Außerdem hat mir das Hotelprogramm gefallen – es machte den Aufenthalt noch interessanter. Zu Weihnachten gab es kleine Geschenke, was sehr angenehm war. Am schönsten für uns war, dass uns bei der Ankunft Getränke angeboten wurden, das hat einen sehr warmen und freundlichen Eindruck gemacht. Es hat mich sehr gestört, dass im Hotel kein Kinder-Menü angeboten wurde, dabei haben wir ein zweijähriges Kind. Es gab auch keinen Brei für Kinder oder andere kindgerechte Gerichte – das war für uns wirklich ungewöhnlich. Zu den Nachteilen gehört, dass Frühstück und Abendessen nicht rechtzeitig nachgefüllt wurden. Das Rührei war absolut geschmacklos. Beim Abendessen fehlte oft die Mozzarella im Tomaten-Mozzarella-Salat, was den Eindruck trübte. Außerdem hat das Gala-Dinner nicht gepasst: die Portionen waren sehr klein, nicht alle Gerichte waren für jeden geeignet, zum Beispiel war das Fleisch manchmal roh, und meine Freunde konnten es nicht essen. Insgesamt gab es Punkte, die für uns nicht passend waren.

Auf das Essen im Hotel lege ich sehr viel Wert und meine Wünsche würden zu 100% erfüllt. :) Ansonsten war die Unterkunft modern, sauber, hatte eine schöne Atmosphäre und nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Toll fand ich auch das Bewusstsein für Nachhaltigkeit (keine Plastikmülltüten in den Zimmern etc.). Auch das unkomplizierte Leihen der Räder ist besonders hervorzuheben. Die Lage war toll mit vielen Wandermöglichkeiten auch direkt vor der Tür. Es war alles super. Einzig ein Biomüll zum eigenständigen Trennen wäre noch super gewesen.

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Das gesamte Personal war durchweg nett, zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben. Die Küche war ein absolutes Highlight: Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und bot für jeden Geschmack das Richtige. Abends durften wir uns täglich über ein hervorragend abgestimmtes 5-Gang-Menü freuen – kreativ, abwechslungsreich und qualitativ auf sehr hohem Niveau. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders angenehm empfanden wir auch den Saunabereich – eine echte Wohlfühloase mit frischem Obst und Getränken zur freien Verfügung. Perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem aktiven Urlaubstag. Fazit: Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen! Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: Der Stauraum im Zimmer für persönliche Dinge war etwas knapp bemessen, so dass es für mein Empfinden immer etwas unordentlich wirkte. Bei der Wahl eines größeren Zimmers wäre das vielleicht nicht der Fall gewesen. Das war aber das Einzige, was wir vermisst haben.

Very good breakfast and dinner, many of the food are locally sourced. I seldom find restaurants that are as good as this one. There are vegetarian options as well. I really like the rustic bread, milk, and the creamy alpen butter. The sauna is not big but neat, beautiful, clean. There are 3 chambers you can choose. Yoo can have tea for free in the sauna. Upon arrival the bathrobes and towels for the sauna are already waiting in the room. There are many maps and brochures about activities that can be done (hiking, via ferrata etc). There is a tablet in each room where you can find many information including on the activities. The staff are very professional and warm. They make short talks and pay attention to their guests. A bit far from other restaurant or supermarket so plan accordingly if you need lunch.

Fifiala (10/5): it was amazing - the hotel was really beautiful and modern and the location is great ( really close to the bus station (1 min walk) and 5 minutes with bus to the main ski lifts (Valissera Bahn). the stuff was really helpful every tine we had a request. on pur check out day they give us the possibility to let the luggage in the deposit in order to spend the last lay on slopes. and also they offered us to go take a shower in the sauna area. we had breakfast and dinner and i have to say the food was delicious and i was super happy to try local/ traditional food. in the morning the buffet was full of different type of food( cold and hot/ sweet or salty) and the quality of the products was amazing. i was super happy when one morning they served crepes. all was great. i have to say that as a non-local tourists it was a bit wired for us to go to the saunas. i think the hotel should make a special period of the day when the guest have to use the sauna with a swimming suit or a towel on. I understand that is the local culture and the majority of the guest was locals but they could make a time table for “special guest”.

Wir können uns den vorherigen sehr guten Bewertungen nur anschließen und das Hotel bestens empfehlen. Wenn etwas zu bemängeln wäre: der Teppichboden einschließlich Bettvorleger (im Stammhaus) ist (trotz Sauberkeit) nicht so einladend.
Christian (10/5): Wunderschöne Tage im herrlichen Montafon - Sehr gastfreundliches und modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Das Personal ist äusserst aufmerksam und sehr nett. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Essen war mit viel Liebe zugerichtet und schmeckte ausgezeichnet.

Verified traveler (8/5): Schönes Hotel mit feinem Essen - Da es ausgebucht war, konnten wir nur 1 Nacht in diesem Hotel verbringen. Bei schlechtem Wetter wollten wir das Wellness benützen, nur wurde uns bei der Ankunft gesagt, dass das ganze Wellness ein Nacktbereich sei. Als Freundinnen hat uns das nicht so gepasst, ist aber Ansichtssache.
Peter (8/5): Niet luxe, maar wel helemaal in orde. - Hotel Alpenfeuer is gloednieuw uitgebreid. Alles is even strak en netjes afgewerkt. Het geheel is schoon, verzorgd, en comfortabel. Prima wellness in de kelder. Prima ontbijtbuffet en avondeten. Vriendelijk personeel. Al met al zeer 'preiswert'!
Mic (10/5): hervorragendes Hotel, in TOP Lage, alles super! - Dieses Hotel ist echt ein TOP! Das Personal und Wirtsleute war supernett und sehr bemüht! Da wir Gehörlose sind, war die Kommunikation einwandfrei und haben uns super intergriert! Das Essen war Spitze! Wir sind mit der Qualität des Services sehr zufrieden und haben uns wie ein König gefühlt! Alles ist hochmodern ausgestattet! Die Skiraum ist super! Die Lage ist traumhaft! Zur Bushaltestelle dauert nur 5 Gehminuten! Die Busfahrt zum Skigebiet „Silvretta Nova“ dauert ebenso 5 Minuten! Wir kommen immer gerne wieder! Sowohl für Partygänger auch Familie ist sehr empfehlenswert!
