I'm sure that you were aware of these "limitations" but they were not appreciated by us. Other than this , everything else was good! thank you for your hospiltality

- Susan D (10/5): Delightful and comfortable respite - What a delightful small hotel in a lovely neighborhood of stately homes, next to a gorgeous park. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, helpful in making reservations and giving advice. It is about a 40 minute walk to the center of Strasbourg, there is a bus stop immediately in front of the hotel and we arranged cabs for about $10-$15 U.S. depending on traffic. We parked our rental car on the street safely, but did not use it at all due to the Christmas Markets. Very quiet, comfy beds, great breakfast for 22 euro. Wine and light meals available at night.
- Michael (2/5): - Hotel was ok, but they took a second payment on check-out even though I pre-paid online. They have not refunded this payment despite me contacting Expedia help. Also I received an additional charge from my bank due to this payment, which I had hoped to avoid by paying ahead. More hassle than its worth staying here.

- Raphael (8/5): - Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Auch die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr schön. Einziges Problem war, dass wir wegen den Holzböden im Haus, extrem viel Lärm im Zimmer hatten. Als würden Leute bei uns im Zimmer hin und her laufen. Da muss unbedingt etwas gemacht werden. Solcher Lärm ist für ein solches Hotel eigentlich inakzeptabel.
- Ruth (8/5): - Das Hotel als solches ist durchaus empfehlenswert, da wunderschön und ruhig gelegen mit einer Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Haus. Zimmer entsprach einem 4-Sterne Hotel, allerdings sind die Zimmer im 2. Stock nur über eine schmale, steile Treppe zu erreichen; es gibt keinen Aufzug. Die Fenster des Zimmers im 2. Stock sind entsprechend sehr klein. Das Frühstücksangebot ist durchschnittlich. Es gibt z.B. eine große Auswahl an Cerealien, aber keine Milch. Am ersten Morgen war für uns nicht gedeckt; Eierspeisen kann man nur auf Nachfrage bestellen; zusätzliche Teller ebenfalls. Auch der Orangensaft auf dem Buffet wird nur auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt. Schade, dass es hier beim Service noch so viel Raum für Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten gibt.

Das Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr modern und sauber eingerichtet. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Situación perfecta para ir al Consulado/Embajada - Hotel pequeño en una casa muy bonita en el barrio de las embajadas, alejado del centro al lado del parque de l'Orangerie. No tiene ascensor y nuestra habitación era pequeña en la buhardilla, subimos 3 pisos por escalera estrechísima. (Mi marido mide casi 2 metros) Cama bien, pero de un lado bajo el techo. Espejo inclinado en el techo del baño que daba vértigo.No hay mini bar pero si cafetera y hervidor con servicios. Mi nota general es buena por el servicio, desayuno de calidad y el sitio agradable, pero el equilibrio calidad/precio es malo. Demasiado caro.

- Laurent (8/5): Joli boutique hôtel dans un cadre agréable - Très joli hôtel situé dans un joli quartier calme de Strasbourg. Le personnel est très attentionné, l'accueil est parfait. Petit bémol : la chambre était située à l'entrée de l'hôtel, donc un peu bruyante le matin et surtout le lit était un 140, c'est dur quand on a plus l'habitude.

Le quartier est silencieux. Il y a un bus, dont l'arrêt se situe à quelques mètres de l’hôtel et qui permet de se rendre dans l'hyper centre de Strasbourg en moins de 10 minutes. Bravo et ne changez rien.
- CHRISTOPHE (4/5): Vérifiez si la chambre est celle pour handicapé - Découvrir en arrivant que la chambre supérieure demandée est en réalité LA chambre adaptée aux handicapés, située au rdc,coincée entrée l'entrée et la salle de restaurant. Et donc, forcément séjour très contrarié par un réveil à 6h30 avec la mise en place du petit dej. Dommage, la literie était de qualité et la salle de restaurant semblait agréable. Voilà, comment gâcher une impression en ne signalant pas au client que la chambre réservée était 1. une chambre pour accès handicapé 2. Coincée entre l'entrée et la salle de restaurant. Se méfier de la chambre 2. Signé, un client mécontent de l'hotel qui n'a pas indiqué à Hotels.com la nature exacte de la chambre à louer
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This is a gorgeous boutique hotel in a quiet location with equally beautiful equipped rooms and friendly staff. The room was spacious enough for two so we didn't feel like we were stepping on each other. It is located by Parc Orangerie, which is beautiful, and about 3 kilometers from the old town/la petite France, etc. (we walked a couple of times but also took relatively cheap taxis to the area when are feet had had enough). Sarah was outstanding and helped us with everything to include dinner recommendations, calling in taxis, setting up laundry service, etc. The breakfast was decent but the boulangerie across was way too inviting! I would highly recommend staying here!

Uber to town costs less than 9 Euros. Full breakfast available for 19 Euros. Patisserie on next block for inexpensive French coffee and couisant. A gem!

A thoughtful and stylish renovation of one of the many large, original town houses in the area, quiet, well-appointed. Easy to get into the center by tram or bus or walking, but we appreciated the tranquility of the area and daily strolling in the park. The service really sets it apart -- warm, helpful with transportation, excellent restaurant recommendations & reservations, attentive 24 hours -- we're already trying to get back soonest.
