La habitación era cómoda y limpia. La atención recibida fue en todo momento muy buena y fluida. El único punto negativo es la accesibilidad, es obligatorio subir varios tramos de escaleras para acceder y si es alguien con problemas de movilidad no podrá acceder.

Il personale molto cortese e disponibile. La nostra stanza era umida, alla sera le lenzuola risultavano leggermente umide; gli asciugamani rimanevano bagnati tutto il giorno, anche se appesi ad asciugare. Inoltre essendo in pieno centro, la sera/notte si sentivano forti schiamazzi e rumori.

• Laura (8/5): It was a brief visit to Florence and the hotel was in the perfect spot - The location is perfect and the receptionist was lovely - my flight was late and she waited after hours to ensure I got there ok - I struggled to find the address so was very grateful she was there It would have been nice to have been given water each day but not a major issue. The ac in my room didn’t work and but I forgot to tell the staff!

• Ursula (9/5): - Schönes Zimmer, genau wie auf den Fotos. Der Blick in den Innenhof war zwar nicht schön, dafür war es ruhig. Tolle, zentrale Lage. Von dort aus sind alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Reinigungsdame war sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt! Blick in den Innenhof war nicht schön, aber ok für uns, weil wir nur zum Schlafen da waren.

L’absence de la réceptionniste ! Jamais vue! Entrée dirigée par messages. Les à côtés payants: 20 euros pour arrivée 1//2h en retard alors qu’elle n’était pas la plus frais de réservation ( non indiqués) plus taxe de séjour: 55 euros en tout… mais ça c’est Florence!

• Andrew (10/5): Fabulous location and a very comfortable stay. - Fantastic central location, with easy access to the main attractions of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, which was especially important in that the hotel was not easy to find without that communication. Breakfast was with a voucher at a local restaurant and the food there was excellent and ample. I would happily return. I can't think of anything the hotel could have done to improve the quality of my stay.

The team working there is nice and helpful. It is not on the first floor, there are around 20 steps up. If you have walking issues it is hard. I didn’t like the bathroom the sink was broken and uncomfortable to shower.

• Haruka (8/5): - とても清潔、綺麗で毎日クリーニングに入ってくれます。 受付の方もとても親切で、地図をくれたり、地元の人たちが行くような徒歩圏内のお店をお薦めしてくれたり、とても助かりました。私は日本の電話番号が現地で使えなかったのですが、日本の番号で登録していたWhatsAppで直接やりとりができ、質問やチェックアウトもスムーズに行えました。 中心地にあり、リパブリック広場がよく見える部屋でしたが、夜1時ごろまでの広場の歌や演奏がかなり聴こえます。アクセスはいいですが、窓を閉めても結構聞こえるので部屋によっては耳栓は必要かもしれません。 またグランドフロア→1階までは階段になるので少し大変です。ただ受付の人が優しく手伝ってくれます。

También dispone la misma de una pequeña nevera. La localización del alojamiento; buscábamos un hotel pero se trataba de una residencia, no siendo este uso exclusivo en todo el edificio, estando compartido con otras actividades, por otro lado para nada molestas. Aunque existía ascensor, éste no estaba en funcionamiento, y aunque se trataba de una 1ª planta, la accesibilidad es complicada para personas con movilidad reducida.

I dettagli della stanza, gli arredi e gli accessori sono curati e armoniosi, letto comodissimo con un bel topper e un materasso favoloso. Host gentile e molto disponibile. Temevo che la camera fosse rumorosa per via dell’affaccio dalla piazza ma in realtà gli infissi sono eccezionali e consentono un’ottima insonorizzazione. Ho apprezzato il bollitore in camera con tè e tisane, nonché la macchina per il caffè espresso nell’area comune a disposizione degli ospiti. Ottima la colazione che si effettua presso il bar in piazza, sebbene disponibile solo dalle 8 in poi i feriali e dalle 9 in poi i festivi, motivo per cui non ho potuto effettuare l’ultima colazione perché avevo il treno alle 8:40. The bedroom was very nice and we were walking distance from everything. It’s very clean and nice. No one provided instructions for our arrival. We got there a bit earlier and since there is no reception we had to wait for 40 minutes for someone to come and help us with the check in. We found out after booking that if you arrive after 8pm you have to pay extra to be able to check in. Once we arrived, we were told that we only had one pair of towels even though we were two people. The following day, they forgot to make our bedroom.

Paying 100 euros per night in a hotel to go to the store and buy toilet paper...this is my first experience like this 4. In order for the room to be cleaned, I had to ask for it myself and beg the lady from the cleaning service to do it, they do it as a favor to me.The lady doesn't understand English at all 5. during 5 nights of staying at the hotel, the floors in the room were not washed even once 6. the receptionist does not always respond to WhatsApp 7. we had a room with windows without a view, the windows overlooked the inside of the house, we can say that in fact this is a room without windows
