Guest Reviews
- Teressa (8/5): I would stay there again. The next time however, a place with a breakfast is ultimately better. I wa - Because they allow pets, my chair was all scratched up. I had to put a sheet over it in order not to be rubbed against the torn vinyl.
- Guilmette (8/5): - Every single thing
- karthik (7/5): - Okay stay with clean beds. Stains in bathroom.
- Guilmette (8/5): -
- Guilmette (7/5): - The property was awesome besides the fire alarm at 7:30 in the morning
- Courtney (1/5): If you’re looking for clean this is not it - Right next to the interstate This place is absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t even let my kids walk on the floor without shoes on. The walls were disgusting, the bed frame had dirt and dog hair all over it, I wiped a wipe across the floor and it was black.
- Edith (1/5): -
- Gregory (10/5): -
- Pete (4/5): Won’t be back. - From about 10:00am to 4:00pm it seemed like there were construction workers continuously walking across the floor above. I asked to move and was advised I could not be moved. I stayed away from the room during this time period each day to minimize my frustration.
- Rebecca (5/5): It was a good stay for the weekend, since we didn’t spend much time in our room. The staff was very accommodating but so - The proximity to stores, restaurants, and the highway Guests blatantly ignore the non-smoking policy
- Jonathan (4/5): - Sheets and pillow cases had stains, furniture was crumbling, toilet paper wasn't restocked
- Jaime (4/5): Honestly considered leaving early but couldn't get a refund - Not much No hot water, place not clean, room was run down, bed uncomfortable no ive machine. Smelled bad
- Diane (1/5): - Nothing Couldn't stay
- J&J Frenit (5/5): One night was enough - Location Room is in desperate need of update....paint, deep clean, new cupboards, new phones, USB ports, & hair dryer
- Rick (10/5): -
- Pattiann (7/5): - Very helpful staff at the front desk I haven't seen housekeeping near or around my room so just to say if you don't like housekeeping coming in and out of your room this is the perfect place to stay but if you need things like cream or shampoo or conditioner you don't get much of that either I don't like the fact that you have to run to the front desk to get some soap if you need it or some shampoo and I'm not sure exactly what you can request the front desk but I know if you want any pots or pansy utensils you have to ask them at the front desk to bring them up I think they should have the rooms pretty much docked not stuck fully but a pot of pan a knife full spoon a bowl so don't be nice
- Claudens (6/5): -
- Annette (10/5): -
- Rubens (3/5): Pénible - Difficile à dire. Rien. Chambre avec une odeur terrible. Meubles assez vieux et trop utilisé. Petit déjeuner terrible. Pas de café et rien à manger.
- Mercy (4/5): -
- Thomas (6/5): Decent for the price - It was quiet & pretty warm. The water pressure for the shower wasn’t good & the bed frame wasn’t stable.
Doesn’t show within the app how to apply the military discount.
- audet (8/5): Great - Pets welcomed
- Myrna (10/5): -
- Karen (8/5): OK overnight space - Full size refrigerator, two burner cooktop. Comfortable bed, good shower. Grab and go breakfast.

- Rachel (7/5): Stay was pretty good for the price. Can't really complainin - Love the location, very convenient. Loved being able to make real food right in our room. The wifi, even after paying to upgrade just didn't work well for us. My daughter really wanted to play her xbox or tablet and both kept booting her off the wifi, freezing up her games. That was a bummer.
- Natareno (10/5): -
- Leah (10/5): -
- Coco (8/5): - Provided cookware and full size refrigerator and big bathroom. Also good storage for your clothes and odds and ends. Very quiet No dislikes

Full size refrigerator, large microwave, and cook top. It's amazing value for the cost. We will be back a d hopefully be bringing our sin and hus family. That we couldn't stay longer!
- keith stokowski (8/5): -
- Paola (10/5): I Had great days there! - It was clean and the front desk girls were really kind.
- Derek (6/5): -
- James (3/5): Not a bad place but definitely not up to thw standards I expected - Doors are all locked have to call to get in. Building and rooms show their age.
- Jonathan (6/5): -
- Francis (6/5): - Accepte les chiens C’est quand même miteux comme place
- Ligia (4/5): - Não tinha utensílios para cozinhar, móveis velhos...
