• Dmytro.Moiseienko (10/5): - Отличное месторасположение. Удобно организовано заселение, заранее проходишь регистрацию, получаешь инструкции на почту. Нет необходимости носить за собой ключи, дверь в дом открывается кнопкой с интернет странички, бокс для ключей возле квартиры открывается так же. В квартире чисто, есть вся необходимая техника. Администрация быстро отвечает на вопросы. Были капсулы для кофемашины, но не было сахара. Можно было бы добавить на кухню сахар, соль, специи.

• Milena (7/5): - Najvise nam se svidjela lokacija. Blizu Milano Centrale stanice i dobra konekcija za sve dijelove grada i izvan grada. Nije nam se svidjelo sto osoblje nije azurno. Iako smo imali kasni check-in ipak bi trebao biti makar neki broj koji je dostupan za potencijalne probleme kao mi sto smo imali u sred noci, bukvalno smo sat vremena sjedjeli na stepenicama ispred smjestaja i na kraju smo se sami snasli jer se niko ne javlja na brojeve smjestaja. Javili su nam se tek posle jednog dana. Takodje morate imati internet konekciju da biste pristupili smjestaju i otvorili vrata. Takodje, u smjestaju, u dnevnoj sobi je mnogo lose svijetlo.

The apartment could use a more thorough cleaning. - The location is really good if you want to stay near the Central Station. The cleanliness - the apartment was dirty! We had to buy cleaning stuff to clean the toilet to be able to use it, otherwise it was just disgusting. The walls of the shower were all covered in yellow mold (see the photo attached), the cutlery, the plates and the glasses in the kitchen were not clean and we had to wash them again for our use. When paying 70 euros as a cleaning fee, we expected at least clean toilet and shower...

• Marc (10/5): Perfecta estancia 😁 - Lo que más me gusto del alojamiento era la ubicación que estaba muy cerca de la estacion de tren. Otra cosa que me gustó mucho del alojamiento es que el personal de atención al cliente te responde enseguida si tienes alguna duda sobre el alojamieno. Para mi lo unico que me ha fallado un poco es que al comedor le hace falta un poquito más de luz pero por lo demás todo perfecto .
• Désiré (9/5): Très satisfait de cette location - Emplacement parfait, à trois minutes de la gare principale et de la ligne 2 du métro. Petit souci avec la récupération de la clef, mais très vite réglé par téléphone puis par une personne présente. Pommeau de douche à changer
• Bushra (8/5): Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location - Everything was good, it’s just 2 minutes away from Milano Centrale and it was close to almost everything, the apartment was comfortable and cozy. It would have been nice if there were some basics provided, like laundry detergent, drinking water, sugar, salt, and cooking oil. In previous apartments I booked, these essentials were usually available.

• Aruzhan (9/5): Superb - The location was very convenient. We stayed because it was close to the Central Station, and the laundry machine available in the apartment. The neighborhood was good. Some areas around the building felt a little unsafe, but not too bad. The main entrance door to the street was never really locked, which could be an improvement. Also, if some extra toiletries or singular laundry pods could be provided, that would be very useful.
• Kwanza (7/5): Clean and spacious - Spacious pace with quiet surroundings. Too many keys to enter amd exit the accommodation.
• nico (4/5): not as advertised - The kitchen could use some upgrades. There was hardly any cookware or utensils which makes cooking a real challenge. Also, the bathroom wasn't as clean – the shower needed a better scrub, and the outside of the toilet was a bit grimy. Finally, there weren't any instructions for the cooktop or the AC, which was a little frustrating.

Como sugestão: 1- não coloquem o endereço do apartamento no chaveiro pois se a pessoa perder ou for assaltada (Algo comum atualmente em Milão ) quem roubar terá acesso ao endereço do apartamento ; sugiro mais detergente para lavar louça e papel higiênico nas unidades, além de sabonete .

• Pimkanch (10/5): Exceptional - Great location very closed to Milano centrale just a few minutes walk. Room is fully equipped & comfortable. Good staff & quick respond. Staff allowed to check in early & leave luggage. Room is a bit noisy from neighborhood someday. Door Key Locked is quite complicated. We planned to pick up the key from Italianway Office at Milano centrale. Anyway, the day we arrived, office was moved to another 2 blocked away from the station.

