El Personal muy amable, en Riobamba todo está a 15 minutos asi que la ubicación es buena. Me gustó mucho Que la televisión tenía Directv y no servicio de streaming, el Directv tenía pocos canales. Fuera de eso, to espectacular

We were impressed by the artistic atmosphere and the overall quality of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent—fresh and varied. We also highly recommend the hotel’s restaurant for its high-quality food and the bar for its fantastic cocktails. It’s a beautiful place with great service and attention to detail. Definitely a 10/10 stay!

- Juan Carlos (9/5): Excelente Opción el Riobamba. - Excelente Opción en Riobamba, es un hotel de categoría internacional, con excelentes instalaciones y en general los empleados son muy buenos (excepto por una señora del Spa que parecía Madre superiora que me exigió ponerme una bata para pasar una puerta) en general pasamos muy bien en familia, y la visita al Chimborazo es obligatoria. Una señora del Spa que parecía Madre superiora que me exigió ponerme una bata para pasar una puerta, pero siempre en un grupo de gente buena hay alguien sin sentido común

The pool and hot tubs were nice Usually like piano playing but if you’re trying to get and early night and have a close room to the lobby it can be loud.

- Egger (10/5): - Excellent attention! We had a medical situation with the altitude and the hotel stuff immediately called an ambulance that helped us a lot as part of their included services. Food, cleanliness, and friendliness was top and we will definitely be coming back if we have the chance.
- Julieta (2/5): - Spilled a bit of bottled water on one of the tables which turned to a water stain. Hotel wanted to charge me $50 to fix. I fought back and they brought the charges down to $30. Really? I removed most of the water stain, but these places know when someone from the US stays in their hotel and try to find ways to exploit you. The problem would have been resolved with some wood cleaning spray if I had any… Stay away from this place!

- Guardiola (8/5): Error del hotel - La ubicación del hotel y la alimentación el personal fue muy servicial Nos dieron una habilitación diferente a la que reservamos en Booking, nos indicaron que la reserva estaba para el día siguiente de nuestra estadía por lo que le pedí a la recepcionista verificar y ellos se habían equivocado, casi nos dejan sin habilitación ya que nos dijeron que solo una había disponible para ese día, y todo por error de ellos, esto es terrible ya que puedes quedarte sin hospedaje.

- Fernando (10/5): Mi estadía en el hotel Quideloma Art Hotel - En general, nuestra estancia fue estupenda; disfrutamos mucho del hotel. Es un hotel moderno con excelentes instalaciones, como el restaurante y el spa, que incluye piscinas y baño de vapor. Sin embargo, al llegar, nos asignaron una habitación ruidosa debido a la proximidad de bombas de agua, lo que nos impidió dormir bien, así que le pedimos al recepcionista que nos cambiara de habitación. La única persona disponible en ese momento era el guardia de seguridad. El guardia de seguridad fue muy amable y nos ayudó a cambiar a nuestro personal a la otra habitación que solicitamos, ese fue el único inconveniente que tuvimos.

Llegamos tarde de un viaje muy largo por el sur del Ecuador y habíamos reservado el hotel por el spa, pero a las 20h lo cierran!. Así que nos tocó usarlo al día siguiente, pero nos permitieron quedarnos hasta las 13h. Muy amables!
