• Annette (4/5): - Auf der Suche nach einem verlorenen Haargummi habe ich das Bettlaken vom Bett gezogen und entdeckt, wie schmutzig die Futons waren. Meine Futonmatratze war auch noch so durchgelegen, dass ich das Gefühl hatte direkt auf dem Boden zu schlafen. Die Ausstattung war extrem dürftig. Es gab als Essgeschirr nur zwei tiefe Schalen, keine flachen Teller wie abgebildet und keine Tassen. Die Waschmaschine war extrem laut, wir konnten sie am Abend nicht mehr nutzen. Die guten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Hier war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in keinster Weise angemessen! Ich hoffe, ich kann mit meiner Bewertung jemanden den Urlaub retten!!

• イツキ８８４ (9/5): 一軒家貸切タイプでゆったりと過ごせた。 - 一軒家の貸切タイプで、他の宿泊者もいないため、誰にも気を遣うことなく家族でゆったりと過ごせました。 部屋は、１階に6畳くらいの居間（テレビ、冷蔵庫有り）、洗面所、風呂、トイレ（風呂とトイレはセパレートタイプ）があり、２階に寝室が２部屋（いずれも6畳くらいでしょうか）ありました。 冷蔵庫は、冷蔵室と冷凍室が分かれているタイプです。 １階の居間、２階の２部屋の寝室のそれぞれに流しとクッキングヒーター（要は、全部で３セットの流しとクッキングヒーター）があり、当然洗面所もあるので、歯を磨いたり顔を洗ったりするのに渋滞が起きず、良かったです。 風呂場（湯船、シャワー有り）も、特別広いわけではありませんが、１人ずつ入るのであれば十分ゆったりと使えます。 バスタオル、フェイスタオル、歯ブラシ（歯磨き粉付き）も用意してあり、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ備付のものがありました。 ドライヤーもあります。 洗濯機もあり（乾燥機能は無し）、洗剤も２回分ほどのキューブタイプの洗剤が用意されていました。 流石に柔軟剤とかは無かったと思います。 洗面所には小さめのピンチハンガー１個と服用のハンガー２本がありました。 居間のクッキングヒーターの横にはフライパンや鍋も有り、クッキングヒーターの上の収納部分に最低限のガラスコップや皿などもあったと思います。 歩いて５分ほどの距離に午前0時まで営業しているスーパーもあり、コンビニもあります。 私たちは車で行きましたが、近くに複数のタイムパーキングもあり、車を置く場所も困りませんでした。 チェックインは、別の場所（最初案内されたのは京都駅近くの施設）でする必要があったのですが、今回の宿を予約後に来た案内のメッセージで、今回の宿から歩いて５分ほどの距離にある、同系列の施設でチェックインが可能だったので、そちらでチェックインの手続きをしました。 宿のキーはナンバーロックで、チェックインの時にロックの番号を教えてもらいました。 総合的に、値段を考えると大変お得な宿だと思います。 大きい不満はありませんが、敢えて挙げるとすると、 ①各部屋の流しはお湯が出ない この度は冬（しかも、ちょうど「最長寒波」が来ているタイミング）の旅行だったので、部屋の流しで歯磨きや洗顔をする際は水が冷たくて、躊躇しました。 ②風呂の湯が出なくなるトラブルがあった（すぐに解決） 子供が入浴中、お湯が出なくなったらしく、子供は風呂に張っていたお湯で何とか髪と体を洗い、出てきました。 ただ、その後続けて私が風呂に入った際には、普通にお湯が出たので、結局原因不明で、結果的に大きい影響はありませんでした。 ③トイレに手拭き用のタオルが用意されていない これについては予め見ていた他の人の口コミにもあった情報なので、覚悟はしていましたが、実際にトイレに手拭き用のタオルがありませんでした（タオルをかけるところはあります）。 なので、宿泊人数分用意されていたフェイスタオルを１つ、トイレの手拭き用に回しました。 ④目の前の道路の幅が狭い 車利用で宿まで行く場合、施設の目の前の道がかなり狭い（対向車両と対向するのも一苦労）ので、荷物の積み下ろしのために車を一時的に止めることもできない（一瞬で終わるなら不可能ではないけど）。 ⑤２階に上がる階段が急 ２階に上がる階段が割と角度が急で、大きめの荷物（キャリーバッグ）とかを寝室に持って上がるのが女性には大変だったようです。 ⑥トイレが１階にしかない これはわがままかもしれませんが、トイレが１階にしかないので、夜中にトイレに行くときなどは急な階段を上り下りするのが手間でした。 ⑦灯りが全体的に暗め 部屋の中の電灯が全体的に少し暗めで、それが少し気になりました。

• Claire (9/5): Agréable séjour. - Immersion dans une charmante maison, tatami au sol, futons confortables. Située dans un quartier calme. Toute petite cuisine. Il n’y avait pas assez de placard pour ranger les ustensiles de cuisine.

