- Tomas (8/5): Very good - Spacy and well equiped Little bit fatigé
- Tessa (8/5): great location, plenty of bed spaces/rooms, clean and tidy - The Fendalton Shopping Village is only a 2 min walk to buy grocery essentials and takeaways; which was fabulous and convenient because we did not have a car rental. Along with the use of Uber taxis it was no stress to get around chch or buy conveniences as we needed them. We appreciated that our family who had flown from various parts of NZ were able to stay at the same accomodation with us with their own bedrooms. while the ducks were a novelty from the stream running alongside property, the duck poo on the decking was not; my husband bought a hose and attachments from bunnings and would hose the deck down a couple of times each day as he didn’t want people walking though it/inside. a minor oversight by the cleaners; liquid hand soaps at both bathroom hand-basins were empty; no biggie we bought some from the shopping centre. The outdoor umbrella was broken which was a shame as it would have been useful on deck/bbq; the weather was so nice but too hot to sit outside for long. Everything else about the property and our stay was lovely thankyou.

Peaceful.
Spacious.
Good layout.
Lovely having the stream in the garden and the ducks visiting WiFi was not great.
Couldn't stream our Netflix.
Difficult to figure out how to work the stove top.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Spacious, a lot of space, indoor & outdoor to relax.
- Nicola (8/5): Fantastic house..... But - The house itself was fantastic, it just needs some tlc. Stained, worn bedding, broken seat on the sofa, broken chair at the table, door handle kept coming off and the washer was so dirty it left black marks in our clothes. A couple of light bulbs were broke too. Which dampened down our enthusiasm but not totally as the location next to a stream with some resident ducks totally made our granddaughters holiday.
- Darren (10/5): - Very clean, tidy and comfortable unit. Very good location. A short walk from the town centre and 10 minute drive to Queenstown. Would definately consider staying here again in the future.
- Andrew (8/5): - We really enjoyed our stay overall.Great location, nice house that had everything we needed. The only negative was the road noise. It is a fairly busy road
