- OI LING DIAN (2/5): 適合喜歡面壁思過的住客 - 整潔程度：完全不似是2023年翻新過，十分舊，房間有大蟑螂，床單被單濕濕的，好像好耐沒有住客住過。 酒店設施：只有梳妝枱前幾個插掣可以叉電，靠床的地方完全不能叉電，义電的速度又慢。 房間景觀：我們訂的是雙床豪華客房，服務員說雙床豪華客房是6-10樓，好明顯是欺負我們香港人，給我們兩間房都是6樓最差的景觀，面向一幅糞牆，衛生程度極度惡劣！有圖有真相！ 職員服務態度：前台扎馬尾的女服務員悪過老虎，說話又快又細聲，聽不清楚她說什麼，她便很凶狠的再說一遍，整個lobby都聽到！ 整體非常差的一間溫泉酒店！

- Andy (10/5): Still the most reasonable place to stay for 3 - We stayed here before and returned when we are back at Beitou. I would say this is probably the most reasonable place for 3 people with a room with inside hotspring. Hotel is clean, breakfast is good and staff are friendly. Recommended!

- Kevin T (8/5): - The property is literally the closest hot spring resort from the mrt station. It is an easy 3 minute walk. The standard room has a large tub for hotspring bath. The tub is in relatively new and good condition. The bathroom is nice with upgraded amenities and bidet. The room itself is very basic so the emphasis is definitely on the bathing side. The breakfast offers good varieties of food. It is good enough to be described as brunch buffet. Will likely stay here again.

- Richard (8/5): - The room had not been maintained well: * The toilet handle almost fell off. * The light controls did not work right. * The blackout curtains didn't fully close. * The shower head bracket was loose, making it difficult to use the shower without always holding on to the head with one hand. * The air conditioner thermostat seemed to have a mind of its own. When we complained, most of the problems were adequately fixed (patched). On the positive side, the staff was helpful. * The nicest gesture was, seeing that we would be checking out before the time for the included breakfast, the manager provided us with boxed breakfasts that were waiting for us when we checked out at 5 am. * The in-room hot spring tub was great. * The view from our room overlooking the Hot Spring Park was terrific.

- Lai Hsia (6/5): Good location but run down - Good location. Walkable from Xinbeitou Station and is located just before the street starts to slope upwards. Public bath is big and can be very crowded during the day especially with those who purchased day passes. Hotel is very run down but the staff at the public bath and breakfast are very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

In the no-clothes onsen, there were 5 pools (of which 2 were volcanic water of up to 40C and up to 43C respectively) plus sauna. The verbena shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion smelt gorgeous. We liked the novelty of a Japanese style room with tatamis and Japanese toilet too.

Breakfast was normal and there was not much variety of food. Location is near to MRT Xinbeitou. Just need to cross 2 traffic lights after coming out of the station. Carrefour is conveniently located nearby. Hotel provided snacks and Pocari Sweat.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 温泉最高！ - 駅から徒歩2-3分で便利です。何よりも温泉が快適でした。部屋についている温泉は期待していなかったのですが、それだけでも十分なレベル温泉で大満足です。朝食もバラエティが多く美味しかったです。古いホテルをリノベーションしているので仕方ないですが、廊下が少しカビ臭かったです。

- Verified traveler (10/5): 客室に温泉付きの快適な温泉ホテル - デラックス室に泊まりました。 宿泊者・日帰り客とも入浴できる大浴場も広くて快適ですが、客室に大きな湯船の部屋風呂があり温泉が引かれていて、とても快適に過ごせました。 駅から上り坂を上がらなければならない温泉ホテルも多い新北投エリアで駅からすぐ近くのほぼフラットなアクセス、近くにあまり大きくはないですがスーパーがあるのも便利です。

- NATSUKO (10/5): - 日本語対応のスタッフと英語対応のスタッフがいて滞在中助かりました。朝食はビュッフェスタイルで地元の食べ物は美味しく満足しました。居室の浴室で温泉に入れるのはとてもよかったです。朝散歩に北投市場へ行けるちょうどいい場所です。都会からちょっと離れた綺麗な温泉街なので次回もここに宿泊しようと思えました。 私が利用した時は大浴場の高温白硫泉の浴室の淵に地元の人？が寝たり、足だけ浸かり浴槽淵にいました。国によってちょっと違うローカルルールがありようです。