- Patrick (8/5): Great price and great in-room amenities - I loved the fact that the room came with a fridge, stove and microwave. Also it being so close to the highway made life simple. Great bed If your a light sleeper you may want to invest in some sleep time pills as you will hear all that is around you.
- Ramirez (10/5): - Buen lugar para descansar y alojarse
- Nancy (2/5): - Had to take my trash out to the dumpster in the parking lot. They do not clean rooms. Don’t keep track of packages being delivered so one of mine was lost for 2 days. Staff are not friendly at all. Cable only works half the time
- Kevin (6/5): - The property is in dire need of updating and improvements.
- Adam (2/5): - They have bugs, found roaches when staff was told a refund was not offered.
- Rohit (6/5): - the room was good but the floors were dirty as it can get. Both inside the room and outside in the common areas.
- Sarah (2/5): - The walls and ceiling of room 325 have black stuff all over them. Liquid stains on the headboards. Full size beds NOT QUEEN AS ADVERTISED! The windows blinds didn’t block any light so you would have thought it was daylight all night.. and worst of all was the smells coming from the heater and hallways.. absolutely disgusting… does corporate ever check this place? Cause it’s NEEDED!
Also the clerk that checked me in was completely bothered that I was there. Like I was interrupting her. Was very short, didn’t give any information or directions where we were going. Just put the key on the desk and went back to ignoring us. I had to ask twice where and how to get to our room.
- Robert (10/5): -
- CHRIS (8/5): - Last minute. Check in was easy. Didn’t understand the need for an ID from everyone over 18, but the place is clean, convenient, and affordable
- Jillian (10/5): Excellent staff! - The staff was extraordinary!!
They were extremely friendly and helpful
- Justin (2/5): - Honest review here. The vibe of this facility was that of mainly people who needed temp housing. No issue with that at all. Everyone was cool, staff was awesome, place was clean!! What absolutely killed the experience for me was the bed. It was, without doubt, the worst bed I have ever attempted to sleep in my entire life. I could not get comfortable at all and barely slept. I was up for a bowling tournament and the bed was so uncomfortable that I had to withdraw from the event as I woke up with significant discomfort in my hips and lower back. I absolutely WILL NOT stay at this establishment again, and do not recommend it. But again, I want to be clear that the staff was AWESOME!
- Richard (8/5): - Decent place for one night stay
- Joy (2/5): - The bed was not clean or bedframe, the tv had satellite tv but didn’t work. It smelled gross in the room and also the chair was all ripped. .
- Woodlyne (8/5): - .
- Patrick (5/5): -
- Kimsang (6/5): -
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Lots of stains on the walls on the lampshades on the ceiling. Place could use an upgrade. Smelled like cigarettes.
- Tiana (6/5): - Lots of stains on the walls on the lampshades on the ceiling. Place could use an upgrade. Smelled like cigarettes.
- Diana (2/5): - Nothing
- RACHABATTUNI (6/5): - The property is good. Staff was amazing but the whole time I stayed there was a lot of noise from the top floor the entire time. Staff were really helpful and friendly.
- Abdessamad (10/5): - Équipements
- Sarah (4/5): - Initial impression was
- Matthew (6/5): Could have been better - Close to amenities. Ac barely worked. Cant darken room blinds don’t darken the room. No housekeeping.
- Jane (6/5): -
- Timothy (4/5): - Aside from the sticky floor, worlds smallest breakfast and absolutely wrecked furniture (probably from someone's cat), the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Pans that were provided had Teflon flakes coming off into food, so bring your own pan. Bed was nice.
- Michael (6/5): - The bed was awful every time you moved it was loud moved
- Robert (4/5): Dirty, not recommended! - This hotel was very dirty. Service was good at the desk but i wouldnt stay at this hotel again. If it was half price then i couldnt complain. But to pay over $100 to stay in a nasty hotel is absurd. The room was dirty and there were stains on the walls. The Breakfast was coffee and muffins. Signs for oatmeal but no oatmeal. Only utensils were plastic spoons. This is an only if your desperate location. Not a recommended hotel!
- Jose (4/5): - The bathrooms need remodeling, some areas are rusty and there is broken furniture.
