• Joseph (7/5): It was satisfactory - The location was great, they did try to fix the issue we had, we have stayed with Melbourne apartments many times and do seek them out as the location and service are good Says it is air conditioned but neglects to mention only in the loungeroom and it doesn't reach the bedrooms, this place would be a nightmare in summer up so high and inadequate air conditioning. I have a medical condition and require air conditioning as I can't regulate my own body temperature. They brought me two fans, both were noisy but we tried our best to deal with the quieter of the 2. I think the advertisement is somewhat misleading but they did try to help a little with the fans I should have double checked so I take responsibility as well

• Mark (7/5): - Convenient cafe nearby. Public transport was very convenient. Room had a bit of a funny smell. Trouble using coffee machine. Balcony door didn’t seem to lock.

• Rajendra Kumar (9/5): - Melbourne Private Apartments in Docklands was an absolutely wonderful place to stay and ideal for a family trip. The apartment was located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Having the tram stop right at the doorstep was a huge bonus—it made traveling to and from the city incredibly easy and convenient. We really loved our stay and would happily recommend it to other families! We did request an early check-in, but it wasn’t available. The balcony door was also quite hard to open, although there was another door, so it didn’t affect our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to other families

• Alun (10/5): We had a wonderful staycation with amazing views, great restaurants and loads to do in Melbourne. - Easy to get too, very central for transport links and trams. The views are spectacular and very clean and functional. Nothing at all, it’s an excellent apartment.

The apartment had all the facilities required for your stay to be comfortable, including a washing machine and dryer. There are a couple of loose tiles on the balcony to be aware of, so take care. Lots of building work taking place very close by and workers work right through the night so can be noisy.

• Jin99 (10/5): Modern apartment with beautiful harbour view - The apartment is on 915 Collins street, which is a quite new facility. We picked up the key from the office (lock box) due to late arrival. Pretty easy to drive to the location and find the car park. The harbour view from the room is fantastic. Free tram, WWs and multiple restaurants are just around the corner. We didn't use the gym and swimming pool but I can see they are all well maintained. We made a few meals and the kitchen got everything we needed. Two bathrooms were a bonus for our family stay. Bond was refunded around a week after checkout, as agreed at the beginning. There was one night, a weekend, when loud music sound could be heard, even after 9pm, from one ship down the harbour. There was some construction work happening at the next building during our stay, so from around 8am during work day you would start to hear some noise. Not a huge issue, but could be something unpleasant in case you have a light sleep.

• Dalton (7/5): No wifi connection - A modern apartment in a great location next to the busy docklands and free tram stop. We had no wifi in the apartment during our stay. Communicating with staff through the Booking app or WhatsApp was pointless as it was either automated or unanswered. I visited the office twice to speak to staff who said they would get it fixed and still no wifi when we left. I wouldn't have booked the accommodation had I known this in advance. Was very disappointed with the lack of service and lack of wifi. Also extra bedding would have helped on cooler night and toiletries and cooking items were sparse in comparison to other places we have stayed through Booking app. Just a bit more attention to these things would justify the premium price that I paid for the not so premium stay.

The location is very convenient, with easy access to many eateries and Woolworths. The harbour views are absolutely stunning. All members of the family enjoyed staying there. I loved everything about it. Maybe provide shower gel and shampoo.

Loved the parking on site. Loved the actual apartment, the layout etc was perfect. Photos are from balcony of the apartmemt Didnt like having to go to a totally different street to collect keys. Found communication with the apartments/booking.com extremely difficult. Didn’t like the people in the apartment below out yelling and screaming on the deck at 5.20am some mornings, and after midnight on others.

• Alison (7/5): Great location and had the basics. Could have been elevated by a few small changes. - The location was great. Close to the tram stop. Beds were comfortable. There was hardly any plates and cutlery meaning we either had to run the dishwasher or was up between meals. There is only air con in the living room and main bedroom so the other bedrooms were incredibly hot. The air con is also very noisy. No champagne glasses or platters which made sharing Christmas dinner tricky.

• Beau (5/5): Got what your paid for - Location was good. The main room was very dusty. There was no aircon or fan in the second bedroom. There was no shelf in the main shower to put your things. There was a lamp in the second bedroom but no power. So i couldn't use the light or charge my phone at night. The facility outside the room was lovely except for the smell in the hall way. Strong smell of urine. Or on the balcony there was a couple of broken tiles and the door didn't lock too the balcony.

For the price you pay you want things to work but small things like remote control was broken, dish wash machine detergent compartment was broken so you couldn’t contain the powder, the ensuite bathroom lights would not come on sometimes and simple thing like the toilet roll holder was broken so the toilet roll would fall off when you use it.