- HIROSHI (10/5): - 新北投駅から近くアクセスは便利。部屋風呂が広く、お湯の質も良く最高！北投公園の散策も良かった。温泉博物館が想像以上に楽しめた。（しかも無料）ホテルスタッフも対応が丁寧で親切であった。大浴場も気持ち良かったが、メインの浴槽は日本人にとっては温度が低め。また来たいと思うホテルです。
- Lilian (6/5): Disappointed - I booked this hotel so that we can do our hot bath within the room. Unfortunately the soaking area looks dirty with long term stains and all the taps old and rusty. When we turned on the tap for the spring water, the whole bathroom smelled like rotten egg. The view of the room is just as bad. Our room faces the back of some old residential block and sewage pipes and we can see some of the residents cooking. The room itself, no power points at the bedside and some parts of the ceiling with dirty patches from water leakage. The only good thing that we get to enjoy are the comfortable beds. Basically we didnt get to relax the way we wanted to for the spa experience.

- HUI-HSIANG (6/5): - 第二次住宿，CP值高，早餐還不錯，離捷運站很近，但是早上蓮蓬頭盡然只有涼的水。
- SOO MIN (10/5): - 베이터우 역에서도 가깝고, 주변에 먹거리도 많고, 바로 앞에 온천공원이 있어서, 산책하기도 좋습니다. 호텔도 깨끗하고 관리가 잘되어있습니다.

- Lily (6/5): Good sulphur hot spring - I requested no smelling room but it was horrible with after smoking and stinky. I am a gold member but no early check in at 2pm and has to waited untile normal time of 3pm We were very tired from the 12 hours flight from Canada to Taipei. We were all exhausted n no simple. Have to think it over for next time n may be no repeat. Sorry.

- Yueh-Chi (10/5): - Breakfast includes good selections of local fares which my wife and I like. All staffs in the front desk and restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Many attractions, restaurants and metro stations are all within walking distances. We especially enjoyed both private hot spring bathtub and large public hot spring pools.

- Sharon (10/5): Comfortable stay - An old hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are really spacious & comfortable. We enjoyed the huge onsen in our rooms. Breakfast was good & tasty with kind service staff. Plenty of eateries & shops in surrounding area. U can just walk over to the beautiful Beitou library. The only downside is the terribly small lifts. Other than that, we’re very happy staying here.
- Nancy (10/5): - The staff was friendly and helpful. The area around the park was busy with lots of shops to find food . Walking distance to Beitou Market. The breakfast at the hotel was very good. The bathtubs were easy to climb into and the water temperature can be adjusted better for a long soak.

- Thuy (6/5): - The receptionist was yelling at my uncle when he tried to explained that the room he got was not the same as his reservation. He ended up getting two room instead of one without extra fee because of the receptionist's mistake. Good for us but not sure if it affects their hotel or not. Just to summarize, it will probably a long time before we will come back to this place.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good - The stay was pleasant. However, the public onsen could only be used once per stay. We went in the morning, and it was quite empty. There were some minor miscommunications with the concierge, but was settled amicably. Breakfast was basic but good.

- Sharon (8/5): Convenient location - Our second time staying in this hotel. Nothing much changed since the pandemic. Rooms are a tad old but still clean and comfortable. Nice private onsen in room. Location is great. Short walk to eateries.
- yuk (8/5): Very good - Beitou is a nice place to visit. Hotel has private bathroom so you don't have to go to the public one, breakfast ok can be improved. Walking distance to everywhere.
- Daniel (8/5): Nice place to stay when visiting Beitou - Overall the rooms are in good shape and the private bath area is spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast included with our stay was tasty and offered a good variety of choices. If you are going with small children, they are not allowed to use the public bath of the opposite gender. Since I was staying with my two kids (5 and 7), my 5-year-old daughter was not allowed to use the public bath with me so we could not make use of the facilities.
- Martin (8/5): Nice and affordable 5 star hotel. - It’s an affordable 5 star hotel with history. The public Hot Spring is a free plus for different enjoyment. The service and food are always good. But if you are looking for everything new and upgraded, this hotel may not meet your needs.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - In my room, it have bathtub for onsen, water came from Beitou Hot Spring. It convenient for onsen, it called private onsen. It's the most moment that I love at this hotel.
- Cam (10/5): - We had the room with a private hot spring it was luxurious and amazing! The room is quite comfortable but it is very cold (guess it’s because people often feel heated from the hot springs). You also constantly hear the water through the pipes. 😂 We only stayed one night so it wasn’t too annoying. It also very close to the train station. If we visit Beitau again, we would definitely stay here again!

- Tees (6/5): - Nice location and very convenient. The property looked nice on the outside. Our room (two twins with onsen) looked tired and worn out. The onsen was rusty. The public spa was nice and quiet, but once again the facilities were well worn and fatigued appearing.
