- Julius (10/5): Veľká noc v Hotely Flattacher Hof - Tak po roku sme znovu navštívili tento hotel , môžem povedať že služby boli na vynikajúcej úrovni . V tomto rodinom hotely nájdete výnimočnú kuchyňu , 5 chodové večere ako aj dostačujúce raňajky , samozrejme po obedný snack . V tomto hotely vás obslúži príjemný a ústretový presonál , večne usmiaty a nápomocný . Celkovo by som hotel odporúčal pre všetkých vrátane rodín s malými deťmi (bazén , ihrisko a podobne ) . My sme sa tu ubytovali počas Veľkonočných sviatkov , čiže sme zažili aj veľkonočné menu - hodnotím na 5***** , ďakujeme za všetko a veľmi radi sa sem opäť vrátime . -

- Branislava (9/5): - Príjemné prostredie, ochotný personál, záujem majiteľov o ubytovaných, čistota izieb, dokladanie hygien.potrieby(papier,mydlá,sprchové),nie je nutné si nosiť uteráky,osušky ( na izbe župany,papuče,osušky do bazéna- sauny). Pri polpenzii -Raňajky možnosť výberu,čaje,džús,pri záujme aj káva,Na stole lístok na objednanie večere z troch jedél,jedno bezmäasité,bolo predjedlo,polievka hl.jedlo,dezert.Milé bolo na lístku predpoveď na počasie v ten deň,detské menu a na poslednej strane citát. Na lyžovačku odvezie autobus(časy sú na recepcii),stačilo sa postaviť pred hotel- zadarmo,chodí sa už v lyžiarkach, lyžiareň a sušiareň na lyžiarky.Ak autom parkovanie zadarmo?cesta cca 10´

- Martin (10/5): - Wir waren mit unserer Familie zum Jahreswechsel da. Es gab immer ein leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück vom Buffet. Das Abendessen hat definitiv 5 Sterne verdient. Zum Jahreswechsel gab es Buffet, welches keine Wünsche offen ließ. Es war alles sehr sehr lecker. Am späteren Silvester Abend wurde noch draußen beim Lagerfeuer Glühwein und Punsch gereicht. Es war auf jeden Fall eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Wir möchten uns bei dem Personal und der Inhaber Familie für die unvergessliche Zeit bedanken!!!

- Lubomir (10/5): Exceptional service. - Family run hotel in very nice location with swimming pool, wellness and fitness. Our room was spacious, cosy and bed was very comfortable. A lot of parking available in the vicinity of the hotel. Mölltaler ski resort is about 12 minutes by car, skibus is also available. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent, and the top perk of this hotel is lovely staff and exceptional service that made our stay unforgettable. Saunas are quite small, in case of more people in the wellness area it can be a bit challenging to get your turn in the sauna.

- Dino (10/5): Best food ever - The best food out of any hotel I've ever been to. We initially had breakfast only included, but upgraded to half board for 25 eur per person, and it was the best 25 eur ever spent! Also, we got the white wine many times, it's amazing. The cleaning lady threw away the box I kept my snowboarding shoes in while I was snowboarding. When I realized it, I asked for it and she ran to the trash outside to fetch it, so everything went well in the end, and she apologized many times.

- Lea (8/5): Overall a nice vacation, we went there for the good slopes, the weather was perfect and we were lucky to find enough sno - The hotel is located in a beautiful place with great views. After a day spent on the ski slope the sauna is a perfect place to relax. At the restaurant are serving mostly local cuisine, not bad, but I would have preferred more choices. The hotel doesn’t look like a 4 star hotel, the furniture is old. The toilet is not in the bathroom but in a separate room without having a sink.

- Veles (4/5): Disappointing - Location close to the Gletscher in a small quiet willage. The room was spacious and had a sitting area and small fridge. The breakfast area was pleasant. The hotel is in need of an update and could use some more attention to cleanliness. The bed was not very comfortable - soft and squeeky. Hotel made a mistake with our payment through booking.com. Despite being shown the receipt, the transaction id and even credit card statement they didn't bother double-checking. Apparently they never make such mistakes and they can be contacted by email if we, by any chance, can prove we were double charged by providing bank statement or similar later [sic]. We paid just to avoid ruining our day and were prepared to open a dispute with the booking.com. Couple minutes later one of the staffers intercepted us outside, recognised the mistake and returned money in cash with a half-hearted apologise. The unprofessional attitude was very dissapointing. Overall, it is not the best value for stays in the area..
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Rather smaller family hotel with all you need for a perfect skiing holiday with your family. The food was great, waitresses were smiling :) Pool was a nice relaxation for kids, and so was sauna for us ! We are looking forward to coming back

The room is very comfortable, great size and it has a beautiful view to the nearby mountains. Special thank you to the chef, as their food are amazing. We will definitely be back.