• Elena (9/5): Great facilities, good location, but construction noise. - I liked that it was possible to directly communicate with people in charge. Everything related to the facilities was great . I didn’t like that there were too many emails, one can get lost in too much information. At one point the wifi was off and I had to deal with it on my own. Also, lately there is a construction site next to the building, so loud noise can disturb you early in the morning.

• Andrew (10/5): Lovely apartment with ample space in an incredibly accessible location - Location was incredible, literally across the car park from the Milano Centrale station. Easy walk to a lot of different restaurants and cafes. We walked to the Duomo and shopping areas in about half an hour, spent the day walking around there then walked home. Did about 20km for the day pushing a pram with our 18 month old. Communication and flexibility was excellent, my wifes flight arrived late so we didn't get to the key pick up location until after hours. Contacted them when we realised we would be late and they replied immediately and said they'd leave keys in a lockbox for us and sent an email with explanation on how to retrieve keys. Communication leading up to our stay was also fantastic with regular updates and suggestions. Room was great size, facilities excellent, lovely shower. Considering the location it was not noisy in our room at all. Nothing, was very happy with all aspects

• Jesus (10/5): Great location, clean and super breakfast. - We came and left by train so having the hotel across the street from the train station was grear. Also the city bus stop was by the hotel front doot. Going to Venice by bus wws very good. The room with twin beds was small.

• Syazrin (7/5): Great location - Only 3 mins walk to the Milano Centrale. Check in instruction was clear and easy to find. They allowed us to keep our luggage in the apartment while they clean the room coz we arrived before check in time. Room was not ready even after 3pm. It was very tiring coz we touch down at 6.10am.. waited for so long only to find out that they still cleaning the room. Trash management a bit complicated but we managed to figure it out. The entrance smells like urine with so many homeless people around. Not so safe.
• Oscar (4/5): good location , air conditioner needs more free use. - the apartment is nice and spacious and it provides essentials, and most important is the location the air conditioner was locked to a temperature making it hard to sleep since it took too long to make the room cool.

• Antoni (9/5): Would recommend as a comfortable, easily accessible property, convenient to public transportation. - Great location. Easy key pick-up in the office at the railway station. It was nice to turn on the air conditioning after a hot day of sightseeing. Not enough light in the living room. It would have been nice if some basic condiments (e.g. salt) were provided.
• Dadash (8/5): good - good location. all necessary equipment. good internet connection one of the conditions of the stay was to be silent and it was very hard to do so as we could hear neighbor very well. there was sone dust under the bed. no hangers for toilet paper and towels.
• RODRI (8/5): - Modern well equipped apartment in a block very centrally located with plenty to do and see close by. Very convenient for the Central Station - loads of shops restaurants close by. Quiet neighbourhood - by Milan standards - Only downside was lack of clean towels when staying 5 days and the rather unpleasant smell that greeted you some mornings from the drains behind the corridor. BUT overall a good experience, staff at the check-in (10 min walk) are very efficient and friendly.
• sami (2/5): Spese ingiustificate al limite della truffa. - Finita l'acqua per i servizi igienici,ma il problema più grande e fastidioso è stato l'addebito ingiustificato di 40 euro per spese di "pulizia" che erano già stati pagati con la prenotazione.
• CHENG CHING (8/5): 地點好、乾淨，但要加收清潔費 - 類似民宿，但是是有規模且有系統的運作。Check in方式比較特别，櫃台設在火車站1樓層，住房非常靠近火車站，大概只要3-5分鐘，房間也很乾淨舒服，離開把鑰匙放入信箱即可，非常適合一早要趕火車或機場的人，但是，訂房時我完全没注意到有要加收35歐元的清潔費（是每次住房，而不是每天），所以錯估整體價格。建議若是只住一晚就不要訂這兒，若是連住幾晚再訂這才會划算。

• Chi Hua (10/5): - 位置非常好，3分鐘就可到達中央車站，也很安全，可惜的是浴室的排水不太好，很慢。網路在房間收不好。其他都是非常令人滿意的。
• Verified traveler (8/5): wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof, ruhige Lage - wir besuchten ein Konzert und genossen den Aufenthalt in Mailand besonders da unsere Unterkunft so zentral und ruhig gelegen war.
• Harry (2/5): Avoid this place. Rip off fees after pmt. - The place was tacky, The furniture was cheap. The people were nasty and they tacked on fees after the fact. We felt afraid of the guy they sent to let us in the place. I would not recommend this under any circumstances. The location is decent but that is about it. You can do much better.
