planned to use the inside loft area to store our luggage for the duration of our stay and in order to make more room- but when we placed our luggage in the loft Our luggage became covered in dust. We would stay there again due to the surrounding area, staff, and amenities. Thanks for everything!

Donc pas possibilité de changer de chambre. La soirée fut donc bruyante, je pouvais entendre toutes les conversations avec les quelques clients qui sont passés malgré la tv allumée Si on vous propose la chambre derrière l accueil, refusez catégoriquement Sinon propre

And the placement is weird . There's no parking. The bright side , is the fact that the concierge was very helpful and gentle. The rooms were cleanly and comfortable.

Mais, à noter : - Pas d'ascenseur, comme toujours en Europe, le "1er " est à l'étage, les planches sont hauts, tant et si bien que si votre chambre est au "troisième", préparez-vous à suer un bon coup. Les petits-déjeuners sont servis au sous-sol ce qui ajoute encore au plaisir. - Aucun endroit pour poser ses choses dans la chambre sauf des tables de nuit de la taille d'un livre de poche et une table de travail mal attachée au mur.

Er waren ook een tv en kleine koelkast. Geen gebruik gemaakt van ontbijt. Receptie was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goede prijs/kwaliteit-verhouding!

• Julia (2/5): - I do understand the fact that when you go to the hotel with 3 stars do not have high expectation. Yet, let me tell you our experience with my wife in this hotel in Paris. First: when we arrived to the hotel the person by the reception was not showing much of warm welcome. Then on our question where is our room? The answer was right here, I could have not believe my eyes exactly beside the reception(room no.1). No rooms left(wow), and we have booked months in advance. Secondly: The heating was terrible. We have turned on the heater which was in the room, but didnt seem to work(cold floor,windows big, so if you dont heat in room like that you can imagine). Thirdly: The room contained some small part on the top(built like a balcony) inside of the room of course where they left mattresses which were so dirty like from the street. And on the top of this the guy from the reception was talking loud on the phone fighting with someone, so my wife needed to go out to ask him to shut up at midnight,because we wanna sleep. Never again.

Le garçon à l'accueil nous a beaucoup aidé pour trouver un stationnement dans ce dédale de rues plus exigües les unes que les autres. Très propre et lits confortables. Chambre petite pour 2 personnes , mais tout le nécessaire y est. Seul point négatif, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur...

J’entendais le réceptionniste renifler je pouvais entendre la discussion des gens dans la rue sans avoir de fenêtre ouverte. Vraiment dommage parce que la chambre en elle même était jolie bien que la propreté reste à revoir aussi !

• Verified traveler (6/5): Basic but clean - The hotel is fairly near the central tourist spots of Paris - but has plenty of bars and restaurants a short walk away. We had an economy double room which was just that - very basic - no room for a wardrobe but a king size bed which was comfy. Tiny bathroom with shower. But the room was very clean and perfectly ok just to sleep in - there was a TV and free WiFi. Only drawback is that it was on the third floor and there is no lift !
• Caroline (10/5): Great price for a stylish boutique hotel. - Very stylish boutique hotel at a great price. Like most Paris hotels, the room was fairly small, but well laid out, very clean and nice decor. The service was great and very friendly. It can be a little noisy when the garbage trucks come by in the mornings. I liked the location a lot as it is away from the touristy areas, but easy to travel into those on the metro. It is an easy walk to great bars in Belleville and many metro stations are nearby, as well as local bars and restaurants.
• Kim (10/5): Modern hotel near metro - I stayed 8 nights and all hotel employees were very welcoming. They helped me carry luggage up the two floors. They made the washer and dryer available for me to use. Hotel is quite and clean and a short (4 mns walk) to metro. Coffee machine and fridge available in room. Coffee always available in breakfast area. Use RER A to save time on metro otherwise trip to center of Paris is quite long. But with RER A it becomes easy. Will stay here again.
• Mark (8/5): Butique on budget - Top floor room with almost fully glazed wall with view on the Parisian roofs, contemporary fixings, bathroom OK, should you care - no lift. Great ‘real’ street market at the end of the street. Metro less than 100 meters away, another line within walking distance. A stroll from huge roundabout Nation with restaurants and metro and RER lines. Lively neighbourhood with restautants and shops openned till late, including bakeries. Very good inexpensive Polish restaurand freaqented by locals just round the corner.
• Romanö (10/5): Beautiful petit hotel - At the begining it was not an option because it was not central, but it has 2 subway station 2 blocks away, so that’s enough confort for me! The rest was just excellent, the only issue if you are old, theres not elevator!
