They're the nicest people we met in NZ. - They shared lots of information about the area. - I got sick while traveling, and the hosts gave me some medicine + did everything they could to make me comfortable. • Denise (10/5): Amazing in every way! - Where do I start! The room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable with every little extra you could think of including fluffy bath robes and lots of extra plugs and USB charging ports (who doesn't need heaps of plug points when travelling). Lovely view of the town and lake. You could even enjoy a coffee on the deck. Breakfast was amazing with every need catered for, and the barista coffee was a super surprise. Annie was amazing giving her time to chat and give information about where to visit. She is also a local tour guide so gave great tips on where to go. All round this was one of the best B&Bs I've ever stayed in Would have liked to stay longer!

Their exceptional hospitality and kindness matched what a lovely well set out and clean apartment they offer downstairs,set in a quiet part of town with lovely views. We look forward to staying at Rotorua Views next time we visit Rotorua. Nothing. It exceeded our expectations.
• Sally-ann (8/5): Very comfortable and easy stay in a good location. - I completely got my arrival time wrong, arriving very very late. Dale and Annie were extremely patient and accommodating given they had to stay up late to let me in. Greatly appreciated their forbearance. Beds were comfortable, entire apartment was spotless and the space was well laid out and comfortable. The TV included Netflix. Small thoughtful amenities like milk for tea and coffee, and a small amount of washing powder were included. Very minor things - no bread knife, which may have been a simple oversight and kitchen was generally well stocked. They weren’t around to check with. Other than that very minuscule issue, I couldn’t complain.

Superb cafe quality breakfast provided. Great range of tourist information available. Hosts were personable and engaging with us as guests. Location is easy to get to, quiet with views over city. Would recommend guests to have transport so can get to central city for dinner etc.

• Valerie (10/5): Exceptional home away from home! - Exceptional and friendly hosts that ensured we were super comfortable for our stay. I was provided ground coffee for the french press! Extremely clean and comfy (warm) rooms and bathroom. Location is not in the city centre (defo need a car) but that was not an issue for us. The house was on a very peaceful street with lovely views over the city. Very near Te Puia which was where we wanted to visit and a short drive to the skyline/town for restaurants. Nothing!

The lift from the garage was a treat, saved hauling our luggage up the stairs. Yummy brekkie, and we both enjoyed our choices of delicious homemade omelet and eggs benedict.
