The property is very nice with some animals sharing the large garden with guests. The bed was a bit too soft for my taste, other than that nothing to complain.

We also appreciated the thoughtful extras provided in the room, including an EU plug adapter, a USB-C cable, and a Lightning cable. The room was spacious and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. Especially liked the little fridge with fresh milk. The bed and linen were comfortable and great quality. The bathroom had a big bath with fluffy towels, clean and great light. Breakfast was delicious with a great choice of fresh produce. Highly recommended staying here. Nothing

- Richard (7/5): Accommodation was good but run more like a military camp than an upmarket B & B - The accommodation was clean and met our expectations. The breakfast time of 8.00 to 9.00am was quite short and in our opinion should be extended until at least 9.30, particularly on the weekends. Guests were also advised to vacate their room between 10.00 and 12.00 in order to allow for cleaning. We believe that this is quite an unreasonable requirement and you should be able to utilise the room at any time during your stay.

Colazione ottima in bella stanza da pranzo affacciata sul giardino che ipotizzo in estate venga usato per colazione visto che ci sono dei tavoli. A mio avviso le camere standard ( la nostra lo era)p er quanto molto luminoso e accoglienti sono un po’ piccole…. non ci si può muovere in due adulti con bagaglio . Il letto decisamente troppo morbido . La stanza vicino alla strada un po’ rumorosa se si dorme con finestra aperta ( noi lo abbiamo fatto perché era caldo ). Infine da tenere presente che la casa non è in paese ma a circa 1 km di statale a piedi

La struttura è molto curata e con arredo tipico locale, molto caratteristica. La proprietaria è squisita e molto gentile, la colazione semplicemente fantastica: con tante opzioni dolci, salate e per vegetariani, cucinate in modo eccellente e al momento! Consiglio sinceramente questa struttura, io ci tornerò sicuramente nella mia prossima visita nelle Costwolds! Unica osservazione è che chi dovesse avere particolari esigenze di spazio per quanto riguarda i letti consiglio di contattare in anticipo l’host per capire se ci siano delle alternative!

We stayed in the triple room, everything was first class, beautiful room with an ensuite with a free standing bath and separate shower, we also had a dressing room. Breakfast was yummy with quality produce. A lovely quiet guest house.Everything was 10/10 Would highly recommend We loved everything

Buona la posizione non distante dal centro (due minuti in auto). Non metto le 10 stelle perchè in stanza era pieno di coccinelle. La colazione seppur buona non propone qualcosa di dolce. Per chi arriva di notte è un po' difficile da trovare perchè la strada fuori è totalmente al buio.

Very comfortable beds. Lovely touch with the chocolate at the side of the bed. Rooms all have fridge and coffee making facilities. The location although only a ten minute walk into Boughten-On The Water was not ideal as you had to cross a busy main road. There were no proper paths to walk on by the side of the road or a crossing. Not ideal for families with young children.

- Aleta (10/5): - I much prefer the location just outside of Bourton-on-the-Water (less than a mile away) -- the town can be quite busy with tourists and almost impossible for parking, so being a short walk away made life much simpler. And as previously mentioned, the breakfast are varied and generous.
- Michael (7/5): - Lovely hosts, very clean, good parking, excellent breakfast. Walk into Bourton on the water was along a very busy road where cars, vans, lorries, farm vehicles sped past at 50mph. The pavement we were on was only 2 foot wide.. absolutely hair raising. The location on the booking.com website was excellent. It wasn't if you want to walk into town. Walk home at night was worse as there was no street lighting.

Beautifully kept very comfortable house, our bedroom was immaculately presented. Everything was spotlessly clean, pristine bathroom with toiletries provided, very comfortable bed with lovely bedding. The breakfast was outstanding, delicious fresh fruit salad, and the most perfect full English, faultless ! Complete with goats and donkeys in the garden ! Nothing at all.

She provided a spectacular breakfast (included dietary options for me). And the vibe in the area was wonderful and so calm. Even had goats and donkeys in the area which were a huge treat! Not anything really! For me personally I would have liked to be a bit closer to the main area of the city.
- Gaby (9/5): Fantastische B&B met gastvrije eigenaresse en heerlijk ontbijt. - Gastvrije B&B eigenaresse , heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt met o.a versgesneden fruit, yoghurt en diverse keuzes uit Engels ontbijt. Kamers zijn ruim genoeg met grote badkamer en goed bed. Uitzicht van onze kamer was fantastisch met uitzicht op de tuin en de 2 geiten, Bourton on the water is ong. 10 min. lopen van de B&B Elke ochtend na de schoonmaak van de kamer is het koelkastje weer gevuld met 2 flesjes water en liggen er 2 chocolaatjes op je nachtkastje.