Aucun rangement quelle que soit la piece (pas de meuble pour ranger habits, pas de lampe de chevet, pas de meuble dans la sdb non plus et aucun rangement dans la cuisine). Bref, equipement minimaliste! On entend aussi le train au loin... Vraiment très déçue par ce logement alors qu'il reçoit beaucoup d'avis positifs, ce qui me laisse très perplexe !!!

• Ali (10/5): Beautiful, modern, clean and traditional Japanese house. - It was a brand new double storey house, clean, modern and traditional at the same time. Wonderful experience for tourists. The entrance to the property was unique with a front garden, and pebbles and square stones in the entrance way. Shoe removing way. Nice location and felt like it was a traditional Japanese house, back in time. Favourite part was loving room with traditional cushions sitting on the floor with coffee table. Sleeping area was on floor mattresses. The mattresses on the floor were very uncomfortable, hard and there was no lounge room or family sitting area except for one small table with cushions for seats that a family of 5 could not sit around.
• Chi (5/5): Passable - Affordable price. Because it’s cheap so very far from station. They turned on the AC before we came it was a plus point of the customer service. The window does not have curtains so it was still bright during the night, my dad had hard time trying to sleep. Far from station and around had very few restaurants to dine in. It would be more convenient to check in directly but we needed to visit the other center to able to do so. The other places also very far away from station, with lots of luggages we had struggled.
• Brook (9/5): Superb - The property was lovely. The house was clean on arrival and very spacious. Bathrooms were great and heaters were in nearly every room. Property has a washing machine but no dryer. A little annoying that the guest center (for check-in and check-out) was a 15min train ride away from where our accommodation actually was but happy they provided luggage delivery to the property.
• Zaeobi (7/5): Ok if you Read the (plentiful) Fine Print very carefully - Facilities were as described. Once we found the place, it was quite pleasant - a slightly smaller house than we expected, but everything was there and it felt cosy because of it (although to operate some things you may need to check Google Translate, like the stove etc). Not an insurmountable inconvenience though. Overall I'm not sure I would rebook with this provider unless I knew I could arrive with plenty of time in the day and a backup plan just in case (see below). Check-in is incredibly convoluted - which you do not find out until after you've booked the accommodation. We had to go somewhere else to check in our luggage, but it wasn't clear that they only deliver your suitcases from that location to your actual accommodation before 4pm (note this is *different* to the 9am-9pm *opening* times that they give). Some locations hold your luggage but others don't. Some can check you in but others can't. They have so many places that it's important you really read and digest exactly what's expected from you & when - a lot of their responses to questions will be canned and not always as helpful as they could be. Tips to avoid future headaches: I think navigating all this could be okay if you are a small and able-bodied group (i e. 2-3 people, despite what the listing says). Also make sure you arrive before dark - even taxi drivers will get confused by the addresses (apparently this is common in Kyoto), which is eventually solvable but it may require you to drag suitcases along cobblestones for a fair bit. Which is a little scary to do in the dark, but thankfully Japan seems safe enough.

• Kristine (10/5): A lovely traditional house. - We liked the easy check-in at the reception centre and transfer of luggage to the house. The house was in a great location near the bus-stop and a short walk to the 24hr supermarket and train station. We loved how traditional the house was and found it to be comfortable for our family of 4 adults. It had all of the facilities needed for our stay. We also loved the quiet neighbourhood.

• Kwan Pui (2/5): - Worse hostel I have ever lived in !!!! The garage was filled with clutter and very dark, even with lights on, like an old warehouse. There are many things inside the garage, such as multiple refrigerators and washing machines. Moreover, my car can no longer move in reverse, and the garage door cannot be closed, raising security concerns. The washing machine was located in the garage, which resembled a chaotic storage area with no lighting, making it unwelcoming and inconvenient to use. As mentioned, there are multiple washing machines in the garage. I don't even know which one can be used, not to mention the garage is so dark that I won't bother to find the washing machine. One of the rooms lacked air conditioning that the website did not mention it, which is particularly problematic during the current summer season. The staircase leading to a corridor upstairs has no lights. (It has the light switch but seems the light is broken), and the uneven floor surface posed a significant safety risk. In fact, one of the elderly individuals accompanying me nearly tripped over due to this hazardous condition. Luckily, he didn't fall. House owner is not willing to refund.
• Suheyla (10/5): Exceptional - The house is very traditional, clean and have everything that you may need. You can check in at main station, leave your luggages for transfer.. and you can enjoy the city.. which is a great service 🙏 They have sent booking messages to check in guidance, so it caused some inconvience , however helpdesk is provided a workaround.

• YAN WAH (10/5): 值得推薦 - 此間應是新民宿，內外都好新，2人住全棟（2層），廳於地下（有簡單小廚房），2間房位於1/F（亦有廚房）。行15分鐘可到車站，附近亦有公眾停車場。唯需到京都站附近辦登記手續（可約車送去住宿地方，16:00 - 19:00, 每小時一班車）