- Tammy (2/5): RUN!!! - I was highly disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The main reason we chose this hotel was to have access to a kitchen. However, when we entered our room, we found filthy floors, countertops, and the bathroom. There were no kitchen supplies in the room; you had to get them at the front desk. We were provided with two plates, two cups, two pans, two bowls, and plastic utensils from a grocery store, but we only received two. The stove top was broken and wouldn’t work, and it took four calls before anyone came to fix it.
Additionally, if you need extra towels, please bring your old towels to the front desk before you can receive new ones. I signed that you are also responsible for taking out your garbage. I refused to do this. I believe we are entitled to a refund due to being misled by false advertising.
- Omer Mohammed (2/5): - I stayed here for 2 days and nights, when I entered the room, I raised the window blinds and when I wanted to lower them, they never went down. I tried calling the room service but to my surprise the phone wasn't working as well. I went down the other day morning and informed the staff about it. They said someone will come to my room soon, but no one came to see it even after 4 hours. I went to the reception again and they said they can't really do anything about it as there's no maintenance guy available for the next 3 days. Moreover, there were hairs on the bed and on all the towels provided by them. They mentioned free breakfast, which was a big lie as there was only bread and coffee available. No hair dryer in the room and worst service what so ever. My experience with my family was terrible. Thank you.
- Philippe (6/5): - …
- Michel (2/5): - The worst bed ever. Basically had to sleep on a blow up camping pad to get any rest. Flat out horrible bed. Everything else was decent but if you don’t get sleep it’s just a waste of time and money…
- Leonard (6/5): - Clean & Friendly… Good For The Time Needed.
- Tessa (9/5): -
- Michaela (10/5): -
- OJ (10/5): - Чисто, уютно
- Cynthia (8/5): Very good -
- Sydney (8/5): Very good -
- Anita (8/5): - Our stay here was okay. Nothing.special but nothing terrible. Just okay.
- Jordan (10/5): Exceptional - Location
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jordan (4/5): Disappointing - Proximity Noise
- Fallon (1/5): Buggy and gross - Nothing The cockroaches and the 3 weeks it took to get the full refund they issued that morning.......... No communication and I had to drive 3 hours and show up at their door to be like what the hell about my refund before I got it..
- Katharine (4/5): - This hotel was disgusting. I don't think anyone had cleaned the room before we arrived because the floor was dusty and had small trash bits on it (small pieces of tissue, clumps of dirt, etc.). It was also really sketchy - a bunch of people hanging out in the parking lot constantly (like with camp chairs smoking). I did not feel very safe, especially with a child. Definitely would not recommend.
The front desk and service staff were friendly.
- Walter (8/5): Very good -
- Eric (10/5): - Located off of Route 3 it was convenient
- josh (6/5): - Wasn't great. Super nice staff
- Jane (7/5): Good -
- Germeen (4/5): - I found it unacceptable to have a ripped leather sofa in our room. It was so dirty and ripped that I couldn’t get myself to sit on it during my stay.
Clean bathroom and kitchenette, but they didn’t provide the cooking ware including the coffee machine. I called the front desk to get it to me but she said it was unavailable currently and that she would call when available. Unfortunately, i checked out without getting these kitchen ware nor the coffee machine I requested.
Keep in mind to get your kitchen stuff just in case.
Overall, it was Okay, but i doubt i will ever come back.
- Mariann (8/5): - I would usually opt for more accommodations but it was a last minute trip to Phish and all the rooms were $$ in Manchester. For one night it was fine. No utensils was rough with having yogurt. No plates. Bed was comfortable enough. Very quiet and clean outside. Bathroom was a little dirty. Some furniture bear up. Wall was dirty too but not the worst. Clean it up a bit and it would be ok.
- Keith (8/5): - Ac was nice to have!
- Kelly (10/5): Exceptional -
- HUI CI (2/5): - Currently past 2am,can still hear upstair neighbors walking around. Can also hear people talking loudly outside
- Charles (10/5): - Clean property and friendly staff.
- Jeffrey (4/5): Will stay as a last resort - It was clean, and well kept Very loud guests on a Thursday night at 3am blaring music and making a bunch of noise. WiFi did not reach 3rd floor room, even after wasting $5.99 on the upgraded WiFi
