Not clean place. - Staff tried to help and changed me 4 rooms but just to discover that two of them aircon didn’t work, other aircon was extremely noise, and the last one I just stay but all the rooms had very dirty pillows, they just change the outter cover, the floor has not been mopped not even once in 10 days because I had two booking in the same place, socks gets dark just in one min walking inside of the room. Everything is old and dirty. Tv barely have no channels… I got tired from complaining I just lived with it the rest of the time also booking doesn’t answer any message not even being suposed to be level 3 genius that has direct contact with customers support I didn’t like that the place wasn’t clean, there is no sound isolation in the room, the pillows were disgusting, the table is disgusting, there was cockroaches often, the water didn’t come out hot, the floor was too dirty that everything got dirty just touching the floor, I ve been 10 years ago in this hotel and was very different, they haven’t done any maintenance and haven’t renew any of the things there. It’s super over rated in this web. The air conditioner haven’t been cleaned in years. They had to change me from room to room just to discover that all the rooms are equally disgusting, but the price is not cheap. I had a problem when a customer came to complain to my bedroom cz “he could hear every fucking word I say” he came half naked to my room to complain after he suposed to complain at reception but nobody told me they could hear me, normal that I talk on the phone because I just arrived from a long trip and wanted to talk with my family, from the next day on I could hear the next rooms shouting, hitting and crying to the couple that this man came half naked to complain. Disgusting experience.

The hotel can be a bit noisy due to street traffic and occasional dog barking, but for the nightly rate, it’s very reasonable. - Hosne (6/5): Pleasant - It was a simple residential apartment at a lower cost. No noise around the area, close to the temples and Chao Praya River. There's a moderate 7/11 right across the street. The location is very far from all the major tourist points like Centerworld, Prattyunum market, Platinum Mall etc. It's in a very shabby neighborhood, the room was very basic, the hot water in the shower doesn't work, the staff aren't really overtly friendly. You will have to carry your own luggage and pay safety deposit fee of 500 Baht which they will return upon check out if no damages are done. The BTS station nearby is not a major station so you will likely need to change tracks very often if you choose to travel thru it. Overall, it's a simple, budget friendly accommodation.

However, the air-conditioner is very noisy while turning on. It was ok while I were staying there in Winter because I turned if off when I were sleeping. You couldn't do that in Summer. Even though they provide washing machine and drier, you don't want to use it. air conditioner was very noisy

Praktisch: Convenience Store direkt vor der Tür!

Tiny black ants crawling around quickly on the counters, even in my opened suitcase. I didn’t have any food lying around. Lots of dust on many surfaces. Their name should say Dirty instead of Klean.

Very clean rooms and overall hotel. Train station is just couple of mins walk from the hotel which was very handy to travel around the city. Microwave facility at the reception. Could not find the way to go up to terrace, not sure if that was accessible or not.

- Ross James (8/5): Comfortable clean small room. - Clean, friendly reception staff, but a small room. I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. It was overall a positive experience, I cannot fault the hotel itself. The only negative for me was being woken up by cockerels and dogs barking in the morning, the dogs, in particular, being frustratingly consistent. Some soundproofing may be in order to counter the surrounding noise pollution. Overall a positive stay.

- Sand (6/5): Do not stay on 8th floor - This is second time. Last time I stayed on 4th floor. Everthing was good but this time I stayed on 8th floor. It was noisy, water pump on 9th floor always work loudly , air con work loudly too. And sound from road such as motorbike, car annoy me. I can’t sleep at all. Anyway staff were good when I request to change room around 1am. They did immidiately. So everything in this hotel was good but do not stay on 8th floor.

The area appeared to have a lot to do though we didn’t do anything except sleep. The room itself was nice/clean and was a great place for our one night stay.
