• Kristine (4/5): - I Know this hotel since the opening. Basically since 2003. it is one of my favorite place in Armenia. The area the style, the concept is amazing especially they added new fasilities which is great. The breakfast was very reach and beautifully set. We had a long unpleasant conversation with the director from the moment we entered the hotel until the day after we have left. First of all we received unpleasant welcome from him and the young receptionist. As I understood he was already planning to have such an unpleasant talk concerning payment and rates so they were waiting for our arrival. There is a long story which will be raised with the GM but we regreted that we have chosen this hotel. my previous experiences with them was uncamparable so I insisted my friends to stay here but as I understand the management have changed and not in a professional way...

Nearby restaurant is only close option, but food was excellent. Morning swims in the lake and mountain bike ride to next village were highlights. Babken and team were very welcoming. Nothing really.

• Stijn (7/5): Best comfortabel, maar nog niet helemaal bij de tijd - Het hotel ligt op een heel rustige plek op het platteland. Lake Sevan is vlakbij, maar je kijkt er vooral naar. Erheen lopen zal al snel een half uurtje kosten. Je kunt een fiets huren. Heel veel is er uiteindelijk in het hotel niet te doen, maar het zwembad is erg aangenaam. De kamers zijn ruim, deels opgeknapt, maar nog steeds beetje verouderd. Het restaurant ligt los van het hotel op 10 minuten loopafstand. Het biedt een aardig buffet, maar het is echt niets bijzonders. In de omgeving is niet veel te doen; al is het landelijke karakter best aangenaam. Daarom had ik iets meer luxe verwacht van de kamer en het restaurant. Maar het is toch een beetje vergane glorie en heel rechttoe rechtaan wat het eten betreft. Daarentegen: in Armenië zul je buiten Yerevan waarschijnlijk ook niet veel beters vinden.

Beautiful place , with natural materials - wood, stone, metal. Room was very cute and called to rest and dream. My bed downstairs was squeaky but the mattress and bedding was very comfortable. The restaurant is great, the staff is super caring, professional and nice both at the hotel and the restaurant . Loved our stay and will come back :)

The building is beautiful, and we loved how they used stone and kept the original style—it gave the place so much charm and character. Our room was very clean and comfortable, which made us feel relaxed right away. But the best part was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, polite, and kind. They really made us feel at home and looked after us so well. We would definitely love to come back!

• Anastasiia (7/5): All in all, it was good - 1) The restaurant is great, with delicious food. 2) The staff is friendly and very pleasant to interact with. 3) The view and surroundings near Lake Sevan are beautiful. 1) (Specifically for me) This is more of a family-friendly place, so there’s not much to do for young people without kids. The only nearby activities are the sauna, restaurant, and billiards. 2) The floor in the shower is cold, and the room itself felt chilly. Also, there’s no shower gel provided, only soap and shampoo. 3) The rooms have poor sound insulation, so it was quite noisy due to the children in the neighboring room. 4) It would be great if the temperature in the pool could be slightly warmer.

• Christopher (9/5): Beautiful, unique, could use just more food - One of the best hotels I stayed at in 2 years travelling around Armenia. The staff were kind, helpful, and sincere. Everything worked and was clean, and I found the property and all the beautiful nature around it on the eastern shores of Sevan to be unique and very enjoyable. The only thing I didn’t like was the smaller portions of food given for dinner at the restaurant. The food was delicious and perfectly made, but I found myself hungry a lot of the time after eating despite paying a lot for my dinners. I had to buy snacks and beer at the nearby town stores for my wife and I stay full after eating.

But the location was excellent of the restaurant. it is not on lake and around a km walk to the lake and not what it looks from the pictures. Also the pool was not very clean with flies/insects in it and not heated so water was pretty cold.
• Marina (10/5): Serene, relaxing and memorable stay at this resort brought memories of my grandparents home. - The location was serene and away from the main road. My family and I enjoyed the welcoming and helpful staff members, they treated us like family. The meals reminded me of my grandmas cooking and I took every bit of the fresh Sevan air in while enjoying our meals. The only thing I did not like was the trash on the shore of Sevan Lake which has nothing to do with the property. The property was spotless and authentic to the Armenian Heritage and I would come back again.

• Basem (9/5): Immerse yourself in the nature - It’s very unique in style, room was comfortable and spacious, nice terrace with a side panoramic view of the lake, breakfast was really good both in variety of food and its freshness and quality. The front desk manager was really nice and helpful. If you like being submerged in nature you would love the place. The distance to the lakes shore is about 20min walk crossing a highway and a railway then a good hike in an unmarked trail. The hotel restaurant is about 7 minutes walk from the hotel. There’s are no nearby stores or restaurants or even a pharmacy. You’ll need a car if you want to explore the area as taxi companies doesn’t cover this part of the lake. Also keep in mind if you book the duplex room that there are a steps to the upper room that is no accessible for persons with restricted mobility.

Picturesque location, fresh herbal scented air, beautiful sunsets. The hotel has really nice interiors, Tufenkian's recognizable style. Very clean. Nice open swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna. Great staff. Great place for a quiet holiday. We will definitely return! The hotel's restaurant might have more of the local Sevani specials. For example, the day we came for a dinner they were out of ishkhan (Sevan trout).

• Thomas (9/5): Beautiful quiet getaway - For a quiet few days away on the far side of Sevan, look no further. The two tiered room is really cool and we loved it. The nearby lake is idyllic, a great 2 days. Also helpful staff organising taxis for us. Excellent food. Restaurant is a little walk from the hotel itself which can be a little annoying and was rather empty every time we went giving a slightly strange vibe. Nevertheless the food was excellent though.

Нет слов, одни эмоции ! ...сауна, джакуззи под звездным небом, бассейн с Севанской водой, сладкий сон в комфортных номерах и персонал который заменяет семью... Всё на грани фантастики. Удачи !)
